This is a vintage decorative cold cast bronze or metal with bronze finish statue of a Japanese Samurai. It measures approx. 7" high x 5.5" wide, weighs over 3lbs. and is believed to be from the 1960's-1970's. It is nicely modelled and in excellent condition. There is a detailed raised decoration of birds and flowers on the front and back. There are stylized art nouveau influenced handles and some kind of stylized beast as a finial. Overall it is in good condition, with evidence of a repair to one of the handles. Other than that, no major dents, dings or scratches.
