The watch discussion group is for collectors and dealers interested in sharing information on watches, be they pocket or wrist, vintage or new. Buying, selling and trading are kept to private email and once a week Sunday Sales. The remainder of the weeks discussions should stick to book information, auctions, shows, appraisals, reproduction information etc.

Joining this list means you'll be added to a shared email list of other people interested in watches.  All mail is sent to a central address and is distributed by the list software. Anything sent to the central address is posted to everyone on the list.

Typically, there are a couple of ongoing 'threads' (email conversations) going on about various watch-related topics. All the email should be watch-related.

This group has a FAQ (a list of "frequently asked questions") containing information about how the group is run. Everyone who subscribes gets a copy of the FAQ upon joining. It's important to read and be aware of what is in this document, including information on subscribing and unsubscribing.

Each month I send out a Wanted to Buy list. If you would like your "wants" added to the list, please email me your name, the list, possible price range and any other pertinent information you would like included.
