Stunning vintage Murano beige handblown cased art glass folded bowl with copper flecks, six folds, and a white underside. Very heavy glass. Unsigned since sticker is missing. 8" in diameter and 3" tall. Fine condition with no damage. 1940-50s.  Vintage Murano Glass Bowl by Seguso in a beautiful Pink with Gold Fleck Controlled Bubble. This gorgeous piece is one of the typical styles produced by Archimede Seguso in the 1950's. It is overall pink in color with a profusion of golddust flecks encased in clear glass at the bottom. The has controlled bubbles start at the gold bottom and carry to the top of the bowl. It is 4 inches across and 1 3/4 inches deep, ground bottom, no markings as the majority of pieces had paper labels that have come off in the course of time. It is in excellent condition, no chips, does have some scratches on the bottom which is normal in pieces of this age and one scratch on the side, neither are noticeable unless you are actually looking for them, beautiful addition to your collection! Please see our other listings for additional pieces of vintage Murano Glass.  This art Butterfly Bowl was manufactured by Murano and attributed to Fratelli Toso circa 1950. Shown in Pina's Italian Glass Century 20, page 166, says Fratelli Toso, designed by Ermanno Toso in the 1950s and 1960s. Beautifully cased in blue and white opalescent with copper swirl adventurine flecks. It has two wings and short paired projections in the middle that look like a butterfly body. In very good + condition without chips, cracks or fleabites it measures 2 1/2 inches high, 9 inches wide and 8 1/2 inches long. An addition to any Fratelli Toso Murano Art Glass Collection. Vintage Venini Textured Blue Vase - Ra $200.00
Vintage Venini #8030 "a canne" art glass tumbler is composed of alternating vertical canes of blue and green – circa 1960s. The Italian Venetian glass measures approximately 6" high, the top rim is 3" in diameter and tapers to 2-1/2" diameter at the base. It has never been used, there are no chips, cracks or repairs ~ Mint.  Venini Glass is hand-blown by master craftsmen on the island of Murano, off Venice, Italy. It is made from the purest sand! This lamp was manufactured in the 1970s and comes with an electrical cord featuring an on/off switch. The glass base is white and measures 9" high to the harp. There are three metal extensions which are 5-1/2" long and there are 11" between each extension to hold a shade. This lamp base has never been used. I have a duplicate lamp with a cracked shade and have always wanted to have a stained glass shade made for this one. The base is in excellent condition with no cracks, chips or repairs...has been in storage. In addition to the pictures of the lamp base I am showing a photograph of the lamp from the Venini catalog and also a picture of my lamp.  Venini Glass is hand-blown by master craftsmen on the island of Murano, off Venice, Italy. It is made from the purest sand! This rare mottled green glass bowl, properly called "NINFEA" by Tony Zuccheri for Venini in 1968 measures 8" high x 13" in diameter. The bowl is large and impressive, never really been used, just displayed in my home (non-smoking) and in excellent condition. There are no cracks or repairs. * Note: I have tried to photograph two very small burst bubbles on one area at the top rim-they are not noticeable but one is rough and must be noted. If you need any further information or photgraphs, please let me know.  These are hand blown Murano goblets purchased in Murano, Italy at the end of WW-II. The goblets have gold flecks within the glass on the rim, around the base, in the stem, in the teardrops and in the band around the goblet. The goblets are in like new condition, they have never been used and we are the second owners. Each goblet is 7 3/4 inches tall and 3 1/4 inches diameter at the rim. The price is per goblet. We would prefer to sell as a set. 8 goblets

This like new condition Italian art glass barware glass has a matching bowl by glass artist Alfredo Barbini. This glass has a pontil mark and thick walls; holds 12 ounces; and measures 4" tall with a diameter of 3 1/4". It is a white transparent glass with 1" huge black spots encased in clear crystal similar to the Barbini Harlequin Gold Adventurine pattern. Happy shopping at My Gigi's Treasures! smbx  Nice blue italian art glass vase, stands approx. 16 1/2" tall with a 5 1/2" base.  Vintage Murano Glass Italy Nason Owl Figurine Paperweight. This company would appear to date from 1967 and was started by Vincenzo Nason as VNC. Nason is known to have trained at Venini, right up until around the year 2000, as which time it appears they ceased operating. This owl is made using a method call Sommerso, Italian for submerged. A gather of glass is submerged into a vat containing different colored glass. This processs allows distinct colored layers to be built up, and can be repeated many times. This owl has an inner layer of brown with a clear outer layer. It is almost 5 inches tall and about 2 3/4 inches across including the tail, has the original and is in excellent condition. Perfect for display or for use as a paperweight. If you have questions please contact me and thank you for looking.  This beautiful glass sitiing elephant with trunk up was made by I.V.R Mazzega (Industrie Vetrarie Riunite Mazzega) Murano, Venice, Italy (1938 - 1983). The exact starting date of the glasswork cannot be established. According to Esperia Mazzega, daughter of Romano, it goes back to the early 30s. In 1937 Romano sold the firm to Aureliano Toso and the following year, together with his brothers Gino and Maria, he established the F.lli Mazzega. After the Second World War this name became I.V.R. Mazzega. The glasswork operated mainly as a commissionaire, especially for the Fucina degli Angeli firm, having the best artist and glassblowers of the time, such as: Ermanno Nason, Luigi Scarpa Croce, Aldo Bergamini, Fulvio Bianconi, Carlo Scarpa, Renzo Burchiellaro, Anzolo Fuga, Marc Chagall, Pablo Picasso, Gio' Ponti, Georges Braque and Jean Cocteau. Production stopped in 1983. Made with silver foil and cased in clear glass with applied pink swirled trunk and ears match his opaline pink eyes and tail, the Mazzega Murano foil label is missing. This wonderful set of 2 cruets with glass stoppers still have their original labels attached that are marked. Silvestri / Opere in Vetre e Cristallo / Arte Murano / Made in Italy. The history of Murano glass is interesting in the fact that it is the longest lasting center for glass making in history. It spans from the 9th century to today. Murano is a small island North West of the city of Venice, Italy not much larger than a few square miles. Made with a frosted glass bottom with a clear stopper that is covered in heavy plastic to protect the neck from chips it has a bunch of figural grapes attached to the bottle with silver cord draped around, silver painted leaves and stem top and 2 metal discs attached. In very good + condition without chips, cracks or fleabites, they do have light scratches from use and measure 7 1/2 inches tall and 4 1/4 inches wide. An addition to any Murano Cruet Collection. Exquisitely detailed this one comes with matching crest and beak. Murano is an island lying on the edge of the Adriatic Sea in the lagoon of Venice. In the 100 years between 1860 and 1960 the glass producing firms located on Murano rose to world leadership in the production of decorative glass objects. In very good + condition it measures 4 1/2 inches high, 7 inches long and 4 1/2 inches wide. Makes a beautiful showing on any table and an addition to any Murano Glass Collection. This vase is breathtaking! This vase is the work of the Murano firm of Fratelli Toso, made in the early 20th century, between 1900 and 1920. Not as well known as other Murano factories such as Barbini and Seguso, they were the first to revive the old Venetian art glass in 1854. Fratelli Toso was a versatile company, but they are best known for their work with millefiori. This piece has the millifiori pattern with several different complex murrines, the stretch color neck and applied stretch cane handles. It is 4 1/4 inches tall, 2 1/2 inches across the mouth of the vase and about 3 1/4 inches across the body of the vase. It is in excellent condition, no damage and no repairs.
