Several dealers reported that they could not process their TIAS payment.
Additionally, there were reports of dealers who could not process their customer orders (those who use the TIAS system to charge customer orders).
Sue just got off the phone with the VITAL helpdesk, and they informed her that their system is completely down, and they do not have an ETA for a fix.
At this point, if you have credit card payments to process in members, or if you need to pay your TIAS invoice - it might be best to wait until later tonight or possibly even tomorrow.
If things are not working by morning, We will call again and find out the status from VITAL.
