Vintage gloves in a nice light grey leather marked size 7, Table cut, Genuine Peccary Pigskin. They look unused and found in a bag marked Superb. They are in nice condition and as found.  Vintage gloves of white that come in a bag marked Grandoe. They are a little longer than most and are not marked. They are 8 3/4 inches long and do have some light soiling that we have not tried to remove. They are as found.  Gloves, Vintage in a nice black leather marked Gloves by Superb, Washable, Size 7. They are in wonderful condition and a great pair of gloves.  Hat, Vintage in blue felt with the box. It is a lovely navy blue hat with a small brim and a ribbon trim and bow. It is marked Chevalier, made of imported fur. It is in wonderful condition and is 6 inches high. It comes in the original box as purchased from the store marked MacGuire's, Fall River, Mass. The top of the box has damage but has protected this lovely hat for many years. It is as found.

Vintage Men's Nordstrom's Best Belted Suede Leather Coat. It is fully lined with wool pile that resembles Shearling. There is no size tag but it appears to be a medium or Large. Here are some measurements: chest or bust going all the way around is .....47" Length .....36" It is very warm and heavy. The condition is very. It is pre-owned with a modish amount of wear. A professional cleaning would make it look almost new again.  Gloves, Vintage in a soft white. They are the longer gloves with a lovely stitched pattern along the sides. The gloves are unmarked and are 10 1/2 inches long, and they come in a bag marked Grandoe. Sold as found and and are in wonderful condition.  Gloves, Vintage is a soft beige leather with pearlized button closures. They are tagged Gloves by Superb, size 7 1/2. They are in wonderful condition.  Gloves vintage in a soft white fabric with a pretty pair of cord knot decoration. They are not marked and are 8 inches long in great condition.

I've spent a ridiculously long time researching vintage Samsonite luggage, trying to identify the model of this vintage train or travel style suitcase and I am still not sure whether it's the Silhouette, Profile, or another model. It's a semi-hardshell type with a grained or textured leather-like almond or ivory mottled vinyl finish, chrome latches, and a chrome-top fold-down handle. The term "almond" is mine - it's almost a very pale yellow-beige. The suitcase measures 14-1/2" by 8" by about 9 inches high (outside measurements not including upper handle). It comes complete with key, identification tag, removeable plastic-lined zippered cosmetic bag, and an adjustable flip-out makeup mirror in the lid. There is no tray - I don't know if one came with the case originally or not. The lid, zippered bag, and side borders are lined in textured gold satin. The interior bottom and sides are covered in pale gold soft leather-like vinyl. The interior is super clean and in excellent condition. The exterior has a couple of tiny scuffs and marks to the back of the lid and one back corner, nothing noticeable.  Gloves, vintage in a pretty green leather with a nicely decorated wrist. They are marked but it is unreadable. They are in wonderful condition and are 8 1/4 inches long. As found.  Gloves, Vintage in a lovely white with a pearl button closure and the wrist. They are tagged Kay Gloves size M, Western Germany, The hand of fashion, stretch satin. They are in wonderful, as found condition.   Bill Atkinson Glenn of Michigan Rust rough side out Leather Jacket Coat 1960's. Fabulous styling starting with a short length, 3/4" sleeves, big silver stamped coat of arms button, double stitching, side pockets and a lovely paisley pattern lining. The condition is very good for age. There are no stains or damage. The basic measurements are as follows: Bust.....40" Length.....23" Sleeve..... 13.5" shoulder seam to shoulder seam going across the upper back.....24"

They are in wonderful, as found condition.   This reproduction of a 1940s day dress is almost an exact copy of a dress that once passed my way. Cute as a bug, and made from a 1940s pattern, this dress can be used as a costume or a dress--or both! The original was made and worn during the WWII period in which the scarcity of fabric dictated style: they were challenged to use as little fabric as possible but still be able to dance! This little beauty sports the same accessories as its original counterpart: red buttons down front and holding up the sporty sleeve cuff. Also on the left side matching buttons hide snap enclosure for ease of dressing. The A-Line skirt has the shorter bodice and shorter skirt length of the war period. Vintage 40s belt buckle. Made of 100% cotton pique. Size is what we now call a medium. Measurements are: Bust:36" Waist:30" Hips: 40" Waist to hem: 32" A sweet little glimpse into a hard but hardy era of American history.  Here is a copy of a 1940s Pink Plaid Suit made right here at Vintage Dress and Costume! Made of a cotton blend dark navy and pink plaid. Each piece can be worn alone or as a suit. (I can see the jacket with jeans and the skirt with a big navy cowl-neck sweater!). The jacket sports a sassy peplum in the back; the skirt is a full A-line with left side zipper. Made from an original 1940s pattern. Measurements are: Jacket: Bust: 34-36" Waist:30" Skirt: Waist: 28" Hips: 40" Waist to hem: 33" Lovely for any production in the 1940s or just for wearing around town or to the theater! Looks great on stage or off. Bring back the swing era with this amazing period reproduction swing suit.

Vintage reproduction of a late 20s, early 30s floral chiffon scarf dress worthy of Great Gatsby's Daisy Buchanan. Scalloped edge at hem. Slightly dropped back hem as was the custom of the day. Polyester chiffon. New condition. Slip on dress (but we have added zipper on the left side to facilitate dressing). Measurements are: Bust: 38" Waist: 34" Dropped Waist: 40" Dropped Waist to Hem- front: 27" Dropped Waist to Hem- back: 30" Underarm to Dropped Waist: 10" Note: I have included a photo with the 20s/30s signature string beads (beads not included) . Colors slightly brighter than photos. Care: hand wash, hang dry. To finish off this lovely dress, I would add light colored strap pumps or character shoes, white gloves and either a white straw cloche or a light straw wide brimmed hat. Clutch bag would be nice, too!  Long gloves, elbow length. These would date from the 1950s-60s, and would fit a quite small hand. The fabric is some sort of nylon mix, and they have a wrist-slit with button holes. The buttons have been removed, but it shouldn’t be too difficult to find 6 buttons to replace them. Very good condition otherwise.  Reproduction of a late 1920s, early 1930s dress in poly chiffon in a lively dotted print of browns and blues. Dropped waist gives the flavor of the period, as does caped collar which dips in the back. Straight hem. The original dress was a slip-on, but we added left side snaps to this one for ease of dressing. This striking dress takes you back in time but keeps you up to date in sturdiness and ease of care. For period dress, add Mary Janes with a heel or character shoes, gloves and a cloche hat. Lovely for showing off solid color bead strings! Dry clean or hand wash recommended. Hang dry. Warm iron if needed. Size Medium. For your next production or for street wearing, this dress will give the impression you are looking for.  Reproduction 1940s dress made (using a vintage pattern) of a lovely deep teale silky fabric (with a slight sheen) with lace yoke dyed to match. Usable rhinestone vintage buttons make a period statement, as do the 3/4 length lace-edged and darted sleeves. This lovely dress is a size Medium and the measurements are: Bust: 36-38"" Waist: 32" Hips: full Underarm to waist: 9" Waist to hem: 25" Usable hem: 1 1/2" Care: Dry clean (Color darker than some of the pictures show) This dress would look fabulous on stage, perhaps with a wide-brimmed hat and white gloves and purse. They are 9 1/2 inches long with a peak at the top and a stitches slit.  Gloves, Vintage in a pretty grey leather. The are marked Grandoe size 7 1/2. They are the wrist length and are in wonderful condition.  Gloves, Vintage Ladies labeled Wear-Right, size 8, WPL 9424, made in the Phillipines. The are the cuff length gloves in white with ap very pretty eyelet pattern and nice stitched, scalloped edge. The palms do have some soiling that we have not tried to remove. Very nice and as found.

THIS CHILD SIZE CHINESE STYLE JACKET IS DEFINITELY OLD AND IN PRISTINE CONDITION. THE ORIENTAL PRINT OF THIN COTTON SHOWS VARIOUS SCENES OF LIFE IN THE EAST. Antique White Cotton Women's Waist Bodice Blouse Costume. This blouse from the early 1900's is 40" dia. at the bottom, has a 40" bust, is 15" from shoulder to shoulder and is 15" long. It has some wear and holes as shown. Please judge the condition for yourself from the photos.  Contemporary Womens Lord & Taylor Black 100% Merino Wool Skirt. This great black skirt has a 32" waist unstretched (42" fully stretched), 44" hips and is 25" long. It is 100% wool and in excellent used condition with no pilling or wear.  Pretty little silk dress, with pin-tucks, drawn-thread work and lace edges. Cream. Three button back. Probably dates from around 1900-1920. Measures 44 cm from shoulder seam to hem (17.1/4 inches) and 30 cm from edge of shoulder seam /sleeve to same other side. Full style of design. Very nice condition - only mark is a small stain as shown in photo - I haven’t tried to clean it.  Vintage White Cotton Embroidered Shirt Blouse Costume Cutter. This cute top is 15-1/2" from shoulder to shoulder, has a 36" bust and it is 17" long from outside edge of shoulder to the hem. It is 100% Cotton. The ties need to be replaced. One side of embroidered roses has a repair and there are holes as shown. Would make a great costume.

The outer shell is 100% silk and the lining is 100% polyester. It has a side zipper and button and it is in excellent used condition.  Contemporary Carolina Blues Stretch Cotton Pant Slacks. These terrific trousers are size 18 and they have 38" waist, 44" hips and 30" long inseam. They are 97% Cotton, 3% Spandex and have a front zipper on a bandless waist. The colors are loden green and tan paisley and they are in excellent used conditon.  Coldwater Creek Lined Semi-sheer Gathered Dirndl Skirt Size XL Stretch Waist. This great skirt has a 33" waist unstretched and 44" fully stretched. It is 35" long. It has paisley insets and border of lavender, green and gold on a black background. The shell is 40% Rayon, 33% Polyester and 26% Nylon. The lining is 100% Polyester. It is in excellent used condition.  Studio C II Womens Black Velveteen Paisley Vest Westkit. This great vest measures 17" from shoulder to shoulder, 50" chest, 30" long from outside shoulder to hem. It is marked size 2X, is 100% Acetate and has plastic buttons. Howard Wolf Dallas Asia India Tapestry Womens Jacket. This lovely size 10 silky jacket is 16" from shoulder to shoulder, has a 40" bust and is 30" long from outside shoulder to the hem. It is fully lined and is 100% Polyester. It is marked; Dry Clean Only and it is in excellent used condition.  Great OLD pebble grain Black Leather Satchel, perfect for Medical Examiner, Funeral Director or as a Handbag Purse for THE stylish Goth Lady on the go! In nice condition with beefy brass zipper.  This handsome leather-trimmed suitcase dates from the late 1930s to early 1940s. The body is navy blue cloth-covered wood with real stitched leather edge trim and handle, brass hardware. This suitcase belonged to a World War II WAVE (division of the US Navy comprised entirely of women) - I can provide provenance upon request. The owner's Navy uniforms were found stored inside. One side of the suitcase has an official WAVES decal with the propeller and anchor logo, though it's very worn. The suitcase measures 18" by 12-3/4" by about 6-1/2 inches deep. The interior is lined in magenta purple satin, which does have staining and tears at the right side hinge area as shown. The latches close securely but there is no key. Aside from the damage to the lining, the suitcase is in good vintage condition and presents very nicely.  I can't find a manufacturer's name on this 1960s hardshell overnight suitcase, but it's undoubtedly American made. It measures 13-1/2 by 12 inches by 6-1/2 inches high and has some type of garment hanger or rack fixture inside the lid. The construction appears to be thick, heavy grained light brown vinyl over solid metal. The interior has one little nick to the vinyl covering along the outside bottom edge. The outside of the luggage has one faint, shallow dimple near the top below the handle. There is some soiling and scuffing from normal use, most if not all of which should clean up easily. The side with the most scuff or soil marks is shown in the first photo, the back is cleaner. No exterior tears or nicks. There is no key.

This small piece of vintage luggage in mock black alligator skin would make an excellent purse. Designed to carry cosmetics, shaving, or vanity items while traveling, it measures 10-1/4" by 8-1/4" by 4-1/2 inches deep. It has a transparent light green Lucite carry handle and a mock alligator pattern vinyl exterior. The inside is plastic vinyl with a square mirror in the lid below the pocket. There are two very small, minor scuffs or scratches to the outside of the case along the top and bottom edge seams. The red lining has come unglued in 2 places along the side walls, an easy fix but not mandatory. The heavy duty cloth and metal zipper closure works fine and has no damage. Ideal travel case for either men or women.  Approx 1 7/8" high, antique clear glass, pressed glass, nice design, early 1900s, very good vintage condition.  Vintage 60's Sapphire Crepe Rhinestone Batwing Tunic Dress. This lovely dress measures 17" from shoulder to shoulder, 44" chest, 48' hips, 37" long from outside shoulder to hem, 22" long sleeves and has a 21" dia. neck. It has rhinestones around the neck and wrists. The body is fully lined and has a metal zipper up the back. It has been in storage for many years and should be cleaned before wearing and it has a small snag and a 3/16" long dark spot on the back as shown in the last photo. Overall it is in good used condition.  Fabrikant Studio Womens Lined Ramie Dressy Walking Shorts. These lovely solid black shorts are labeled size 10, 100% Ramie. They have a 26-30" waist, are 21" long and have 7" inseam. They are fully lined with 100% acetate, have slit pockets, a zipper closure, replacement buttons and belt loops. They are labeled Dry Clean Only. They are new with tags and had an $88 original price.

Measures 27.5 cm square (10.7/8 inches). Excellent condition.  Vintage early 20th century handkerchief made in very fine linen with lace border. Measures 23.5 cm square (9.1/4 inches). A few faint small rust spots, but excellent otherwise.  Immaculate silk scarf, signed Diane Von Furstenberg. Design is tigers on black and brown background, with exotic flowers in central with central tiger’s head amongst them. Scarf has hand rolled edges and measures 88 cm by 87 cm (34.3/4 inches by 34.1/4 inches). Excellent condition.

Fabulous Fendi scarf with original box, and still wearing it’s label - not a label saying Fendi as it is in what is probably Chinese - the centre of this scarf is a magnificent 5 clawed Imperial dragon surrounded by Imperial yellow. Beautiful vibrant colours, and all shot through with gold thread. Hand rolled edges. Scarf measures approx. 86 cm square (almost 34 inches). Excellent unused condition. Bought at a Fendi shop.  HATS AND SHOES GALORE!  WE ALWAYS HAVE A SELECTION OF VINTAGE CLOTHING!!  Vintage Ladies Hat in the pill box type style. It is a lovely shade of blue and is in nice condition. It has no makers mark but has a tag marked 100% Polypropylene. The blue fabric almost looks like a straw type material. It has an indented rim around the top and is 4 1/2 inches high. Very pretty.
