This beautiful BLACK on WHITE CAMEO ART GLASS CHARGER / BOWL was made by Glass Artist Kelsey Murphy. It features an ORIENTAL inspired CARVED FLORAL DESIGN of DOGWOOD TREE BRANCHES. The bowl does not sit flat on a table. It was made to tilt to one side. A bit about CAMEO GLASS and the ARTIST: Kelsey Murphy directed the production of this extraordinary new line that was introduced by Pilgrim in the late 1980s. The new line would be known as Cameo Glass. Cameo Glass was made by a process that used sandblasting and hand scribing verses, or he used acid etching to reduce the surface of the glass. This was the same sort of method that was used in the Victorian Era. The cased glass was carved through sandblasting and this would reveal the desired color and design. Cameo Glass came in cranberry, cobalt, crystal, green, pink, topaz and black and white. All of the designs of the Cameo Glass line were created by Kelsey Murphy. These signed and numbered pieces are part of limited editions. After many years in the art glass making industry the Pilgrim Art Glass Company closed its doors in 2002. This Charger / Bowl is signed Kelsey/Pilgrim in diamond pen script on the bottom. The CONDITION is ESTATE / USED. It has a pontil on the bottom. This is a decorative item used only for display.  Pilgrim glass produced this amber glass deer named Bambi number 936 in their 1970 catalog. She just look elegant just laying there with her cocked head and bent leg. She is approximately 6.00 inches long and 3.50 inches at the tallest point and in good condition with no nicks, chips or cracks.  Vintage Rainbow or Pilgrim Glass Orange Basket. Both the Rainbow and Pilgrim Glass glass companies were two of the largest of the West Virginia Glass companies that were popular in the 1940's to the 1980's. At their height they produced a large volume of products for both retail sale and wholesale customers, as with many of the other glass companies of this times they have been out of business for many years. This basket is 5 inches tall and about 3 inches across, the body of the basket is orange with a clear applied handle. It is in excellent condition, a perfect addition to your collection!  This item is an elegant fan shaped Cameo Glass Vase made by the Pilgrim Glass Company. Parts of the top layer of glass are cut away to reveal the different colored glass beneath. The design of this Vase is cut leaves and butterflies with shading from brown to amber color. The Vase is about 8 and 3/4 inches high; 11 and 1/2 inches across at the fan; and 3 inches across at the base. This Vase is in excellent condition without any chips or cracks.

Unmarked, possibly Pilgrim Glass by Moretti or Murano Italian glass double vase. Polished pontil, has light signs of wear on the bottom, no cracks or chips, has a very minor scuffs/marks on the body. Stunning colors of blue and green in a clear base. The body of the vase has vertical wave designs resulting from the stretching process. Has the uneven look of Roberto Moretti's style. 15 in. high x 8 1/2 in. across the top, base is 3 1/2 in. square. A versatile standout piece for any decor!  Clear glass basket vase, by Roberto Moretti, a top designer for Pilgrim Glass. Characteristic freestyle glass making of his, that is why it looks like it leans to one side. Unsigned, but I have been informed by an advanced collector that it is definitely one of his. 7 1/2 in. high, 3 3/4 in. deep, 5 in. wide. No chips or cracks. Has a few very light scratches which I tried to get in the photos but they are just too light to pick up clearly. The handle has a few very tiny rough spots that I had to mention for accuracy, they are only noticeable if you feel for them. Hand polished pontil. An elegant piece perfect for gift-giving!
