Very nice Friendship Pottery cookie jar. c:1973-1996, Roseville, Ohio. FP was only in business in the USA for a short 23 years but their products are the best and very collectible, as well as useful. Friendship Pottery products are lead free, oven-proof, microwave and dishwasher safe. Most of their designs are navy blue and cream; either with flowers, blue horizontal lines or spongeware design and can be used together. This cookie jar is 8 inches tall with lid on x 6.25 wide. No chips or cracks; it doesn't look like it was ever used for cookies. The lid fits very snugly to keep the cookies fresh. You can't go wrong with Friendship Pottery quality. Ship weight would be around 6.5 lbs., so let me check the shipping with your zip code before you pay since it could be more or less than what is quoted herein which is just an estimate. 3/13
Four FP spongeware bowls for one price. These are nice bowls. They are 5 wide x 2.5 tall. One has a little gouge on bottom rim; it doesn't show or affect stance; it is probably a glaze pop. No other chips or cracks. Big enough for puddings, desserts, etc. 11/12aestcs
Vintage Lavender Vase, Gold Deer, Stewart B. McCulloch, Calif. This very pretty vase is approximately 5 1/4 tall , 5 long and 2 3/4 wide. The gold deer is standing next to a lavender tree trunk. The piece is highly glossed and the gold on the deer reflects off of the lavender on the vase. It's very pretty. There are a few pinhead sized under-the-glaze fleks on the deer's back and his right thigh has some paint wear marks. There are a couple of manufacturer-done under-the glaze paint misses on the back side of the lavender vase. These are all signs of a vintage piece. There are no chips or cracks. The vase has the Stewart B. McCulloch mark.
