There are 2 large faux pearls, and a large Lucite amethyst bead, but all the rest are natural stones, as is the Cloisinee Horse pendant. The little glass charm to the side of the horse is a 'rabbit' The necklace is 37 inches long, and the horse is 2 inches wide, and 1 7/8 inches tall.
