This is a nice antique, 10" adjustable pipe wrench, with the offset jaws style. It is marked "10 LAWSON MFG. CO. CLEVELAND OHIO U.S.A. PAT. DEC.14.20 OTHER PATS PEND DROP FORGED STEEL". This is a rare pipe wrench with a angled knurl slot patent that used gravity instead of moving jaw spring load to help keep the moving jaw in it's proper position. Works good! In good+ condition with a little wear, no rust, jaw teeth have some small dents or dings, Good knurl thread and jaw gears. We note a few small hammer dings on the the handle, not bent or cracked, was carefully used wrench by the looks of it. Measures 10" long (completely closed). The jaws are 5/8" thick. A very rare and collectible patented antique pipe wrench!
