Most decorative old chromolithograph, depicting 6 kinds of Cephalopods, octopus, kraken, cuttlefish… Size: 6.2 x 9.5 inches. Very colorful and lively. Chromolithograph from 1898, printed in Germany. It looks great when framed. Cephalopods are any members of the molluscan class Cephalopoda. These exclusively marine animals are characterized by bilateral body symmetry, a prominent head, and a set of arms or tentacles (muscular hydrostats) modified from the primitive molluscan foot. Fishermen sometimes call them inkfish, referring to their common ability to squirt ink.  The View of the Teppozu by Ichiyusai (Utagawa)Kuniyoshi (1797-1861), vintage Japanese woodblock print, early 20th century version of the 1833 original. 7 in. x 12 in., light age yellowing, some foxing. Has original rice paper label in Japanese and English, which is in very delicate condition. From his series Famous Places in the Eastern Capital. A high quality piece perfect for gift-giving!  A vintage framed, under glass print titled Day Dreams. Measures 24 x 16 in. including the 1.25 in. wide wood frame. Features a garden scene with swans on a lake in the foreground, lots of foliage. Reminds me of an Atkinson Fox print but cannot find further information on it. A vintage print of a black Madonna and Child. I believe this is the Madonna known as Czestochowa, Polish. Purchased at a sale at a local Catholic church when remodeling was being done. There are creases and breaks in the paper print but still displays very well. I believe it to be from the 1930's era. Plaster type frame. Under glass. The back has been cleaned up with fresh paper. Measures 22.5 x 14.75 in. overall. The print is 15.25 x 11.25 in. The frame has a wood base with plaster molded over it.  Fabulous PIN-UP glamour girl Original Vintage Lithograph Print posing in portrait. Stunning girl with deep blue eyes, rosy complection, red ruby lips. She has wavy black hair with her wide-brimmed blue hat just fallen by her shoulders. A beautiful red rose matching her lip color. She is wearing beautiful blue flowing gown that is sheer in some places. As with these lovely flapper art deco gals, she is posing in a sexy pout of her lips. This is an 8.5 x 11 reproduction print of a Civil War soldier by Don Troiani. It's got 1994 and his name on the print in the lower right side. It's done in very muted tones of browns and greens. I found this at an estate sale a couple of years ago, and it was in an envelope with a return address of Time-Life Books, Inc. Perhaps it was a print of something in one of his books that Time-Life offered for sale. It's in excellent, frame-able condition, with a minor corner bend (approx. 1/2 inch by 1/2 inch in size) in the lower left corner that would not show when matted. It's on a card stock, heavier than good paper, but not as heavy as some card stock paper I've used for printing my own cards. It will be shipped in a flat envelope on cardboard so it doesn't get creased.  Stunning Unfading Coloring in this original vintage lithograph print that was adhered to the inside hard cover of a scrapbook. This preserved the printa all these years. A young boy wearing a red shirt, pants rolled up past his knees, wearing a wide brimmed straw hat. Reminds you of young Tom Sawyer. He is wading near the waters edge. Is playing with this two dogs, a mother Spaniel dog and her young puppy dog. He has made a wooded raft and the little puppy is on the make shift raft. Nice background depicting trees, grasses and haystacks. Very colorful, Very nice print. VERY SUITABLE FOR FRAMING. VERY GOOD CONDITION. The print has a border surrounding the image. We have shown you in our pictures a few places that have some flaws. On the left edge in most of the border then approx. 1/8 inch into the print is a half circle tear that was glued in together. Upper top edge a tear on border on the left and on the right a 1/2 inch tear into the print. These minor areas could well be covered up with matting or frame. Overall with thick scrapbook board backing measures 10 inches wide by 11-1/2 inches high. The print with bordering measures 8-1/2 inches wide by 10-1/2 inches high. La Mode Illustrée was first published in 1859 in Paris and of course was in French. It is difficult to find out much about the actual publishing history of the French magazine itself, although Dover reproduction books of La Mode Illustrée are well documented and available on almost every costume website. La Mode Illustrée was one of the most important French magazines of the late C19th that carried on well into the twentieth century. The frame measures 10 X 12 inches with the actual art work being 5 1/2 X 7 1/2 inches. A new backing has been glued to the work, the frame is wood with a coating applied and shows age cracks.  French Hand Colored Fashion Print. Probably dates to the 1860's. Marked Le Follett, Boulears St .Martin, Gg from the fashion magazine, Le Follet Courier des Salons. Print is hand colored and in very good condition. The oval frame measures 8 1/2 inches by 10 1/2 inches and shows some minor nicks and scratches. One of the longest lived fashion plate magazines Le Follet Courier des Salons first appeared in 1829. This French magazine was exceptionally stylish and although early plates were not signed, many collectors are now familiar with the signatures of later years. After the 1840s, all the best fashion plate designers worked for Le Follet.  Lovely antique lithograph print by the renowned artist: ZULA KENYON. Believe this print could be a RARE FIND. It looks great when framed.  By Lionel Barrymore, plates, 10.5" x 8" each, loose as issued, in paper folder, 11" x 8.5", with inner flaps for holding the plates. The plates are matted for easy printing. Mr Barrymore's best etchings brilliantly enhanced by the lustre of gold foil. Old Boat Works. Old Red Bank. Little Boatyard Venice. Courtyard Venice.  This is a reverse painting, Painted on the underside of the convex glass. titled Summer in Holland, lovely scenic picture of windmill, flowers,and house on a hill. The back has been covered with clean brown paper.  A fabulous reversed painting of the Goddess of Liberty, Statue of Liberty that is framed with a gilt wood frame and is painted on the backside of the convex, glass. I believe this painting would be from the 1930's-1940's era. I think the artist used aluminum foil as part of the midriff to add reflection. My research tells me this was quite often done on this type of painting.

It is in very good condition.  This is a Pris Martin LTD edition "Block & Tackle" 20 x 12 print. It is #128/325 and is signed by Pris Martin. It is a dock scene and is in very good condition.  A print of a moose originally painted by Les Kouba. Measures 21 x 15.5 in. including the 1.5 in. wood, frame. I think the wood is oak. There is a newspaper clipping attached to the back about the return of the moose to Minnesota. That is dated 1959. Believe this print is from the same era. In good displayable condition.  This framed print under glass of elk is titled The Exalted ruler. Measures 21.25 x 16.25 in. including the 1 in. wood frame. An original artwork lithograph print with a subject matter of a little girl with her sweet armful of little puppies she is adoring. She is wearing a pretty a wide collar blue dress. Three of the puppies are facing to the front, and two puppies are behind the three dogs. Is beautifully illustrated, STRIKING color hues. Condition: EXCELLENT, as shown. Very fine condition, vivid and fresh colors.  Lovely lady wearing a burgundy feather boa. About 4 1/2" x 3 1/2, sides and 2 outlines on front metallic gold front marbleized burgundy, I think it is wood.  A pair of 1940s framed prints featuring a pretty young woman dressed in early 1900s clothing with Paris street scenes in the backgrounds. One shows her standing alone, adjusting her gloves with a pink parasol under one arm. The other shows her walking hand in hand with a little girl, holding a parasol under one arm. The prints are mounted under glass in vintage white wooden frames decorated with carved and gessoed scrollwork and flowers, the decorative floral borders antiqued in a gray wash. Overall framed size of each is 10 by 11 inches, the picture openings are 6-1/2 by 7-1/2 inches. The artwork is signed Germaine on both pictures with ©TMCO below the signature. The backs have brown paper coverings which are tattered at the edges. They have hand written numbers in pencil and the stamped number B 46 on the backing paper. Piano wire is strung on eyelets across the backs for hanging. Both pictures are in good condition, some of the gray paint at the inside edge of the frames has flaked, showing the white below for an unintentional but nice shabby chic effect. Price is for the pair.
