This large fabulous ceramic tile plaque was made by Soholm, in Denmark, circa 1960's. Measuring 13 1/4 square, this depicts a man and a woman standing in a stylized horse - great bird on the stern of the rocking horse boat, and a cool sunflower comes up from the bow! This lovely Celadon pottery bowl is in good condition. It has a fair amount of crazing, due to the age but no chips, nicks, cracks, etc. Measures 5.5 in. diameter at the top, 3.5 in. diameter at the base and is 3.75 in. tall. There is a stamp in the pottery on the base but it's so faint, I can't read it. Tried to image it. This was purchased at an estate sale along with other quality items. Best information I could get was it is thought to have been made in Thailand. It has figures around the side similar to far eastern figures, reminds me of Siam.

A beautiful porcelain trinket box. It is a light turquoise color and has hand painted in gold trim. The picture in the center is hand painted, it is very lovely and detailed. It is in good condition, with no cracks, there is a chip on the inside back lip where the hinge is that is about 1/4 inch, priced accordingly. The mark matches the mark for Kalk Porcelain Factory, (Special Porcelain Eisenburg VEB.) (see photos). I am not sure how old it is. The mark on the bottom bears a crossed arrows mark with 8081 in blue lettering underneath. The box measures 3 inches square and stands 2 1/2 inches tall

On the base some of the information can not be made out as over the original markings a black marking pen recored C 2.98 perhaps the original price. Beneath the mark in green c in a circle, I assume copyright. Then E-1939 Cleve, Ohio above that line is partly hidden ??ARED. No dings nor cracks. Some decoration on the back appear to be clouds and two stars. The decoration is raised relief, not just painted. 5- 51/2 in height2 1/2 inches approximate across the top, three footed. I think this tea pot is from the 50s. So unusual with the little feets and hand painted duck on one side and a flower on the other. Tea pot is 7 tall and in excellent condition, no chips or cracks. Does have a foil label on the bottom, but can not make out who made this tea pot.

This lovely vintage porcelain Bride and Groom stand 6 inches tall by 3 3/4 inches wide and 2 1/2 inches thick. For Sale is a vintage teapot in the Hearth or Fireplace pattern, designed by Carl Kobler, and produced by Porcelier China in the 1930's and 1940's. The tea pot is off white with an embossed hand painted design on the front that shows a fireplace, hearth, blue braided rug, chair, spinning wheel, kettle on fireplace hook and cat. It measures 5 3/4 inches high to rim (7 1/2 inches including lid) x 4 3/4 inches diameter at the rim, is fully marked on the bottom, in is in fine, used condition with no cracks, chips or loss of paint.

What I can make out is WESTERN GERMANY - BAVARIA, There are other markings but, I can not make them out. They measure 8 inches tall and the base is 3 nches by 3 inches. Arnart Imports Inc. Beehive Porcelain Urn Vase. This small white footed porcelain urn measures 3-1/2 inches tall by 3-1/2 inches wide at the top. It has a 2 gold medallion in the middle depicting ancient Roman figures. The footed base has gold filigrees. This quaint piece is marked on the bottom with a Beehive U6091 and a red Japan paper label. Arnart Imports Inc. is still in operation specializing in Porcelain gifts and decorative accessories. Not to be confused with the Royal Vienna Beehive trademark our research finds that a mark with the appearance of a bee hive was first used December 1957 by the Japanese company manufacturing wares for Arnart Imports. This mark was cancelled in 2001.

Lovely pair of Pink McCoy Fan Vase Wall Pockets. These measure about 8 1/2 across. They are both marked McCoy USA. Probably made around the 1950's to 60's. Both are in excellent condition with exception to a small hairline in the glaze on the back corner edge of the pocket opening to one of the Wall Pockets. This can be seen in my last photo. A small portion of the glaze can be seen missing on back of this same Wall Pocket. Typical flaws to pieces of pottery such as this and only mentioned for completeness of description.
