1892, South Carolina. Stock certificate for 33 shares. Small vignette of a horse-drawn trolley.

Lithographed with ornate border design. Signatures by president and secretary. Pen cancelled and fine.


Issued to Mrs. Charlotte M. Grimball, a historic person.  The Mobile and Ohio Railroad Company. Alabama, Mississippi, Tennessee and Kentucky.


Stock certificate from 1910 representing 100 x 100$ Shares. Issued to Mr. Frederick Strauss. Signed by the President of the Company.


Ornate border and vignette of a locomotive.


Stub attached with 2 x 1$ revenue stamps. 25 cents documentary stamp and several signature are at he reverse.


Hole cancellation, fine condition.  Antique, beautifully engraved certificate from The Cincinnati, Washington and Baltimore Railroad Company issued in 1883. Stock certificate printed by the American Bank Note Company. Decorative design with an ornate border around it and a vignette of a locomotive and 2 little chirdren, representing arts and literature and science..


This certificate is hand signed by the Company's President Orland Smith.


Orland Smith (1825 –1903) was a railroad executive and a brigade commander in the Union Army during the American Civil War. In 1864, he led a spirited bayonet charge during the Battle of Wauhatchie that took a significant Confederate position on a hill that now bears his name.  Philadelphia Rapid Transit Company: Beautifully engraved Certificate representing 100 shares par value 50$ each, issued in 1928. The large vignette depicts a street-car with passengers.


This historic document was printed by the Security Banknote Company and was signed by the Vice-President and treasurer.

Antique Stock Certificate from the Omaha and Council Bluffs Street Railway Company issued in 1906, Beautifully engraved.


At the flip side attached is a Transfer of Stock certificate. Issued in 1913.


This document was printed by the American Banknote Company. It represents 25 shares of preferred capital stock. Ornate border around it with a vignette of a street scene with a trolley car and a horse drawn carriage. Hand signed by the Company’s President and Treasurer. Hole canceled, very fine condition.


It looks great when matted and framed and makes a nice gift.  New York, Ontario and Western Railway Company Equipment Trust. Decorative old bond from 1919, denomination $ 1,000.

The New York, Ontario and Western Railway, more commonly known as the O&W or NYO&W, was a regional railroad with origins in 1868 and began life as the New York and Oswego Midland Railroad, organized by Dewitt C. Littlejohn.


The railroad's mainline ran from Weehawken, New Jersey in the greater New York City area to Oswego, New York, a port city on Lake Ontario. It had branch lines to Scranton, Pennsylvania, Kingston, New York, Port Jervis, New York, Utica, New York and Rome, New York. The part south of Cornwall, New York was operated over the New York Central Railroad's West Shore Railroad via trackage rights.

Bukowina means Beech Wood and covers an area from the northern part of Romania to the South West of the Ukraine.


Ruled by the Turkish Empire till 1769 it became Russian then and formed a part of Galicia until 1849 when it became a separate province of the Austro-Hungarian Empire. After W.W.I it became a province of Romania till 1944. 

 Old Russia / Poland -  Austria. 2 Bonds, issued in 1890, denomination 125 and 625 Rubles.


Ornate border, tax stamps. Very fine condition. Each bond with 5 coupons.
