This old Mac Gregor's gift set in its original box once sold in the most popular five and dime stores named McCrory'S in PA started in the 1920s but no longer in existant for quit a few years. The box has great art work on the lid, overall condition very good except for some edge. Difficult to find these sets intact. Both glass bottles with wood tops are still filled, the shaving lotion in one and cologne in the other. The milk glass shaving mug also still has its shaving soap. Everything is in a remarkable good condition. Box Size: 3 1/4 inches H X 3 1/4 inches W X 9 1/4 inches L  This old Mac Gregor's gift set in its original box once sold in the most popular five and dime stores named McCrory'S in PA started in the 1920s but no longer in existant for quit a few years. The box has great art work on the lid, overall condition very good except for some edge wear and a small section of paper torn from top's upper right hand corner. Difficult to find these sets intact with its 2 glass bottles with wood tops and a milk glass jar with tin lid. Everything is in a remarkable good condition. Box Size: 2 in H X 5 in. W X 9 in. L  A small manicure set, with a needle-worked design on the front of the black brushed leather case. It has six manicure tools; the scissors are signed: "Penn Novelty – Germany" and three of the other pieces are signed: " Germany", and the nail file is signed: "Special". The inside of the case is stamped: "Made In Germany – Genuine Leather". Size: 3-1/4 inches length, 1-3/4 inches width. Condition: used, vintage, case shows use scuffs.  A red leather case signed: Ground Leather Case Made In Austria, and the six manicure tools inside are all signed Germany and the file also has written: " Special Triple Cut" along with Germany. The case measures 4-3/8 inches length, 2-1/2 inches width and is in like new condition.

This elegant 3 pc. dresser, vanity set consists of a brush 7.25 in. long and 2.5 in. wide, Comb is 7.25 in. long and a hand mirror measuring 9.25 in. long and 5 in. wide. All are done in a heavy silverplate with a raised scroll and floral pattern. I find no damage. Mirror is nice and clear. In original box marked Made in Hong Kong.  This 2 pc. bath set consists of a soap dish measureing 5 in. x 3.5 in. and is 1.5 in. tall. The toothbrush holder stands 3 in. tall and measures 4.5 in. x 2.5 in. Decorated with violets and yellow flowers and green leaves. I find no damage. Just the thing to add a light touch of color to your bath.  Beautiful little trinket box, Hand painted, Made from porcelain by or for D and C France, In excellent condition, no dings or cracks, Measuring approximately 2 1/2 x 1 1/2 and about 1 1/2 inch high.  An electric heat massager. In working condition. Settings of Hi, Med, Off. One head as shown. Measures 2.75 in. diameter and is 12 in. long total length. Takes care of some of those aches and pains.

This mirror could either be for shaving or make-up. One side of the mirror magnifies and is 6.75 in. diameter. It also swivels. The arm extends about 17 in. Bracket included. I believe it is of chrome. In very good, usable condition.  A leather razor strop that measures 24 in. long. Marked Germany which would make it pre-war, about in the 1930's. This is a double with a canvase like back. Please view images carefully. In good condition.  Vintage, empty pink plastic "EvyAn" powder box and lid - Has an Art Nouveau Design on lid of a woman on a swing with lots of flowers and scrolls around the edges. Box is a hard plastic material with gold lettering on front: EvyAn (in cursive) under a crown. Size: 4-1/4 inches square and 2-1/2 inches height. Condition: vintage, used, no chips, very minor use scratches to base.  A 1950’s nursery jar for baby with pink decals all around the jar showing six babies in different activities plus the lettering: Round The Clock With Baby. The jar has its original plastic lid and the jar measures 4-1/2 inches height with the lid in place, 3-1/2 inches to rim, and 3-1/4 inches across the rim, with a 3-1/4 inch base. Condition: jar has no chips, the decals are good and the plastic lid has a few age spots near the edge, and the start of an age crack, all age appropriate. In a circle around the lift knob are pictures of 5 heads of the babies on a face of a clock – one shows baby asleep. – CUTE!

A shaving mug made of quadruple silverplate by the St. Louis Silver Co. Stands 3 in. tall and has a 4 in. diameter base.Glass insert is removable. This held the shaving soap. Dark patina but could be polished if desired. I believe from the early 20th. century.  A razor blade sharpener marked Made In Germany. I believe it is made of bakelite. Would have to be from the 1930's era due to the Germany trademark. Measures 4.25 in. long and is 1.5 in. wide. This item can ship 1st class to save on shipping cost. No damage.  Ivory Pitcher and Soap Dish, Athena of California. This off-white ivory pitcher measures 5 3/8" tall; the soap dish is 6 1/2" long and 4 3/4" wide. The pitcher is decorated all around with wine-red rose bouquets as is the soap dish. They are in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or crazing. A really beautiful pair. They each have the Athena mark.  A slim cased razor that measures 4.25 in. long. goldtone case. I believe this would acept a single edged blade. My online searches have not given up any information on this razor. Best guesstimate is it may be from the '70-'80'era.

Very neat and clean Hand Mirror with excellent mirror containing no wear or fogging and perfect glass powder box. Metal Lid and back of Hand Mirror are decorated with Hearts and Flowers and match perfectly. Great vintage set.  Beautiful heart shape jewelry or trinket box, Lined with red colour fabric top is made from bevelled thick glass, and sides are gorgeous gold tone fret work - metal, Bottom is lined with green felt, Measures approximatelly 4 1/4 x 4 deep and 1 3/4 inches high.  This safety razor takes Wilkenson blades and 6 are included still in wrapper. The small case is intended to hold your blades. The handle screws on, off to the head of the razor so all fit neatly in the carry case. Case is cloth lined, worn, and the case is covered in worn leather, I believe. The case measures 4 x 2 in. Shows normal wear for its age. I believe this item to be from the '40's era, Perhaps earlier.  A vintage button hook that has a handle that is mother of pearl on one side and what appears to be orange celluloid on the other side. Measures 5.25 in. long. I believe this item is from the 1930's era.

Old thick celluloid comb has one tooth missing. Antique Art Nouveau Vanity Set includes a Hand Mirror, a Powder Box, and a Hair Receiver with Quadruple Lids. The metal on the Hand Mirror is in good condition with great patina as are the lids on the other pieces. The mirror portion is in perfect condition showing no wear, clear and bright. Decorated with Flowers, Leaves, and graceful swirls of raised decoration. The design is also present on the mirror in a smaller scale. The glass bottoms of the jars is just fabulous heavy clear glass with thumbnail indentations around the perimeter of the bases and cut glass leaf design that alternates up and down around the perimeter. There are no chips or cracks on the glass jars. Hard to find an Art Nouveau set in this good condition.  WOW what a fabulous RARE SET for any Collector of True Antiques. These two pieces are not original to each other but they are an excellent marriage and do look like they belong together. They are both Antique and are HUGE, an extremely large set. The Pitcher is marked Opaque Porcelain and was manufactured approximately 1884 in Trenton, NJ by the American Willets Company. The Washbowl was manufactured in 1872, in Buslem, England. Both pieces are Brown Transferware with Inlay Gold Highlights. The Pitcher has 2 tight hairlines near the spout and one long tight hairline across the body of one side. This has been expertly secured with metal staples used to prevent it from getting any worse and the repair appears to have been done many many years ago. The heavy brown transferware floral design makes it unnoticeable. The Bowl is truly fanatasic, again with Gold highlights in the Brown Transferware. It has one tight crack on the side of the bowl and a rim chip on the bottom where it sits, and thats it. Both pieces are quite remarkable for their age so hoping for a good home with someone that will truly appreciate them. The white background of the Bowl is a little bit darker than the white background of the Pitcher when you look at them seperately, but when put together it looks like a matching set. Absolutely Gorgeous.  East Palestine Pottery Antique Toothbrush or Vase Holder in the Marquette Pattern. Nice replacement piece or addition to your Antique Vanity Set. Was originally part of a Wash Vanity Set with Pitcher, Bowl, Hair Reciever, and of course this old holder. Plain enough that it will go with any white and gold set to make it more complete. Marked on the bottom in Green Underglaze. Became part of the WS George operations just after the turn of the 20th Century. Mint condition.  Porcelain powder jar / box, the material reminds me of Belleek. 3-1/2 inches in height, 4 inches across rim, base of 2-1/4 inches. Condition: some rough feeling spots on base of lid, where it rests on the base.

This Set was manufactured by Burroughs and Mountford China produced in Trenton, NJ from 1879 to 1882. Set consists of Water Pitcher, and Brush Holder or Hair Reciever. Wonderful Brown Transferware with a touch of Pink and Blue Coloring in Flowers. Gold Spray Accents around the perimeter of the scalloped rim edges and on the round bulbous bodies. The Pitcher has a detailed handle with a thumbnail scallop at the top for holding and pouring. No chips or cracks and clearly marked on the bottoms.  This set consists of Four Antique Pieces. All are decorated in the Forget Me Not Floral Pattern and all are in Mint Condition on all pieces. Lovely Antique set looking for the right home. The Earring Ring Tree is marked on the bottom M Z Austria along with impressed number 1164 and Crown with Shield. It also has written on the bottom, From Louise, Christmas 1912, Foley. Stands 3 in tall x 4 1/2 in long. The Vase has Gold Gilt Handles, Rim and Base, marked on the bottom 8905 and year '13. Stands 5 in tall x 2 1/2 in wide handle to handle. The Cup has Gold Gilt Rim and Base, matches the Holder Vase. Base does not have chip, minor factory imperfection. Stands 2 1/2 in tall x 1 1/2 in wide. The Powder Box is Stamped on the Bottom La Seynie F S France. Stands 1 1/2 in tall x 3 in diameter. All are rare pieces and match perfectly.  This lovely 1940s Art Deco Mother of Pearl Swinglock Vanity Bag has compartments for cigarettes, a compact, a powder puff, a lipstick holder, a replaced comb and mirror. This carry all made from inlaid mother of pearl was made by and marked: Volupte-USA. In used condition with minor wear and scratches on the back, which I have shown in my pictures it measures 4 inches by 3 1/8 inches and 3/4 inches deep. Denmark Silver Plated Comb Case $20.00
This sweet little trinket box is silver plated and marked: Gorham EP (with a little anchor) #YC.2135 on the bottom. The Gorham Manufacturing Company is a major American manufacturer of sterling and silverplate. Gorham silver was founded in Providence, Rhode Island 1831 by Jabez Gorham, a master craftsman, in partnership with Henry L. Webster. During the heyday of American silver manufacturing, approximately 1850 - 1940, Gorham was highly influential. The company was purchased by Textron in 1967. With a shell as a handle on the lid, it is in very good condition, aside of needing a good polishing, and measures 2 inches high and 2 7/8 inches in diameter. If you have questions feel free to contact me and thank you for looking.  This Komai style fan shaped compact or pill box has the K 24 mark on the front, a mark used by Komai, but I haven't been able to find it in any of my books that is why I have listed it as Komai Style. A beautiful design of inlaid iris's in gold and silver with a bird in flight, it has a mirror inside with a paper label that says: Pink Lady/For Compact or Medicine Chest with Chinese writing under that and the #1319. It also comes in it's original satin lined box with a flannel bag to protect the case. In very good condition, the mirror has discoloration from age as I have shown in my pictures and it measures 1 1/4 inches high, 2 inches wide and 1/4 inch deep. Art Deco shaped glass powder jar, the inside is coated a peach color, which gives the outside its color. Sitting on top in clear glass is a clown playing a mandolin with his legs crossed. Nice design in the glass, probably from the 1930’s. Size: 5 ¼ inches height, 3 ¼ inches opening at rim, 3 ¼ inches across the base. Condition: inside paint is chipped in places, especially the top rim where the lid has rubbed when being removed for 70+ years. Tiny, tiny chip on end of mandolin in rear. A very nice memento from the Art Deco Era.  A hand mirror of Black Bakelite. 8 in. diameter and it's 13.75 in. long. In very good condition. The handle is attached to the mirror in a shell shape. This has a mirror on both sides. I believe this is form the late 1920's-late 1930's era.  A 3 pc.vintage vanity or dresser set that consists of a mirror, brush with removable bristles for cleaning, and a covered jar for powder or cosmetics. The back and top is in a pettipoint patern. It does show some age and slight staining. The hand mirror is 13.75 x 5 in., the brush 10 x 3 in. and the covered jar is 3.5 in. diameter. Goldtone handles and trim. This set will add a victorian touch to your vanity. The mirror is in very good condition. The dark on the image is due to my lighting.  A lovely dresser tray in a wonderful shade of blue, with floral decoration. Marked on back: Victoria Carlsbad – Austria under a figure, and impressed # 103. Size: 9 inches by 7 inches. Nice condition except very slight fading of some of the gold highlights.

Victoria Carlsbad Austria – Dresser Tray $10.00
A great matched set: a perfume bottle, a pin tray, a powder jar and cover, an atomizer. All in a lovely shade of Blue and has white trim, and darker blue coloring on the lid, and as trim. Two pieces still have foil tags which read: "Friedrich Kristall" . All the pieces are in good condition. From the condition of the atomizer, I’d guess the age to the 1940’s to early 1950’s. I’ve been unable to research this company, and know nothing about the provenance of these pieces, but they are a very lovely set, of beautiful glass.  A nice matched set: two glass perfumes and powder jar. They are all in green colored glass, and are made in Austria. They all have their foil labels which say: "Tompadouc, Made in Austria". The powder is an oval shape and no damage, the first perfume has a broken dauber, and the second perfume is missing the atomizer squeeze part. They make a lovely display, for your collection!  Figural powder shaker/jar, with a patent number of 2215882 stamped on its twist top lid, to open for shaking out the powder. The patent number dates it to 1940. In nice condition, the lid has a touch of tarnish, the glass is nice, no chips, cracks, or hairlines. Nice vanity collectible! About 4 ¾ inches height, and 2 ½ inches across the bottom base. Bottom has writing, as well as pat pending.  A small covered white dresser or powder jar, with a floral hand painted design on the lid. Size: 3 ¾ inches across the top rim, and is 2 ¼ inches in height. Nice condition, has a slight manufacturing flaw on the inner lid of a rough area, but is not damaged. Is unsigned, the bottom slants upward slightly. Nice in it’s simplicity.

A larger size powder jar, both the bottom and the underside of the lid is signed: Royal Worcester- Fine Rone China – Made In England – Strathmore. Size: 3 ¾ inches to top of lid, and 3 ¾ inches across the top rim. Nice condition! Color is a cream with gold trim.  Vanity collectible - a small white china powder jar, with a top decoration of a crest with stags on each side, and "Nottingham" written on the bottom of the crest. Bottom is signed: Polly-Anna- Fine Bone China- Made in England. Size: 2 ½ inches across it’s lid, and stands 1 ½ inch in height. Nice Condition! Has gold trim around the bottom edge.  Very pretty porcelain set with two decanters and a powder box, picture depicts a courting couple. The decanters are marked with crossed arrows and Porcelaine la Parisienne 3085, the cork stoppers are tight fitting. In very good condition, no chips or cracks. Thank you for looking!  This vanity,dresser set consists of a mirror that is 13 in. long and is just a bit fuzzy due to the age of this vintage set. A brush and comb. Still in the original box. Pink floral and gold accents on a green pearlized celluloid? The reverse side is a blue/aqua color. Appears to have been in storage all this time, perhaps Never used. Display and/or use this set with pride.
