Ceramic Milk Can Salt And Pepper Patriotic Bicentennial Mccoy Usa
This is a set of ceramic milk can salt and pepper shakers made for the American bicentennial celebrations by McCoy Pottery, USA between 1972-1980. The salt and pepper cruets have a patriotic theme of the the US flags and an eagle and the words The Spirit Of Seventy-Six. The commemorative milk can salt and pepper shakers measure 4 inches high by 2.75 inches in diameter, each have an impressed USA on the bottom, the original rubber corks and are in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or wear. Cool!
Vintage shabby chic spice set. This was just your average 1960's ugly brown wood spice cabinet. I sprayed it matte white and sanded down some of the edges to give it a cottage chic rustic look. You can re-spray it another color, leave as is, or sand it down even more. It has 12 glass jars. The jars are 4.25 inches tall. This cabinet can stand on its own or be hung on a wall. It is 14.75 tall x 12 wide x almost 3 deep. If you love the distressed shabby chic/cottage look, this is the one for you! You could also remove the labels from jars and use this in a crafts room for beads; or to display vintage shakers or toothpick holders, or as a cute medicine cabinet! Lots of uses for old things! 11/13

Novelty Large Penguins Salt & Pepper Shakers Christmas Set
These adorable penguins are all set for the cold weather and the holidays wearing their colorful toboggan caps and wool scarves. This is a charming large size novelty ceramic salt and pepper shaker set of Christmas Penguins. New and never used. Each shaker measures approximately 4 1/4 inches high by 3 1/2 inches wide by 3 inches in depth. Not recommended for dishwasher or microwave use. Hand wash only. These would make a great gift!
Vintage green spice set. This is an older wood rack that was painted a soft sage green. The 18 jars were in it when purchased but were empty. They need to a more thorough cleaning. The jars are 4.25 tall with glass lids. All the jars are the same except one of the lids which has a smooth rim instead of the dimpled edge; see pic #4. All the bottoms are the same dimpled design. The other jars all have little beaded pattern on lid rim edges. The labels should be replaced on these jars since they are worn. No chips or cracks on the jars. The rack is 11.5 wide x 20 tall x 2.25 deep. It is freestanding or can be hung. If you like a more distressed country look, you can sand down the edges with a palm sander. I also have a vintage lazy susan painted in this color, see pic #8 11/13scs
Large Chili Pepper Shaped Salt & Pepper Shaker Set Made By Clay Art
Attractive large salt Dishwasher safe and Clay Art, Made in China with the initials C.A. Even so, they are still collectible from their distinctive shape and wonderful look. The shakers each stand about 5 1/4 inches in height with a greatest width of about 2 3/4 inches and depth of 2 1/2 inches. One has 2 holes in the top near the plant stem while the other has three holes. Each has a plastic cap in the hole on the underside base. We have provided 7 images to try and show from all angles. Please note that the white hot spots are reflections from the camera lighting on the highly glossy glazing. These vegetable shaped shakers appear to be made of pottery or china and are heavy for their size. They do not appear to have been used and were perhaps just kept on shelf as part of a collection. They are in terrific condition with really nothing to report. There is a little bit of wear on the underside bases on which they sit. A bright, colorful complement to any table, these salt & pepper shakers would make an interesting addition to any collection. Could also make a nifty gift for someone known for making spicy chili or otherwise interested in cooking or vegetables in general.
Sunflower Salt & Pepper Shaker Set Made By Pure Art, Arol Endres
A very cheerful Pure Art and what we think is the name of the artist who made them, Arol Endres in a heart. Since there is no country of origin marking these were likely made and sold in the U.S. rather than imported here, although we can't promise that. We do not think these are very old from the look of them and the label but they are certainly still collectible. Each shaker stands about 3 inches in height, about 3 5/8 inches in width and 2 inches in depth. One has two holes in a slanted top black area section, with 3 holes in the other in a similar location. Each has a plastic cap in the underside base hole. We have provided 6 images to try and show from all angles. Please note that the white hot spots are reflections from the camera lighting on the high gloss surface. We do not think these shakers were used and perhaps just sat on a shelf as part of a collection. Terrific condition, we don't see anything to report here. Just an impressive looking set to use or add to a salt & pepper collection. Could also make a neat gift for someone who is a gardener or likes flowers or gardening as a hobby. Would also look nice on display in a florist shop or a collection related to flowers.
Pair Pillsbury Doughboy Salt & Pepper Shakers, Made In Japan W/labels
Nifty vintage pair of salt c copyright symbol next to the word, Pillsbury . Both pieces also still retain their original paper labels on the lower back side. While worn with age/time, the labels appear to say Our Own Import Japan (the Japan is very clearly readable on each). So perhaps they were made in Japan by a company called Our Own Import or that was Pillsbury's way of indicating that they had the pieces specifically made...we don't know which. While these two pieces came out of the same home together as a set and look very similar, there is the possibility that they somehow were assembled to be a matched set but may have not originally been distributed together. We say this because we note some differences between the two of them which suggest that possibility to us, but we don't know that for certain. One piece is slightly taller and plumper appearing than the other. The two figures take a slightly different pose. On one piece the figure has no indication of hands (just rounded arms) while the other suggests he has hands by showing thumbs. Both pieces have paper labels in similar shapes with the same words, but on one the label is all gold in color while the other is gold Pillsbury on the underside is much more defined on the one versus the other. Size-wise, the shaker with two holes in the top of his cap measures about 3 1/2 inches in height, 1 1/2 inches in width and 1 1/2 inches in depth. The shaker with three holes in his cap is slightly smaller at about 3 3/8 inches in height, 1 3/4 inches in width (due to the slightly out-stretched arms, the others holds his arms on his body) and 1 3/8 inches in depth. We have provided 8 images to try and show from all angles. Please note that the white hot spots are lighting reflections from the camera on the high gloss surfaces. These ivory colored pieces appear to be made of china or pottery. They both have plastic caps covering the holes on the undersides. While there are no major flaws/chipping, they do show wear and age. This is mainly seen via paint chipping on the blue scarves around their necks, with also some chipping/dirt on the blue for the eyes and round blue dots on the front of the caps. One piece has a small hairline on the underside base, while both pieces show on their underside bases dirt, flaking and other wear. The taller, two holed shaker also shows early crazing in the china, with surface crazing lines in varied locations (it is, however, not all-over crazed). They each have varied other pin/pit/dark dots and small signs of wear/age. Still a very nice set for adding to any salt & pepper shaker collection, as well as a collection related to advertising items in general or the Pillsbury company or Pillsbury Doughboy himself.

Vintage milk glass spice jars. The Griffith Laboratories. These are 4.25 tall. There are 8 jars, plus you get 2 extra jars for free. The glass on the jars is fine; the lids are aged. You can replace the lids with more modern plastic lids from grocery store spice jars, see photos 5-8 shows the green and black lids. Some of the McCormick spice jar lids will fit. The labels are grungy; you can purchase new labels at craft stores. I did not clean the jars because I did not want the labels to dissolve so the jars need to be cleaned. The red metal rack is an estate sale item, not vintage. It can be hung and is 13.5 tall x 8 wide. For some reason the photos make this rack look narrower at the bottom, but it's not. 11/13vs
This set of salt and pepper shakers was issued in 2003. One shaker is a box of fries and the other is a sandwich. They are NIB and have never been used. A nice collectible and a great gift idea. ADD $5.00 SHIPPING TO ANYWHERE IN THE U.S.A.

A pair or colorful turkey salt & pepper shakers, just in time for Thanksgiving! They are unmarked, have rubber stoppers, and I just noticed that the inside wing in the rear of the male is broken off. That is not visible from the side of the bird, only from the back, so they still can be displayed. Price has been reduced to reflect condition. Shipping weight is 1 lb.
Vintage wood spice cabinet. This is not antique, but it is older. Age est: 1930's-40's. It is in nice condition; just one side has a couple of surface gouges. I put wood oil on it to clean and preserve it. But, you could also shabby chic it another color; paint it then sand off the edges for a rustic look. It has 7 drawers. It is freestanding or can be hung via the eyehole. It stands 15.5 tall x 7.75 wide x 5.25 deep. Solid wood, not pressed or cork board. It's a really nice cabinet. You can also use it in a crafts room or anywhere really. Country magazines show these in bedrooms, family rooms, etc., not just the kitchen. 10/13brcs
Vintage ceramic spice set. Japan ink stamp on bottom of some of the jars. This item is 14 long x 5.25 tall. It has an oil/vinegar jar, salt, mustard, and pepper. This is an oldie; age est: 1930's-40's. It has a lot of little flaws, but since you'd just display it and not actually use it, it displays fine sitting on a hutch or shelf; it can also be hung on a wall. Flaws: some fleabites; spider lines, scuff/soil marks. Still quite cute as a vintage decorative item for the kitchen! 9/13scsr
Chrome And Red Bakelite Candle Salt And Pepper Shakers In Holder Tray
This unusual Art Deco style salt and pepper shaker set is a pair of candles in shiny chrome with cherry red Bakelite flames. The shakers fit into a little chrome tray with red Bakelite handles. The bottoms of the candles unscrew for filling and are marked Pat. No. 73242 Japan. The shakers are 2-3/4 inches high to the flame tops by 7/8 diameter, the holder tray is 3-5/8 wide. The shakers are in excellent, shiny condition with no wear or corrosion. The holder has light rings of corrosion wear around the circular openings. The flames screw on and off - I had one screwed on crookedly for the first photo but it's since been fixed.
Vintage spice rack painted soft blue. I believe it will hold 12 standard size glass spice jars. Or, you can use it display some of your shaker or toothpick collectibles. Or, use for craft beads. You can leave as is or distress it, (sand off edges and corners), or re-spray it another color. Or, stencil something on the top front portion. It is wood and is freestanding or can be hung. It stands 10.25 tall x 11.75 wide x 2 deep. Marked on back: Styled by Spice Treats Co., Hand Crafted in Vermont. 8/13smc

The miniature 3 1/4 inch tall salt shaker was made from red clay/terra cotta, with a shoulder handle and 3 pouring holes on top. Measuring 2 inches in diameter, the jug has a faint raised S below the neck area, and has a cork closure in place under the base. There is no residue of salt, and this may have been used for display only. It is in fine vintage condition without any cracks or flakes, and the brown glazing is shiny and smooth of surface.
Vintage orange spice set. Cheerful, fun color! Bottles marked: Made in Japan. Age est: 1960-70's, (orange was a hot color in those days). The jars have enameled butterflies on them. They are 4.5 tall and there are 6 jars on a metal stand with butterfly design on top. The stand is 10.25 tall. Cute and usable! The retro look is in this year; seeing this color appear on painted wood furniture at shows. I have a couple of smaller wood items I have distress painted in this color, (spice rack and a cupboard), and some vintage graniteware in this color. 9/13

Cronin China Red Rose Deco Ball Salt And Pepper Shakers
This pair of Art Deco style ball shape ceramic salt and pepper shakers was made in the 1930s by Cronin China Company. They're 3 inches high, decorated on the fronts with red rose decals and Salt and Pepper lettering in gold script. The backs have the shaker holes on a tilted angle, encircled with red rings. Cork stoppers are intact. There are no chips, flakes, or damage though the salt shaker has crazing. Cronin made an attractive line of kitchen bowls and accessories in this red rose pattern.
A pair of scarce upright pixie salt and pepper shakers, made by Gilner Pottery of California in the early 1950s. The salt shaker is a girl and the pepper is a boy - her features are painted a little lighter. I don't know if that was intentional or not. They're about 4-1/2 inches tall and have no damage or crazing. Stoppers are not present. The shaker holes are not very prominent so you can display them as figurines with your pixie collection.
Vintage spice rack. No jars, but if you want 12 glass jars the price would be $60; e-mail me if you want the jars before placing order since price and weight would need to be changed. Distress painted green. The rack was plain dark brown wood, likely from the 60's which I painted and distressed. It is freestanding or can be hung. No jars. It is 14.25 tall x 11.75 wide x 2.5 deep. The color is more of a green apple; the pic show it neon green for some reason. Distress painting means it is painted, then the edges, and sometimes some of the surface is sanded down to give it a more rustic/country look. You can use this rack for spices, toothpick holders, craft beads, medicine, shakers, etc. The color used is Valspar satin, Everglade Glen 65083. You can leave as is, repaint it, distress it even more, etc. 8/13smc
Vintage spice rack distress painted blue. The rack on your left side of photo; the other 2 items are for sale separately. Enlarge the pics for a better view. This is a hot new color showing up at antique shows. It is a really cool color, and this item looks much better in reality than the photos show it. Instead of just shabby chic white, the new colors are blue, pink, orange and green showing up on vintage painted furniture. I painted this old rack and sanded off the edges to give it a contemporary rustic look which is called 'distress painting'. Similar to shabby chic except it's not white. This rack is freestanding or can be hung. It is 15 tall x 13 wide x 2.25 deep. If you don't like the color, re-spray it another color! You can also use these racks for craft beads, medicine racks, for shakers, and toothpick holders. No jars included; but I believe it will hold 18 glass jars. I can include jars but the price would be $48; e-mail me first if you want the jars. The paint used is Valspar #15304, Gloss Peacock Blue. 8/13vs
Vintage hand painted spice rack. The jars shown in the one of the pictures are not included, just for display. But, I do have other spice jars if you want it with jars; e-mail me first; price would be $48 w/jars. This was just your average wood spice rack likely from the 70's. It is not freestanding; it must be hung. I distressed painted it, which I call contemporary country. This is one of the hot new colors I am seeing at antique shows on painted furniture. It was also a hot color in the 70's. This rack will hold 12-14 spice jars. You can also use this rack to display other things like craft beads in jars, shakers, toothpicks, etc. It is 14 tall x 13 wide x 2.75 deep. You can leave as is or spray another color. I have 2 other items in this color for sale separately, see photos, (lazy susan and a cupboard rack). I prefer the distressed/rustic look because then I never have to worry if I bump, scratch, or nick something because it's supposed to look aged and roughed up! It is actually better looking than it is showing in the pictures and the wood is quite solid. The paint is Valspar spray satin/paint and primer, #85202, La Fonda Copper. Go wild! 8/13
Vintage spice cabinet. It was the ugly 60's brown. I painted it hot pink and distressed it, (sanded it down and roughed it up) to give it a used/country look. This is one of the hot colors I am seeing at antique shows where dealers are painting vintage wood furniture and accessories. This rack will hold 12 glass spice jars. No jars are included. It is 15.5 tall x 12.25 wide x 2.75 deep. You could distress it even more. I prefer distress painted wood because then I never have to worry if I bump it, nick it, etc. This cabinet is freestanding or can be hung. You could also use it as a shelf for beads in a crafts room, or as a medicine cabinet. 8/13smc
A set of salt and pepper shakers decorated to celebrate a 25th. Silver wedding anniversary. Stand 2.75 in. tall. No damage but one stopper is missing. Easily replaced. Lefton sticker still attached. Dated 1957.
A pair of hand painted fine china salt and pepper shakers, probably from France. Gold trim with blue scalloped band on cream ground, pink, blue and yellow roses, and an enamel frieze lattice work in white enamel. Elaborate hand painting, a work of art. 3 tall. No corks.
Vintage spice cabinet and 15 glass spice jars. The jars were removed from different racks; they are all the same, but some have different labels. They all have brown faux wood lids. The cool cabinet is fairly large. It has 2 drawers. I painted it black because the original wood was ugly. It is freestanding or can be hung. The rack has an old Sears e.g., to display toothpick holders, salt and pepper shakers; as a medicine cabinet, etc. Be creative! Some of the jars have a bit of spice residue left in them; I don't have time to clean them, but they are nice jars all the same. 8/13scsr+
Vintage Three Mountaineers spice cabinet. c:1965. Features a fruit motif. I have bought and sold a few of these, but have not come across this pattern before. Nice overall vintage condition. The front picture is very nice; the interior paper detailing various spices and their uses has some small soil spots. They are not very prominent; photo #5 is a closeup. It has one tiny gouge on the wood on front edge which I forgot to photograph; this is just the way the wood is and is not a man made flaw. If you need to see a photo, e-mail me. This rack is 12.25 tall x 3,25 deep x 16.25 wide. It will hold 18 glass spice jar. Jars are not included unless you want them, then the price would be $120. Contact me before placing order so I can adjust the price, shipping and weight if you want it with the jars. All the glass is free of chips or cracks and are the same size and style, but some are Wagner jars, others are Japan. They were removed from other vintage spice racks; some have labels, some do not. I might have additional labels for them. Some of the jars have a bit of spice residue in them but they are pretty nice overall. Three Mountaineers racks were expensive back in the 60's and were sold at high end department stores like Macy's and Hudsons. The show 'Friends' has one on the wall behind the fridge. They are great for people who love vintage and love to use spices! If you are considering purchasing with the jars, e-mail me before you place the order so I can adjust the ship weight and price. 7/13scsr
Vintage spice set. Green lids; milk glass jars. Jars are in good condition; no chips or cracks. Could use a more thorough cleaning. No labels on them; just had some remnants that I soaked off. They are likely Griffith's jars. They stand 3.5 tall x almost 1.5 wide. Most of them have sifters inside. All the lids have some spreckles on them; not sure if the paint is coming off or if that is paint from someone painting a room. One lid has more wear than the others with a spot of paint or something on it; just turn it around and you won't even see it. The rack is freestanding or can be hung on a wall via the screw holes on backside. This item is almost 9 long x 3.5 deep x 5.5 tall. If you don't like the green colored lids, buy spray paint and re-finish them to match your kitchen. Overall I consider this set in good 'vintage' condition despite the minor wear. 7/13est#

Large Ceramic Indian Couple Salt Pepper Shakers Wales Japan
These 1950s ceramic salt and pepper shakers were made in Japan by Wales. They are a colorfully dressed sitting Native American Indian couple, 4-1/4 inches high. The girl's hand is outstretched and there's a flat cradle space on her lap - perhaps she held a small condiment jar or a smaller shaker there, perhaps a drum. A loop at the back of the brave's headband will hold a feather if you have one. The shakers are skillfully painted and in excellent condition with no damage, cork stoppers and foil label intact.
Flowered Coffee Pot Japan Ceramic Salt Pepper Shakers
These 1940s Japan ceramic salt and pepper shakers are shaped like coffee pots. They have painted transferware flowers on both sides, which makes the coffee pots look even more like old fashioned graniteware stovetop percolators. They're miniature, just 2 inches high and are very good vintage condition with no damage, cork stoppers intact. I should have washed them, sorry - I didn't notice they were slightly dirty until I saw the pictures.
