Uploading to Auction Step 3: Sending Items

  1. Go to your Members Pages (  If your members page is not currently displayed, click this link: Members Pages to open it in a new window so you can toggle back and forth between your maintenance page and this tutorial.
  2. Click on the link for "Auctions"
  3. Click on the link for "Upload to Online Auctions"
  4. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the name of an auction  in the first column under Auction Name

5. On the next page you will see the list of all the categories from your shop. Click the name of the category that contains the item(s) you wish to upload:

5. On the next page you will see all your items in the chosen category:

6. Check off the in the column under "Upload "  to select that item for upload. (Click your mouse on the box and it will look like this )

7. Now click the button.

8. On the next page you may edit the items you are uploading:

[Note: Bold, Featured, Category Featured, Reserve Price and Buy It Now Price will raise your auction fees. (Featured may cost $100/item, and Category Featured may cost $15/item. Check the current rates at eBay Seller Services.)]

Title: (You may edit your title here if you wish)
(The information in this column is from your inventory and may not be modified)

(This column tells what you want to do with the item in your shop while it is at auction) Page

(this will create a link from your site to your offsite auction auction see example in 8a. below)

(your item will remain in your inventory, but will not be visible in your shop)
Ignore (show price)
(your item will appear normally in your shop) .
Delete on close.
(This will delete the item from your shop if there is no winning bidder)
(This column sets your minimum bid, reserve price and "Buy It Now" price for the auction)

The default is the way they are listed on with itemnumber"a" being the first, itemnumber"b"next, etc.

9. Almost done! Just need your offsite auction Login:

10. Now enter your password

A. as plain text so you can verify what you are typing,
B. you may type in a "hidden" password that others will not be able to read over your shoulder.

Please enter your password in only ONE field, not both!

11. Now click the button

12. You will now see your items ready to go, OR you may be notified of an error.  If there is an error message, scroll down the page to see what the error is, Fix it if you can.

If everything is OK you will see your items::

If you need to make a change, use your browser's back button to do so and make any changes you like.

13. If you want to submit the item (paying at least the cost shown) then just click the button and you're done!
