Antique Ball Ideal Clear Glass Jar Wire Bail 1 Quart No 6 1923-1933
This is an antique clear glass quart canning or storage jar with a wire closing bail and original lid made by Ball Ideal, USA between 1923-1933 by the logo on it which has no underline. The Ball jar measures 7.5 inches high by 4 inches in diameter and is in very good +++ used condition with no chips or cracks. There are some glass impurities from manufacturing and some discoloration on the bail, but that's it. I photoed it with some white paper inside to better show the markings. A great antique kitchen treasure.
Mirror Tray Vanity Dresser Perfume Tray 1950s Brass Floral Rim
This is a pretty 1950 mirrored vanity tray with a brass plated floral design reticulated rim or border and a fauz velvet flocked back. The oval perfume, jewelry or vanity display tray measures 1.5 inches high by 13.75 inches long by 9.75 inches wide and has a burgundy flocked base so it doesn't mar furniture or slip. The vanity tray is in very good +++ condition with a mint mirror. The only flaw is a bit of discoloring on the outside in a few places which often occurs from contact with perfume sprays or other cosmetics. Such a pretty dressing table or vanity addition.
A 2 pc reamer, juicer in an iridized touch of pink color glass. Stands 3.5 in. tall and measures 3.25 in. diameter plus the spout and handle. Marked with a B in a circle which stands for Barnes. Edna Barnes owns this mold and had Mosser Glass Co. press this reamer for her. Quality workmanship. Always limited production. I think this mold was originally a Westmoreland Glass Co. mold. The Barnes marked ones have become highly collectible and it's hard to find all the colors. No damage.
Antique English Lemon Reamer Juicer Clear Glass Pressed Glass
This is a neat little antique English clear glass lemon reamer or juicer made 1920-1930s that I brought home recently. The reamer of juicer measures 3 inches high by 5.5 inches in diameter not counting the spout or handle and has a star shaped reamer in the center and reeded sides. The reamer is in very good +++ condition with no cracks and only minor wear on some of the edges and a very small, very shallow old rim chip that is smooth. Neat kitchen gadget and very collectible.
Vintage set of four water goblets with a geese design. They stand approximately 6 3/4 inches tall and hold approximately 12 ounces. The glasses have no chips, cracks or breaks noted. This 1940s clear glass coffee boiler was made by McKee Glass in their Range-Tec line. It was designed to be used on top of the stove and probably came with a metal stem and basket which are not present. The pot has a slight hourglass shape with lower rings and concentric circles or rings on the lid. The glass handle is rib textured for ease in gripping. Below the chrome metal center band is a faint stenciled Range-Tec on one side. The pot is 5-3/4 inches high to the rim, not including the ringed lid, by 5-3/8 diameter at the rim, not including the side pour spout. Excellent condition with no damage or stains.

Hand painted glass tumbler by Gay Fad Studios. This barrel-shaped tumbler is clear glass with frosted yellow overlay, hand painted with a large white flower, red center and bright green leaves. Vintage Mid Century Modern Fred Press Gold Set of Six. Floral Dogwood Glass Beverage Set. Fred Press was born in Boston in 1919, he attended the Vesper George School of Art from 1938 to 1939, when the war broke out he joined the Air Force and at the end of the war returned to teach at the Vesper School of Art. He was the founder of Contemporary Arts. He wrote illustrated several books, and was an accomplished painter. In the 1950's he moved to New York where he turned his talents to revolutionizing the giftware industry. His designs won numerous awards and he became a noted, award winning designer in the 1950s, 1960s, and 1970s. He is well known for his signature dishware and glassware, pieces produced ranged from cups and plates to gold plated serving dishes. His glassware collection was stocked at noted department stores, such as Neiman Marcus and many other high end department stores. Fred Press items have become highly sought after and are getting harder and harder to find. This is a beautiful set! It has a gold overlay in the shape of a dogwood, each flower petal has a frosted white center, each glass is 5 7/8 inches tall by 2 3/4 inches across the mouth. This really cute little clear glass mug shaped toothpick holder has the Federal Glass, USA mark in the shield on the bottom. Reminds me of A&W! Apparently, besides being sold as toothpicks and shot glasses, these little mugs were also given out as premiums for beer and root bear companies. Red Ruby Flash Kerosene Lamp Melon Shape 1950s With Chimney Mantle
This is a vintage red ruby flash or ruby flashed glass kerosene oil lamp that was made in the 1930s. The lamp base measures 6 inches high by 6.5 inches in diameter. The metal burner was made by Risdon Manufacturing, USA in the 1950s and the glass chimney and wick were added in the 1980s. The glass chimney measures 8.75 inches high and has a 3 inch in diameter base. The lamp is in very good +++ used condition with no chips or cracks. There are about 5 minor, very tiny scuffs to the ruby flashing. All else is perfect. It saw us through many a winter blackout in the mountains! A great decorating focal point as well as useful.

This syrup dispenser is a bit different. It's a plunger type. Made of a crystal glass that sits in a glass holder. Metal top has a lever to operate the plunger. Fun to use and perhaps the pancakes etc. will also taste better when you already have a smile on your face when using this dispenser. Guesstimate it would hold about 1 cup of syrup. Stands a total of 6 in. tall. The top is a chrome type metal. No damage.
These tumblers were made by Libbey to go with Hall's Autumn Leaf. This is a frosted glass with 4 multi colored bands at the bottom. Measures 5 1/2 inches tall; holds 14 ounces. It is in perfect shape with no chips or cracks.

There is a roughness at the opening. I did a close-up and the image looks worse than it is. Will not detract from display or use.

The knife rest or knife holder is a molded curved ribbon shape with gold edges with a hand etched chinese motif. The knife rest measures 3 inches long by 1 inch high by 1 inch wide, was made 1930-1940s and is in very good ++ condition with a few manufacturing flaws and a bit of gold wear. This is an antique English sugar crusher, sugar tamper or the more modern name of muddler made of pressed glass with a bubble surface and a polished ground end made in England 1890-1910. The tapered sugar crusher measures 5 inches long with a large end diameter on 1 inch and is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks and only the tiniest signs of use. Sugar crushers, or tampers or the more modern name muddler,were used to break up lumps of sugar for better absorption in tea, drinks or cooking. They are a true victorian era kitchen gadget and are almost never seen. They were once a staple of every kitchen. A wonderful kitchen gadget and bit of Victoriana that is experiencing a bit of a re purposing since the popularity of mojito cocktails require sugar and mint muddling or crushing to mix the flavors.

This piece is from the Little Princess Children's Cookware Toy Baking Set and is a miniature version of the adult size McKee Glasbake Angel Food Cake Pan, it was produced in the 1940's. It is 4 5/8 inches across, 1 1/2 inches deep and marked with the Glasbake logo. It is perfect for making individual size cakes or as a display piece in a child's dish collection. It is in excellent condition, no chips, does have minor mold roughness on the inside rim apparently from the production process. Great addition to your collection or baking dishes.
1932 Gibson Hazel Atlas Glass Plunger Style Home Drink Mixer Beating Jar
This cool old glass and metal mixing or beater jar has a patent number that dates to 1932. The glass jar was made by Hazel Atlas, the slotted bottom steel or tin plunger and lid unit are marked Mfg. By Wm. D. Gibson Chicago Ill. . The lid is embossed at the top Home Drink Mixer - others were made with the words Malted Milk Mixer. The glass jar is marked in one-ounce measurements up to 12 ounces and is 6-1/2 high by 3-1/8 diameter. Overall height with the lid in place is about 8-3/4 inches. There is some slight darkening to the top of the lid, the interior portion is very clean and still shiny. The glass jar is in perfect condition with no damage, scratches, or cloudiness.
Bristol Glass Vanity Set 3 Pcs Handpainted Blue Victori
This is an antique English blue Bristol glass or opaque glass vase and lidded jar set dating to 1890-1910 from an unknown English maker. The mouth blown bottles or vases are 6.5 inches high by 3.25 inches in diameter and the lidded powder box or vanity jar measures 6 inches high by 3.5 inches in diameter. All of the pieces have a partially ground pontil. The vanity or dresser set is in very good +++ condition with no chips or cracks but all pieces show wear on the hand painted flower and butterfly design. It is so nice to find a matched set of these Victorian vanity or dresser sets.

Codd Bottle Clear Marble Mack's Manchester England Grn
This is an antique green glass Codd soda bottle with it's original clear glass marble stopper inside made 1880-1890s in Manchester, England. The bottle is marked on the front with raised letters: Mack's Ltd. Trademark Macks Manchester. The bottom reads: N & Co 1824. The bottle is in a form called the Codd soda bottle named after the man who invented the shape in 1873. The bottle held a fizzy liquid and the marble was the stopper. The bottle is 9 inches high by 2.5 inches in diameter and has the pinched shape needed to keep the marble from going to the bottom or blocking the pour. I picked up the bottle several years ago at a church fete in a small village around Gloucester, England. The bottle has no chips or cracks, needs a scrub and has a few casting impurities normal for it's age. So many of these were broken to get the marble out I'm surprised any survived intact!
This is a vintage clear pressed glass cheese dish called a Sanitary Cheese Preserver from the 1930s. The cheese dish features an internal stand and measures 6.5 inches high by 7.5 inches in diameter. The directions are on the lid read Keep cheese in foil, parchment or waxed paper. Put plain water in bottom. Change twice weekly. Maytag Dairy Farms, Newton, Iowa. Other than usual bottom wear pattern and some manufacturing flaws in the glass there is several small interior rim chips and no cracks. This cheese keeper was used in stores as a commercial cheese dish.

This is a vintage clear pressed glass knife rest measuring .5 inch high by 2 inches long by 1.5 inches wide in a cushion design with central depression, smoothed and rounded angles and a bark pattern bottom. I brought it home from England. It dates to 1930-1940s and is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks.
This is an opaque black and white spatter or drizzle glass mold pressed vase or spooner with 2 handles in a trophy or loving cup shape. The black glass trophy vase or spooner measures 6 inches high by 5 inches wide across the handles and is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks. This shape is identical to an L. E. Smith black trophy vases made in the 1950s but I have never seen one with the spatters or drizzles, nor is it listed in any of my reference books so I am unsure. It is a very decorative piece.

This is an antique sterling silver overlay on glass plate with an art nouveau floral desing that was made in England 1900-1910. The plate measures 6 inches in diameter, has a machine cut starburst bottom and a lovely design of sterling silver applied leaves, cornflowers and buds with a silver rim. The plate is in very good ++ condition with no chips or cracks. There is a little of the silver rim missing and basically none of the floral design. The design is lovely.
This clear glass measure is graduated to 16 oz. Stands 6 in. tall. The top is 3.75 in. diameter plus the pour spout. I find no damage but it does need a better cleaning as it has been in storage for many years. Heavy glass.

This is a vintage glass souvenir plate of Washington, D.C. USA mint in the original box bought made in the 1950s by HouzeArt, USA. The 10 inch in diameter glass plate has designs in black and blue with heavy applied gold moriage or raised gold. The plate's central motif is the Capitol surrounded by the Lincoln Memorial, Jefferson Memorial, Washington Monument White House and others. The plate is in mint condition in the original box with foil sticker, plastic cover and plastic ribbon. Cool!
Glass Dish The Porridge Pot Warwick England Midieval
This is a glass souvenir dish for the Porridge Pot, Warwick England that I brought home as a souvenir of Warwick from my first antique buying trip in 1977. The dish is glass with a pale greeny yellow backing and a brown drawing of the famous restaurant that was built in 1420 in the Middle Ages or Midieval period when the famous castle was also built. The floors and ceilings look like it, too! A favorite place of mine for tea of an afternoon whilst there. The dish measures .5 in high by 4.5 inches square and is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or wear.

This reamer was produced by the Mosser Glass Co. for Edna Barnes from the original Westmoreland Glass Co. mold. Edna Barnes purchased the mold when the Westmoreland Co. closed in the early 1980's. This reamer stands 3.5 in. tall and is 3.25 in. diameter plus the lip and handle. The rubina color is quite hard to find as it was one of the early colors produced and I don't believe it has been repeated. Always in a limited quantity. This one is damage free in like-new condition.
This is a set of 8 spice shakers in white glass decorated with cherries. Red metal tops and all are in good, usable conditon with a metal rack to hold them. Either hang on wall or set on your kitchen counter. Add a bright and cheerful touch to your kitchen. I find no chips,cracks, etc. The rack is 8.5 in. long and 2.25 in. wide. Stands 7 in. tall.The rack has paint loss. Please view images carefully.

This is a Fenton Glass Company, USA toothpick holder in cranberry glass in the Baby Thumbprint pattern made around 1915. The cranberry glass toothpick measures 2.65 inches high by 2 inches in diameter and is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or wear. An gorgeous cranberry color.
Western Chuck Wagon Branding Iron Symbol Iced Tea Glass Tumbler
Cute western chuck wagon beverage iced tea glass filled with branding iron symbols. Frosted glass with alternating bands of white and brown, with all different branding symbols inside each square. Measures 7 inches tall; holds 14 ounces. No chips or cracks. Made by Libbey, and has the Libbey 'L' on the bottom.
This is an antique mouth blown blue bristol glass vase made in England 1880-1890s. The victorian blue bristol vase measures 4.75 inches high by 2.5 in diameter and has a hand painted design of flowers with gold leaves and trim and a ground pontil base. The vase is in very good ++ condition with no chips or cracks but does show some wear to the gold. A very pretty victorian survival.
