Patented antique tole painted notary public stamper. The patent is on bottom side rim edge: 'Pat. Feb. 13, 1900' Original black paint with gold leaves and some red paint near lever. The embossed stamp reads: Ralph S. Moore, Notary Public, Wayne County, Mich. Apparently Ralph was Mayor of Muskegon for one term way back when if it is the same Ralph. This item is in good antique condition and stands 11 tall x 6 long x 2.25 wide. It has an eyehole on one end, probably to screw it onto something in order to keep it from moving when the lever is pushed down. A one of a kind unique antique! 2/10csbr
