Need to change your personal information? Perhaps
you need to change the email address to which your reports are sent.
Or the email address to which your orders are forwarded. Or you've
moved and have a new physical store address. Or perhaps you have lost
a credit card or had a new credit card number assigned and need to enter a
new credit card number.
All these data elements are accessible to you and you can change them at
Go to your Members Pages
(http://www.TIAS.com.com/members/). If your members page
is not currently displayed, click this link Members Pages
to open it in a new window so you can toggle back and forth between
your maintenance page and this tutorial.
Select the Site Maintenance menu and then the 'Addresses / Credit
Card Info' menu entry. Change whatever you need to -- your
physical address, your email address, your credit card information,
your billing information -- and when your changes are complete and
correct, click the button 'Update Contact Information'.
Note that your credit card information does not appear on your site
but your address is visible to your shoppers! We
have found that customers do not buy from vendors that they can't get
a mailing address for. If you don't have a physical store and do
not want to use your home mailing address, we recommend that you
obtain a P.O. Box and use that address instead.
