First inside page is missing a tiny section at the top edge but no writing or pictures are missing.  Somewhat yellowed by age but a really sweet story!  Thanks for looking!  Little hardcover book published by Rand McNally in 1967.  Measures 4-7/8" x 6-3/8".  #8152.  The name of the previous owner is written inside the front cover.  This is a Start-Right Elf Book.  Some staining on the upper right of all the pages and there is yellowing also but there are no tears and the cover is sound with bent corners.
