I haven't seen anything quite like this lovely console bowl by Haeger. It is very large, about 13 across. It has 3 candle holders built right in. One of these has a very small chip. These candles sort of step up along the side giving it a height of about 2 ½ . Marked Haeger USA.

Royal Heager Fan Fluted Taupe W Popcorn Finish Vase
This is a very unique Fan or Fluted vase by Royal Haeger. The shape reminds me of a fluted fan shape sponge coral. The color taupe with a white pebble or popcorn finish. There is no marks on the bottom. But does have the Golden Royal Haeger sticker on it. (see picture) This vase measures 11 inches tall at the tallest wave or fan. And 5 inches at the widest point and 12 ½ inches long. Its in good shape. There are no chips or cracks but it does show glazing cracks on the inside. Note fine glaze cracks: fine cracks in the glaze of a piece of pottery, produced when the glaze cools and contracts at a different temperature from the clay. When the effect is deliberate, it is often called crackle.
Very cute vintage satin white Haeger Pottery baseball boy planter. Nice creamy, heavy planter. It is 5 tall x 5.5 long. I just came across this planter in the larger size with the Haeger foil label on it at an antique shop, so I know for sure now this is a Haeger which is what I thought all along. A lot of Haeger was not marked and just had foil labels which come off over time. This cute planter has one tiny minor fleabite on rim of one foot, see pic #6. Otherwise, very good condition. Bowl #834, Haeger, Vintage. This octagon bowl is 8 1/2 across and 4 3/8 high. The outside is a pretty warm brown color and is decorated with an embossed raised twisted rope design that forms M's and W's. The inside is white porcelain. It has some light crazing and two under-the-glaze paint fleks on the edge. It has the Haeger #834 mark and a Haeger label.

Vintage Haeger madonna planter. c:1950. This is a tall, heavy, matte white/ivory Haeger Madonna planter. No chips or cracks and stands about 11 high x 4.5 wide. This planter is not marked, (likely had a paper label at one time), but is pictured on pg. 76 of D. Dilley's book on Haeger Pottery. She has some leftover dirt & mineral deposits inside the planter part, (it comes off with your fingernail or a q-tip). A great shabby chic item, or just for your vintage Haeger collection.

This piece is from 1994, is not an old piece, but shows the movement of a man and a woman in a circle. Piece is 14 1/2 X 14 1/2 . Still has the Roayl Haeger, Handcrafted in America on the base and Haeger copyright sticker with the date on the bottom. There is a flaw on the back of the man's arm, but was from the firing, otherwise in excellent shape.

However, David Haeger and his son Edmund had aspirations to rise beyond brickmaking and into a leadership position in the design and production of art pottery in the U.S. David Haeger died in 1900, but Edmund continued experimenting with ever more sophisticated designs and glazes, changing the name of the company to Haeger Potteries and is still in business today. In very good condition, without chips, cracks or crazing there is a spot of glaze flaking on the edge of the rim, which I have shown in my pictures and three spots on the bottom with no glaze that look like firing marks and it measures 4 3/8 inches tall, 6 inches wide and 6 1/4 inches deep. Leaf Plant Holder, Haeger #20, 1996. This beautiful plant holder is 9 tall and about 5 wide. The unfolding leaf acts as a backdrop for a small flower pot or vase of flowers. The piece is highly glazed. The exterior is a light gray and the interior is decorated in multicolored shades of white and dark yellowish brown. It is in very good condition, marked with the number 20 and the Haeger label.
A mottled green to Chartreuse color high gloss vase. This vase stands 7 in. tall and measures 6 in. diameter. In very good, usable, displayable condition. No damage that I can find. A lovely piece to add to your collection and to use as intended.

Vintage Haeger Pottery double candle holder planter. c: 1941. Satin white. This is a combination candle holder and vase/planter that is shown on pg. 208 of D. Dilley's 1997 book in a satin white finish. If it didn't have the Haeger foil label on the bottom, I'd swear it was a Weller! It is 8 inches long, 7.25 tall x 4 wide. Good condition; no chips or cracks. Really nice! estcs
