Please remember that customers are more likely
to be concerned about timely receipt of their
orders during the holiday season.
When they don't get prompt responses to questions
or notification of shipping fairly quickly, they
begin to panic.
We are fielding a large number of calls from
concerned customers. Please be aware that this is
the time of year when customers need a little more
TLC than normal.
