Books inside are clean with one white spot on front (may be original). They have no marks,or bends noticed. As I pulled open front cover, I noticed a cardboard tear at the staple. The 33 1/3 RPM records have a few fingerprints but are nice. Price is for one.

    The official Carolina Tweetsie Album, Art Records, Produced by Lemos Recording Corporation ©1959. Side One of this vinyl 45 record offers the narration by Phil Kelleher of the story of the Carolina Tweetsie, the only operating three-foot narrow gauge railway east of the Rockies in 1959. Built in 1917, the coal-fire locomotive was used to haul passengers and freight over the East Tennessee and Western North Carolina Railroad (ET&WNC) line running from Johnson City, Tennessee, over the Appalachian Mountains to Boone, North Carolina. Opened in 1957, Tweetsie Railroad Park began excursion train rides aboard this retired steam locomotive. Side Two of this vintage record is the Carolina Tweetsie song performed by Bey Ireland with the Stardusters. The cardboard jacket with local artwork has minor wear and no seam splits. The 45 vinyl record has very minor surface noise but no skips. Very Good condition.

The side with She's Good has NO in black lettering on the label. Both labels have initials written in ink. There are no skips in the record but it is a little scratchy.
