Survey says....
The TIAS system sends out surveys to customers that use our site. If we get
a response from a customer in regard to a transaction in your store, we forward
it to you for your review. A batch of surveys were just processed this evening.

If you find one in your inbox it might have some interesting info for you.
These surveys are just for your review. You don't have to respond in any way
if you don't want to.

This is not part of an eBay like feedback system. These periodic surveys are
designed to give us some insight into how customers interact with our system.

If you don't get a survey response, it just means that none of your customers
either got the survey or chose to answer it.

Overall the biggest problem the survey has uncovered is that customers get
really upset when they order an item that is no longer in stock. This has been
an ongoing problem for many years. Please try to keep your online inventory
up to date.

Any problems?
If customers complain to you about system speed or glitches in our software,
we want to know about it. PLEASE tell us what you hear. Be as specific
as possible.

Who was the customer?
When did the problem happen?
What was the problem?
Is it an ongoing problem?

Don't keep this information to yourself, we want to know about it so that
we can fix it. Either send us a report from your members page, or send
an email to support@tias.com

Good photos increase sales.
If the merchandise on your site looks bad to you, it looks bad to your
customers as well.

Here is a simple test. Ask three friends to comment on the pictures on
your web site. If even one of them says anything negative, you have
a problem.

Clear, sharp pictures will do more to sell your merchandise than just
about anything else you can do to improve your sales.

The TIAS system also allows you to have up to 8 images per item. The
more photos you have, the better.
