Here's an email from one of our customers who wonders how to preserve the pages of an old book/catalog:
This is a book I have its from 1905 from a company called clothing and corset company , Co Nothinham Mansfield Road, first opened up in 1884, the book shows all items for sale and gives descriptions of the clothing and other items from 1905 in the book which is in very good condition for its age, have you any suggestions on how I can preserve the pages of the book , look forward to the reply

Jan S. could use some help with this tool. Anybody know what it was used for?
I found a tool engraved with "Berns Mfg. Co. Detroit Michigan patented" on it that belonged to my late father. He had it in his old TV and radio repair box he used in the 1960s. It is 3 by 5/16 by 1/8 inches, made of brass similar to a pocket knife with a stainless steel tool folding partially in the brass case. The tool is like a screw driver with the bit twisted near the end. Would you know what it was used for?
