Friendship Pottery spongeware heart crock, pitcher and a spoonrest. The spoonrest is not FP, but is a blue spongeware stoneware cutie! No chips or cracks on any of the items; all are in good usable condition. First is the cool FP crock with wood lid. The lid has hand painted flowers on it. The crock without lid on is 5.5 tall x 4.75 wide. You can use with the lid or without as a utensil holder. Next is a FP pitcher; it stands 5.25 tall. The spoonrest has a flower design and sponged rim. It is 8 inches long. Great items to add to your spongeware or FP collection! 1/14vs
Friendship Pottery cookie jar. c:1973-1996. Super nice stoneware cookie jar by one of the best American pottery companies. FP of Roseville, Ohio is no longer in business. No chips or cracks. The lid fits very snug. It is 8 inches tall x 6 wide with lid on; without lid on it is 6 inches tall. Marked on bottom: FP USA, Roseville, Ohio, Dishwasher, microwave, and oven proof. I have another one of these, same size, but it has a slightly different pattern on it. The word Cookie is navy blue; and this cookie jar coordinates with any of the FP stoneware they made. Three blue spongeware items. = only $20/each! c:1973-1996. First item is a hard to find FP mug; it is a bit over 3.5 tall and is bottom marked. Next is a FP crock; also bottom marked. I added the lid; the lid fits snugly. Most people just use these at utensil holders but you can use it for other things. The crock without lid on is 5.5 tall x 5 wide. Last is a little jug; this item is not marked but is likely FP or Gerald Henn pottery. Add a sunflower for a cute vase! It is 5.75 tall. All are in good condition; no chips or cracks. 8/13vs
Friendship Pottery milk bottles with rack. c:1973-1996. Cool milk bottles; no chips or cracks. They stand 10 inches tall and have the raised FP mark on bottoms. These are dishwasher, microwave and oven safe. The work 'milk' is in blue. This fairly contemporary USA company made some of the best usable pottery products but unfortunately they are no longer in business. The rack holds 2 bottles and has a wood bail handle. Very nice Friendship Pottery cookie jar. c:1973-1996, Roseville, Ohio. FP was only in business in the USA for a short 23 years but their products are the best and very collectible, as well as useful. Friendship Pottery products are lead free, oven-proof, microwave and dishwasher safe. Most of their designs are navy blue and cream; either with flowers, blue horizontal lines or spongeware design and can be used together. This cookie jar is 8 inches tall with lid on x 6.25 wide. No chips or cracks; it doesn't look like it was ever used for cookies. The lid fits very snugly to keep the cookies or biscotti fresh. You can't go wrong with Friendship Pottery quality. 3/13
Four FP spongeware bowls for one price. c:1973-1996. These are hard to find nice bowls. They are 5 wide x 2.5 tall. One has a little gouge on bottom rim; it doesn't show or affect stance; it is probably a glaze pop. No other chips or cracks. Big enough for puddings, desserts, etc. 11/12aestcs
Vintage Lavender Vase, Gold Deer, Stewart B. McCulloch, Calif. This very pretty vase is approximately 5 1/4 tall , 5 long and 2 3/4 wide. The gold deer is standing next to a lavender tree trunk. The piece is highly glossed and the gold on the deer reflects off of the lavender on the vase. It's very pretty. There are a few pinhead sized under-the-glaze fleks on the deer's back and his right thigh has some paint wear marks. There are a couple of manufacturer-done under-the glaze paint misses on the back side of the lavender vase. These are all signs of a vintage piece. There are no chips or cracks. The vase has the Stewart B. McCulloch mark.
Nice Friendship Pottery and Ransbottom spongeware pie dishes. = only $20/each. c:1973-1996. The FP dish is Dishwasher, Oven and Microwave safe; 20th C. American pottery at its finest. It is 9.5 wide x 1.75 tall. A little scratched area which is not really visible unless looking at it under a light. It does not appear to have ever been used. The Ransbottom pie dish is 10.25 wide; no chips or cracks. Neither company is still in business. Great to use or just display! 7/12s+

Vintage Planter Vase, Stewart B. McCulloch. This hand-painted little Dutch boy is 6 tall and 5 1/2 across. He is decorated in a highly glazed green outfit and is standing, with hands in pockets, next to the vase which is one half a tree trunk. The planter is all glazed with the exception of the boy's face which is matte. This piece is one of a pair of bookends. It has two pinhead sized paint fleks. It is otherwise in very good condition with the Stewart B. McCulloch Hand Painted mark.
Nice spongeware covered crocks and a jug. = only $22/each. c:1973-1996. One crock is marked with FP logo; other items are not marked but crocks are identical but for size. Jug was with these when purchased so I assume it is also a FP item. Nice condition; no chips or cracks. Large crock is 6.25 tall x 6 wide; next one is 5.25 tall x 5 wide, not counting lids. Unhappy Clown Mask, Vintage, Stewart B. McCulloch. This mask is 7 long and 4 3/4 wide. It is a beautiful highly glazed light green color. It has faint crazing, there are no chips or cracks, and it is in very good vintage condition. The back has the Stewart B. McCulloch Calif. mark (see photo).

Outstanding pottery, durable, lead free, collectible, beautiful and very functional! One pitcher is 6 high x 4 wide; one is 5.5 tall; little one is 4 tall. No chips or cracks on larger two; little one has a 1/4 inch firing crack on upper interior rim; edges of it are smooth so this happened during firing of the pottery. Rare Vintage Planter/Vase, Stewart B. McCulloch, California, Sailfish. This unique Art Deco style planter/vase is 4 1/4 tall and 6 1/2 long and 2 3/4 deep. It's a lovely off-white color. The only decoration is a beautiful black and gold sailfish leaping up one side. The piece is in very nice condition with the Stewart B. McCulloch Calif. mark.
Figurine, Pheasant, Stewart B. McCulloch. This lovely figurine by McCulloch measures 7 tall. The colors are beautifully airbrushed in shades that range from rose pink (on his chest) through blues, greens, pinks and yellows. His beak and face are jet black and the eyes are yellow. There is also a yellow streak running down the top of his tail. Although not marked, he is a Stewart B. Mcculloch pheasant. Excellent condition.
Pencil/Flower Holder, Stewart B. McCulloch. This pencil holder is 7 1/4 tall. The hand-painted girl is decorated in beautiful colors of blue and black. Only the umbrella is not glazed. The piece is in very nice condition. It is marked Stewart B. McCulloch Hand Painted .
Friendship Pottery spongeware crock. c:1973-1996. Heavy-duty brown spongeware crock that most people use as utensil holders. It has the raised mark of the FP company; see Lehner's book of marks if you need a closer look. This crock is in very good condition, and will hold some of your favorite kitchen utensils! Or, just display it with your favorite stoneware items! It stands 5.5 high x 5 wide. It looks a bit faded in the pictures, but it's not. FP Pottery is lead free; and FP is out of business, and only made for a limited time, so it is very sought after!
Figurine, Pheasant, Looks like a Stewart B. McCulloch. This figurine is 7 1/4 tall. It has no mark but looks very much like a Stewart B. McCulloch pheasant. Anyway, it's in beautiful shape. Other than mild crazing, it's perfect. Off white chest, brown back, and green and yellow feathers with a black beak, this bird is really beautiful.
