This is an offering for a set of four Sterling China Medallion dinner plates measuring 10-3/8 wide. The pattern is a gold pattern with bands on a deep cobalt shoulder. Ink marked 'MEDALLION STERLING CHINA WELLSVILLE, OH. U.S.A.'. There is light surface use and a little wear of the gold bands. No nicks, chips, cracks, wear or repairs. A beautiful copper and ceramic serving tray or platter from the Arts and Crafts era, 12 inches diameter by 15-1/2 inches wide across the handles. The center is a glossy antique china plate decorated with a hand painted circular floral design in mauve pink, purple, green and yellow in the Art Nouveau style. Surrounding and permanently attached to the rim of the plate is a 1-1/4 copper frame with brass tab handles. The frame has a pierced flower decoration all the way around. The plate has no chips, cracks, or crazing but there are a couple of discolored yellow age spots near the edges (about the 2 o'clock and 8 o'clock positions in the first photo). The plate has a couple of impressed markings that cannot be read. My apologies for the poor late afternoon yellowish lighting in my photos - the tray is prettier in person.

Elegant little sugar bowl (could be used for jam, cream or any number of other things). It is black with smooth jasperware style glaze, and has a lower band of diamond-shaped hobnail decoration. Decorated area has a mould seam, not seen in other areas. No maker's marks. Measures 6.3 cm high and 10.5 cm diameter (2.1/2 inches by 4.1/4 inches). Excellent condition. No idea of age, would hazzard at guess at mid to late 20th century.

Vintage Moriyama Japan Majolica Bisuit Jar Wicker Handle This is a vintage cookie jar made in Japan by Moriyama. Beautiful hand painted relief flowers. Nice wicker handle Measures 7.5 tall with a 7.5 diameter. There is generalized crazing with some discoloration. The lid had been broken and reglued at some point in time. There is a chip flake on the top edge. Would make a nice addition to any collection! Based on the mark we date it between 1942-1952 Cleaning out a smoke-free estate with great variety of items accumulated over a 70 year period. About Moriyama: Moriyama Pottery was located in MoriMachi in Shizuoka prefecture. Moriyama Pottery was established in 1911 by Hidekichi Nakamura who was taught pottery making by Seison Suzuki. There are currently four studios continuing the Moriyama tradition in and around Morimachi and they are Seison, Seizon, Nakamura and Tame. There seems to be two primary stamps: one appears to be a crown with a wreath of leaves similar to the wreath found on the Noritake stamp. This stamp is marked Moriyama Hand Paint Japan. The other is a bouquet of flowers and is marked Moriyama Made in Japan. Vintage Japan BISCUIT PETIT POINT KKS Art Deco Pottery Cookie Jar MIJ This is a beautiful old Biscuit Jar, most likely dating back to the 1920s which is marked KKS-18 and a K in a three legged design on the bottom, Made in Japan in Black. The Petit point is under the glaze, hand painted. It has generalized crazing with discoloration. The lid has a basket weave pattern on it and is done with roses and blue trims Many stress like cracks at the top edge and on the trim, but still very usable. This is an offering for a gorgeous 9-7/8 wide Oriental red patterned grill plate. There are two thumb holds on the side, which is just a plain simple idea that works great! This is the most complete canister set we've ever seen. It is marked Made in Czechslovakia h x 4 1/4), oil and vinegar (8 1/2 x 2 1/2 ), rare salt box with wooden cover (6 1/2 h x 5 1/2 w) and smaller spice boxes: netmeg, cinamon, cloves, pepper, spice, allspice and ginger (3 h x 2 w). The set has a lovely blue Delft decoration with sailboats and windmills. It is in very good condition with two chips, hairlines on the flour and oatmeal and the usual crazing about 5 of them.

Unusual three owls vase, made in parian ware. The owls are very like a Martin Brothers piece, but no maker's marks here. Late 19th century. Small vase, measures 11 cm high and 7.8 cm diameter (4.3/8 inches by 3.1/8 inches). Each owl is a separate container internally. One has a black crack-like mark inside, which only shows through to the exterior in one small area under his wing (see photo). Otherwise, excellent condition.

The center has the Shoshone County Court House, while the six on the shoulder are concentrators in Wallace, Mullan, Murray, Wallace, Wardner, Burke. On the base is marked 'SOUVENIR OF THE COEUR D'ALENE GREATEST LEAD MINING DISTRICT IN THE WORLD. MADE IN ENGLAND FOR WALLACE SUPPLY CO. WALLACE, IDAHO. 7 very nice Japanese KUTANI WARE handless tea cups or bowls They are hand painted with enamel paint and trimmed with gold leaf. The pattern is a combination of fans and flowers. The top is trimmed in orangish red with gold leaf vines and scrolls. Each up is stamped on the bottom.. . The cup are larger than what is typical. Across the top they are 3 in diameter and are 2.5 high. The condition is excellent on all of them and they are very high quality .

a vintage planter in muted shades of brown and green. Measures 6.25 in. diameter at the shoulder. 4 in. tall. 4.25 in. top opening. Bottom marked with what appears to me to be a KR. In good, displayable, usable condition. There appears to have been an edge repair at some point in time. Please view images carefully.

Beautiful Doulton, Burslem sugar bowl in a flow-bue pattern similar to their Iris and Chrsyanthemum designs. This one is a climbing dogwood-style rose. Bowl has a pagoda lid with flame finial in silver plate. Swing handle. There is spatter gilding to the top of the pattern, and a cobalt blue border with small floral pattern in gilt. Impressed mark Ivory and printed Doulton Burslem mark for circa 1891 to 1902. (Before they received their Royal Warrant and became Royal Doulton). Item measures about 6.1/2 inches high with the handle up, and 5.1/2 inches high with it folded down (16.5 cm and 14 cm respectively). About 4.1/4 inches diameter (10.8 cm). Excellent condition.No wear to the plate.
