Use the steps below when you wish to make the SAME change to items from different categories. You can change the status, Subcategory, Category, or upload to Auction.
  1. Go to your Members Pages (  If your members page is not currently displayed, click this link Members Pages to open it in a new window so you can toggle back and forth between your maintenance page and this tutorial.
  2. Click on the link titled "Maintain Inventory"
  3. Click on the link titled "Batch Change by Item Number(s) / Category".  You will see this page:

  4. There are groups of boxes in two columns Category Id and Item Id
  5. Enter the item id's that you would like to update by entering them in the boxes, enter only one item id per box.
  6. If your item id's are not unique (meaning that the same is used for different items in different categories), you can also enter a category id for each item. If you don't enter a category id for an item, you will see all items matching that item id in all of your categories.
  7. Now click the button labeled 'Update Items'.  You'll see this page:

  8. You need to select the items to change.  You do this by clicking your mouse on the little box to the left of the item(s) you wish to change. (So the box will change from this to )
  9. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and choose the change you wish to make.  You can change by:

    Send Offsite:

Note:  This option does not appear for booth holders in group-managed malls.
(you MUST click the button to upload all selected items to auction)
  10. Pressing the  button labeled 'Update Entire Batch' after selecting your items will pull up a screen that will list each item on a long page. This allows you to make different changes to each item selected rather than making the same change to all items selected.

  11. Pressing the button labeled 'Remove Entire Batch' will delete ALL the items selected, be careful with this one (deleted items can be reactivated with the feature to change items by status.)

  12. The final step - After making ANY changes or additions to your inventory AT ANY TIME, you need to Update your Pages before you can "see" your changes on your site!
To do this click the button located on the top left of the page in the green area, under the Logo and under the words "Online Store Services".
