This is a large gold tone pendant with a blue stone I believe is lapis lazuli. I tested it with my gem tester and it was in the range of jadite and spinel. I do not have lapis listed on my tester, but it is definitely not glass. The pendant has an S in a shield mark on it. There are no other marks on the pendant. The pendant measures 2 inches by 1-5/8 inches. The bail has a clasp that opens so it could be placed on a wide necklace.
