1950s Old Stock Venetian Wedding Cake Glass Bead Drop Earrings - Black
These vintage earrings are made of hand-blown Venetian wedding cake beads with threads of glass. Each black bead has a central band of aventurine glass (or goldstone) over which is placed pink rosebuds and tiny blue Forget Me Not flowers. Each bead is about 5/8 in diameter. The earrings have gold-plated brass chains which bring the total length including the fan-front, Euro lever-back pierced wire findings to 1 7/8 . These earrings came from an old store that closed decades ago and have not been worn. Originally, they had screw ear findings--if you prefer those, just let me know (see photo for style).
1920s Black Glass Drop Flapper Earrings With Fancy Brass Caps
These 1920s drop earrings cap black glass elongated teardrops with fancy pierced brass filigree tops. Each earring is 1 5/16 high (1 7/8 ) with ear wire. The Gatsby era style elongates and flatters the face and pendants move with subtle turns of your neck. The earrings came without findings so I have added Euro lever hinge brass-tone pierced wires. Condition is very fine.
Art Glass Candy Jar With Lid, Diamond Optic, Avocado Green
This light avocado green candy jar or centerpiece has an intricate diamond design that's sometimes called Pineapple Optic, as it gives the glass the look of pineapple skin. This lidded candy bowl stands 11 tall including the finial, and is 8 across at the widest point. Though this dish is not marked, the diamond optic pattern is typically found in European, and especially Italian, hand blown glass of the mid-century. The pedestal base was blown separately and attached to the body. It has a smooth pontil. The piece is in excellent condition with a single tiny ash mark on the lid that in no way compromises its beauty or utility. Apple Blossom Sweetmeat Tray With Center Handle, Cambridge Glass
This etched crystal dish by Cambridge Glass has a center handle set between four serving sections, two large and two small. Delicate vines of apple blossoms and leaves are etched all around on this four part tidbit tray. The large sections have the etch on the base as well as around the sides. It is etch 744 on blank 3400 and was produced by Cambridge from 1930 to 1940. The dish measures 9 by 7.5 and stands 5.5 tall including the handle. It is in excellent condition with no damage noted. One of the details that's hard to see in the picture is the ribbon around the handle that actually becomes a bow on one side. This Apple Blossom relish dish will add elegance to any table setting. Fostoria American Folded Fruit Bowl, Cubist Pattern
With the stacked cube design they called American or Early American, this Fostoria bowl is folded so that it has three corners. Produced from 1915 to 1986, American pattern is distinguished from the Whitehall pattern by its curved feet. This fruit or centerpiece bowl is 11 across, about 4 deep and in excellent condition. This center handle tidbit tray has a unique gray cut and wheel cut band around the edges of the entire tray. The wheel cut cornflowers have gray cut garlands of laurel leaves between them, and there is a gray cut band of laurel leaves around the base at the center of the handle. The cuttings also include a row of waving stalks with oval buds on top. This tidbit tray measures 10 in diameter and is in very fine condition. The loop style handle helps us identify it as a Cambridge Glass blank, but the cutting seems to have been done by another company. This jello mold was made by the Hazel Atlas Glass Company in the 1930's or 1940's. It is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or repairs and it has good green color. This Depression Glass jello mold has the Hazel Atlas trademark H over an A on the bottom (see photos) and is 1 7/8 high, 2 3/4 in diameter at the top and 1 1/2 in diameter at the bottom.
This is the tray for the creamer and sugar with the lightning bolt handle in the Decagon line made by the Cambridge Glass Company in the 1930's and 1940's. It is in very good condition with no chips, cracks or repairs and it has good ebony (black) color and detail of the Decagon design. There are some light, minor scratches in the holders from use. This Cambridge tray is 6 1/4 high, 8 1/8 long and 4 1/4 wide.
A fabulous 5 pc. water set that is handpainted with green leaves, white flowers with a pink accent. lavish gold trim. I believe the pitcher is the 2 qt. size. Stands 9.5 in. tall and is approximataely 7 in. diameter at the widest aarea. 4 tumblers that are 4 in. tall and 2.75 in. diameter. Lots of gold trim with very minor wear to it. I find no chips, cracks, nicks, etc. Display and use this one with pride. I believe this set was produced by the Fenton Glass co. due to its shape and quality workmanship. This set must ship USPS Paarcel Post so it can be properly wrapped and packed for safe delivery.

A pair of cast iron andirons with original glass eyes (one eye shows a slight almost imperceptible scratch). Light from the fireplace glows through the eyes bringing the owls to life. Several American foundries manufactured these during the 19th and early 20th centuries and this pair has a seldom found mark indicating the date of manufacture (copyright Sept 14, 1887- see photos). This is the 8 luncheon plate in the Floral and Diamond Band pattern made by the U. S. Glass Company in the late 1920's. It is in very good condition with no chips, cracks or repairs and it has good green color and pattern detail of the Floral and Diamond Band design. There is some very minor mold seam roughness on the rim and a couple very light, very minor scratches from use and stacking. This Depression Glass luncheon plate is 8 1/4 in diameter.
