Most likely manufactured during the 1960’s/1970’s era in Japan, this Brinn’s Pittsburgh ceramic dog is unusual in its 13 inch tall height, and for its multi-toned brown mottled appearance. The ceramic dog, perhaps a poodle, has a 2 1/2 inch width across its base and is adorned with clear crystal rhinestone eyes.

Our canine friend is in very good vintage condition and has no cracks, chips, or flakes. There is a red and gold Brinn’s, Pittsburgh – made in Japan, foil label under the base.  11" x 16" x 9" One of the finest pieces to come from Victor Bertolotti. A beautiful & suprised pubescent nude Merbabe frolics with her fish friends.  This is a hard to find vintage 1950's television lamp in the shape of a matador fighting a bull. I have not found a maker's mark on the lamp but it could be under the felt on the bottom of the lamp. The matador is holding a bright red swirling cape in one hand and his sword in the other hand. The matador is wearing a cream colored suit accented with gold. The bull is various shades of brown with gold horns. The lamp measures 12 inches tall, 11 inches long and 6 inches wide. The light works and the cord is not frayed. The only problem I could find are some tiny missing spots of red on the cape and a flea bite on the edge of the back where the bulb is located. The lamp may also need cleaning. I found this at an estate sale and have not done anything to it except plug it in. This is a wonderful example of a vintage television lamp. I offer a 7-day money back guarantee. All methods of payment are accepted, however, checks must clear before shipping. The buyer is responsible for shipping and handling costs and I am happy to combine shipping for multiple purchases. Please let me know if you have any questions. Thanks for stopping by.  This is a never opened 2002 Hallmark Keepsake The Family Tree 3 1/2" photo holder ornament in the Part of Our Legacy series. It is made of fabric, glass, and metal. Satisfaction guaranteed. Happy shopping at My Gigi's Treasures!

No Cracks Chips or Crazing.  Standing 4 3/4 inches tall and measuring 6 1/2 inches from his nose to the end of his tail, the Lefton Siamese cat presents a marvelous, display worthy appearance.

The Siamese is without cracks, chips or nicks and has a red and gold foil Lefton label attached to his underside. The subtle color variations and those piercing blue eyes combine to make this Lefton porcelain piece, stamped #H6531, a cat fancier’s delight.  How special and unique is this folk art carving? The wonderful pelican stands 3 3/4 inches high on a 2 1/8 inch oval base and was carved from the horns of a Water Buffalo. Water Buffalo is not an endangered species, and in Southeast Asia, this animal has a variety of uses, just as the Bison or Plains Buffalo did for Native Americans. The Water Buffalo works as a draft animal for farming land, and is used for food production. In addition, master artisans carve exceptional sculptures from its horns.

Horns are prized for their natural finish and coloration. Hues can range from ebony to a light ivory with marbling and pattern changes found inside the layers of horn. The carver makes use of the changes in the horn to color his sculpture. No additional pigments or paint medium is normally used.

The finished folk art sculpture is truly amazing in its fine detailing and color pattern, and has no damage issues. If you are a folk art enthusiast, this pelican carving will not disappoint. There is a tag in place with the name JUSTA and information regarding the Water Buffalo horn and what it signifies – fertility, wealth, success and happiness.   Marvelous craftsmanship and attention to detail can be found on this 6 1/2 inch long and 2 3/4 inch tall duck. Craft-Tex located in High Point, N.C., creates composite wood ducks from ground wood, pecan shells and resin. All of their figures are hand painted by artisans using a special process which enhances the realistic appearance of their decoys.

This green winged drake figure is a true rendering of this waterfowl as it would be seen in its natural environment. Hand signed by the artist, K. Wall under the base along with the name of the duck figure, this piece also has felt/suede attached to the underside to protect the table, desk, or shelf on which you choose to display. There is also an American Wildlife Collection gold foil label in place with the 1985 year date.
