<b>North Coast Haida Or Tlingit Plaque - Signed and Dated</b> Two dimensional design called 'flat design' are characteristic of Northwest Coast Art. A kind of bas-relief. Many features are shared by the Haida and their mainland neighbors, the Tlingit. This Plaque is a very strong design and is signed on the back: David M. Aquino, dated 10-1-96. Size:Approx. 20-3/4 Inches W x 9-1/2 Inches W x 2 Inches D Condition: Very Good Weight: 3 lbs. 6 Oz's. Material: Wood and paint. I believe it is probably pine driftwood. There is a wire on the back for hanging.  <b>Native American Portrait Painting - Signed</b> This is a wonderful painting with great characterization of an older Native American in ceremonial dress. I found this piece in rural Montana at an Estate Sale. The painting is on a black felt type material. The nap of the material is almost flat. I can not make out the signature. The contrast of the painting with the deep blackness of the material with some shades of lighter black is very very striking. Condition: The frame is in good condition as is the painting. The backing of the frame and picture looks homemade as shown. The material that the painting is on appears to be attached to the cardboard. There is a wire on the back for hanging. This is not a heavy frame. Weight: The total weight of the piece is: 1-1/4 lbs. Size with frame: 20-1/2 Inches T x 16-3/4 Inches W. Shipping on this would have to be Parcel Post as it will be over 1 cubic foot with packaging.  <b>Unusual Framed Sandstone Painting by Deborah Yetwin</b> The back of the frame has stamped: Copyright: Deborah Yetwin 1974 Sandstone is 7 - 3/4 Inches x 9-1/2 Inches This is almost if not an abstract. Very appealing and interesting Condition: Very Good to Excellent. The back has a wire for hanging. Weight: 15 Oz's. Origin: Arizona The frame is of wood and is also in very good condition. I acquired this from an Estate sale.  <b>Eskimo Carved Bone Figure With Inset Eyes</b> Size: Approximately 5 Inches Tall x 2-1/2 Inches Wide at Base Condition: Very Good to Excellent Weight: 6 Oz's. Origin: Alaska Age: 20th Century This is an interesting tribal figure with a very good presence.

Dine'h ** Handpainted by John Dine' Another quality collectible from Doris Stephan's Antiques & Collectibles  <b>Indian Doll</b> Size: 7 Inches Tall x 3 Inches Wide. Condition: Good. There is a repair on the back. Age: Unknown , My best guess is Mid 20th Century. Materials: Cloth, Yarn and some type of filler. Description: Facial features I believe are Photographic. Body made of a heavier type material, hair is made of yarn. The filling feels like a soft type of material with a gritty substance in the lower portion for stability. A very appealing doll. Weight: 8 Oz's  <b>Eskimo Carved Wooden Cup With Relief Figures</b> Size: 5 Inches Tall x 3-1/8 Inches Wide at the Top. Condition: Good to Very Good. There is a small spot of green inside the cup. Age: 20th Century Origin: Alaska Weight: 6 Oz's. There are five figures carved in low relief around the cup along with other decoration. The cup is colored with a red pigment. A handsome addition to a collection. And unusual.

Age: My best guess is 1980's or earlier. The date might be under the sticker, but I didn't want to remove it. Material: Stone or mineral Weight: 1 lb. 2 Oz's.  <b>Iroquois Sculpture of 'Face'</b> Artist: Gene Thomas Material: Stealite Condition: Very Good - A few slight nicks on side. Size: 6-1/4 Inches in Length x 3 Inches Wides 2-1/2 Inches Deep Weight 1½ lbs. This is a very unusual face for the Iroquois as it is serene. Age: 1985 The piece is signed, dated and has a number I18285.  <b>Shaman's Transformation Figure Entitled 'Embryo'</b> Hand Carved Bone Sculpture Size: 2/-1/2 Inches Tall x 1/2 Inch Wide With Hair Tuft: 4 Inches Tall. The figure is on a slender metal support which is on a 1 Inch Width x 1 Inch Deep wooden stand. Condition: Excellent Age: Late 20th Century Weight: 1 Oz. Origin: South Dakota  <b>Eskimo Hand Carved Bone Faces With Inlaid Eyes</b> Size: 6-3/4 Inches Tall x 3-1/4 Inches Wide x 1 Inch Deep Artist: Thomas Sokpick Origin: Shishmarefi, Alaska Signed on the back and the permit number comes with the piece. Condition: Very Good to Excellent. There are two small chips on the back of the carvings, which I believe were done while the carving was done. This does not detract or weaken the piece. Weight: 7 Oz's. Age: Late 20th Century
