A Steuben puff box in Pomona Green with a flame finial.  The unsigned box is in like new condition and is unsigned.  The glass is vertically ribbed on the jar and lid.  The jar is 4 3/8 inches in diameter and is 5 inches tall to the top of the finial.  The finial has 5 amber leaves surrounding a colorless pink stiped mica center.  This piece is shape 6786.  There is a polished pontil mark.

 A shape 686 Steuben Verre de Soie candlestick.  The 10 inch tall twist stem candlestick is unsigned and is undamaged. An unsigned 12 inch tall Steuben candlestick in an unusual color combination.  The piece is shape 2956 and has an amethyst stem with topaz cup and foot.  There is a broken pontil as is usual with this shape  A pair of ribbed 10 inch tall amber Steuben candlesticks.  The sticks are shape 2956 and are unsigned.  No chips, cracks, or scratches on either candlestick.  A pair of unsigned shape 2956 Steuben candlesticks.  The 10 inch tall unsigned candlesticks are amber with celeste blue trim on the candle cup and foot.  The candlesticks are perfect.

 A pair of amethyst Steuben candlesticks, shape 2956.  The 12 inch tall candlesticks are ribbed and are signed, one having a fleur de lys signature and the other a block letter "Steuben" acid stamp.  Excellent condition.

A pair of bicolored 12 inch Steuben shape 2956 candlesticks.  The sticks have a topaz stem and Celeste blue ribbed feet and cups.  One of the pair has a partial Steuben paper label.  There is no damage to either candlestick.

 An unmatched pair of mirror black Steuben candlesticks.  The sticks are unsigned shape 2956 and are 10 inches tall.  Both pieces are in perfect condition.  One of the pair has a rolled rim on the foot and candle cup while the other has plain rims.

 A selenium red 6 inch tall candlestick with two clear prunts on the side of the stem.  The candlestick appears to be a variant of shape 6669 and has a flattened stem, an oval rim and optic rib pattern in the foot and rim.  The top rim is 3 by 3 5/8 inches.  The candlestick is signed with the block letter "Steuben" mark.  A Steuben compote in colorless crystal with a pair of decorative red and blue rings around the bowl and around the top of the stem.  The 8 1/4 inch tall, 7 inch diameter compote is shape 7472 and is signed with the fleur de lys.

A single 12 inch tall Steuben candlestick with Pomona green stem and topaz foot and cup.  The foot and cup are ribbed in this exceptional example of shape 6045.  The candlestick is unsigned.  Another pair of unusually colored Steuben candlesticks.  This pair is citron and are shape 686.  The sticks are 8 inches tall and each has a Rockwell Gallery label attached to the polished pontil.  Like new.  A pair of shape 1617 unsigned Steuben candlesticks.  The 10 inch tall candlesticks are Celeste blue with colorless double merses joining the stem and cup.  Both the bases and the cups are ribbed and there is no damage.

 Very rare pair of signed Silverina 6 inch tall, shape 6637 candlesticks.  The candlesticks are colorless and have a wide ruffled rim.  They are signed with the block letter mark.  Both candlesticks are in like new condition.

A colorless Steuben candlestick with black reeding on the wide rim of the candlecup. The candlestick has a diamond optic pattern on the foot and candlecup.  The underside of the foot has a block letter "Steuben" mark.

 A selenium red 6 inch tall candlestick with two clear prunts on the side of the stem.  The candlestick appears to be a variant of shape 6669 and has a flattened stem, an oval rim and controlled bubble pattern in the foot and rim.  The top rim is 2 ½ by 3 3/4 inches.  The candlestick is signed with the block letter "Steuben" mark.  A ribbed green jade vase with hexagonal top and having an alabaster foot.  The 9 3/4 inch tall vase is shape 6241 in the Steuben factory line drawings.  The vase is unsigned.

 A 10 inch tall Ivrene (iridized alabaster) vase by Steuben Glass.  The vase is 10 inches tall and is shape 7671.  Simple yet classical.  Unsigned and perfect.

A Steuben Van Dyke pattern goblet, 8 1/4 inches tall and shape 3551.  This goblet has the ribbed Rosa stem and is signed "Steuben" in block letters on the polished pontil.

 A pair of colorless Steuben candlesticks, shape 7504. The wide rims of the candlesticks and the deep candle cups are wheelcut in the Marguerite pattern. The candlesticks are 4 inches tall and are engraved "Steuben" with a diamond point stylus, dating them to 1932 or later.  A nice colorless crystal and Pomona Green compote.  The 6 3/4 inch tall compote has an optically ribbed colorless bowl and foot joined by a twisted Pomona Green stem.  The base has a broken pontil and is signed with the block letter "Steuben" mark.  

 Wonderful set of twelve brandy sniffers by Steuben Crystal.  They are simple and clear, are 6 1/2 inches high and in excellent condition.  All are signed on the bottom.

An amber and Pomona Green lemonade set consisting of a 9 1/2 inch tall pitcher and 8 matching 5 1/2 inch tall handled cups.  The pitcher is ribbed and is shape 6232.  The ribbed cups are shape 7218.  All the pieces are marked with the Steuben fleur de lys.

 Steuben Venetian style topaz water set consisting of 4 tumblers and a 10 1/2 inch tall pitcher.  The goblets or stemmed tumblers are 5 1/2 inches tall and have hollow stems decorated with blue prunts and blue threading on the feet.  The pitcher has the blue threading on the foot and blue rigaree and prunts on the lower portion.  The applied handle of the pitcher is hollow.  The items are identified  as shape 5067 and are unmarked.  One of the tumblers has a minute rim chip.  A very unusual Verre de Soie vase with rolled rim.  The unsigned vase is shape 2145 and is 5 1/2 inches tall.  The diameter is 7 inches.

 A fine pair of Steuben blue Aurene twist stem candlesticks.  The 8 inch tall sticks are in excellent condition with normal wear on the underside of the feet.  The candlesticks is signed "Steuben aurene 686."  The color on this pair is exceptional.

This item is an elegant Yellow Jade two tiered fan Vase made by Steuben Glass of Corning, New York.  The Yellow Jade has not been made by Steuben for quite a number of years.  This Vase is blown glass made into a fan shape on top of a pedestal.  The bottom still has part of the original paper label.  The Vase is about 6 and 1/2 inches high; 8 inches wide across at the top of the fan; 6 inches across the other way at the fan; and 4 and 1/4 inches across at the base.  This Vase is in excellent condition without any chips or cracks.  This item is a wonderful large clear glass Vase made by Steuben Glass Works, Corning, New York.  The Vase has the acid etched Steuben signature on the bottom.  It has a unique molded glass design between the base asnd the cup of the Vase.  To me it looks somewhat like a Nautilus sea shell.  This Vase is about 8 and 1/2 inches high; 5 inches across at the top; and 3 and 3/8 inches across at the bottom.  The Vase is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks.  PB080043  Amber 3 lobed Steuben vase, shape 6441.  The 10 inch tall vase is ribbed and has a topaz foot and stem.  It appears to be unsigned.

 This item is an outstanding example of Steuben Glass.  It is a Gold Aurene on Calcite Bowl.  This is a tyope of Art Glass developed by Frfederick Carder (one of the founders of Steuben Glass Works) and registered in 1904 to be exclusively made by Steuben.  This piece is unsigned anjd was made between 1904 and 1945.  The Bowl is about 6 inches across and 2 and 5/8 inches high.  It is in excellent condition without any chips or cracks.

Vintage Steuben Glass Gold Aurene on Cal $875.00

This item is a wonderful example of a Steuben Glass Works Gold Aurene on Calcite Bowl.  Gold Aurene on Calcite is a type of Art Glass developed by Frederick Carder (one of the founders of Steuben Glass) and registered in 1904 to be exclusively made by Steuben Glass.  This large Bowl was made between 1904 and 1945.  It is about 12 inches across and 3 and 1/8 inches high.  This Bowl is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks.   This is an outstanding piece of Steuben Art Glass.  It is a Gold Aurene Bowl which is about 6 inches across and 1 inch high.  This Bowl is signed F. Carder and was made around 1904.  This piece came from the personal collection of James and Mrs. Matt Donahue.  It is in excellent condition.   This item is a wonderful and whimsical Mini Tortoise Shell made by Steuben Glass Company.  The bottom of the piece has the acid etched signature of Steuben.  This piece is about 1 and 1/2 inches high: 3 and 1/2 inches long: and 2 and 1/2 inches across.  It is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks.  For sale is a pair of signed Steuben jade and alabaster swirl compotes that date to approximately 1930.  Each compote measures approximately 7 inches tall and has a width on the top of approximately 7 inches and the base has a width of 4 1/2 inches.  The top part and stem are jade and the base is  alabaster.  Each compote is stamped  with the Steuben Fleur-de-lis and each has a ground and polished pontil.  I tried to take a picture of the stamp but they are very faint and do not show in the photo.   Both the compotes are in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or repairs. Pair of STEUEBEN Jade and Alabaster Swir $1495.00

For sale is a pair of very nice candlesticks made and signed Steuben.  The top and bases are cranberry swirl and the centers are clear glass.  Each candlestick is stamped on the bottom STEUBEN.  The candlesticks are approximately 10 inches tall and the base has a width of approximately 4 3/4 inches, the top has a width of approximately 3 1/2 inches.  The candlesticks are in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or repairs.  There is however some manufacturing flaws in the glass.  Inside the clear stems are some deposits when they were made, one showing much more than the other (YOU CAN SEE THE MANUFACTURING FLAWS IN THE BLACK BACKGROUND PHOTOS).  This is NOT DAMAGE BUT A MANUFACTURING FLAW (they are hand blown).  The deposits show much more on the black background than on the white.  The candlesticks are never the less extremely fine and are quite handsome.  Shipping with insurance will be $25.00 in the Continental USA.  each blue glass insert is signed Aurene 1414, silver plated mounts, original wiring,[outside wrapping is missing but still safe to use], plating is unpolished but intact, glass is perfect.


This form of lamp is quite scarce and rarely comes on the market. These are in superior original condition.  A 5 lobed Steuben Pomona Green vase with a Steuben fleur de lys acid stamped signature.  The 6 inch tall, 5 inch diameter vase is as shown in illustration 139 on page 90 of Gardner's "The Glass of Frederick Carder."

 Steuben Gold Calcite goblet, unsigned with polished pontil.  The shape 1955 goblet is 6 inches tall. There is no damage of any kind on this goblet.

Rare Steuben Marina Blue tumble-up.  The ribbed pitcher and tumbler are shape 3064.  The pieces are unsigned.  The tumbler is 3 3/8 inches tall and 2 3/8 inches in diameter.  The pitcher is 5 1/4 inches tall and 4 1/2 inches in diameter.  Assembled, the tumble-up is 6 1/2 inches tall.

 For sale is a Steuben blue aurene atomizer.  Atomizer stands approximately 7 1/4 inches tall and the base has a diameter of approximately 2 1/2 inches.  The atomizer is in fine condition with no chips, cracks or repairs.  The squeeze ball is the original and has hardened with age, they can be replaced but I will let the new owner decide for themselves.  The glass rod that attaches to the atomizer(see photo) appears to be the original.  I have also shown 2 photos where the base of the stem meets the base.  In these photos you can see where these were attached.  This is NOT damage but a factory process.  There is no roughness at all to the attachment and the aurene finish encompasses it entirely. I have only described this for accuracy.  This type of art glass was hand made.  The atomizer is not signed but shown in many Steuben books.  Shipping with insurance will be $20.00 in the Continental USA.  A rosaline and alabaster Steuben candlestick, shape 2933 as shown in plate 4.121 in "Frederick Carder and Steuben Glass" by Dimitroff. This 8 1/2 inch tall candlestick has a rosaline foot and candle cup joined by a solid tapered stem in alabaster. The pontil is not polished and the candlestick is unsigned.

 A 6 1/8 inch tall Steuben champagne glass in colorless crystal with a red  rim.  The glass is shape 6596 and in decorated in the "Fountain" pattern as shown in plate 7.42 of Dimitroff "Frederick Carder and Steuben Glass."  The glass holds an even 6 ounces and is signed "Steuben" in block letters. There is a finely polished pontil mark and the glass has no chips, cracks, or other damage.

A green jade and alabaster hexagonal footed bowl.  The alabaster foot supports a 6 3/4 inch diameter green jade bowl with swirled ribs.  The foot is signed "Steuben" in acid stamped block letters.  The piece is 3 3/4 inches tall and is shape 6241.  A beautiful and hard to find gold Aurene footed punch cup by Steuben.  The punch cup is 2 1/2 inches tall and is 3 1/4 inches in diameter.  The underside of the foot has a rough pontil mark and is inscribed "Aurene 610" around the foot.  Perfect condition.  A brilliantly colored gold Aurene bowl in a very uncommon Steuben shape.  The bowl is 6 1/4 inches in diameter and is 3 1/4 inches tall.  The underside has a broken pontil mark and the bowl is marked "Aurene 2817."  A large shape 731 Steuben vase in Ivrene.  The vase is 8 inches tall and 8 inches across the rim.  The base is marked "steuben."

A footed Steuben dessert bowl measuring 5 inches in diameter and 2 1/2 inches tall.  The crystal bowls are rimmed in gold ruby and the lower half of the bowl is reeded in gold ruby.  The bowl is a match to steuben shape 8317 stemware but are unsigned.  A very unusual 12 inch tall Steuben vase, Gardner shape 6033.  The pomona green foot supports a topaz vase with silver mica inclusions.  The underside of the raised foot has a broken pontil mark and is unsigned.  A seldom seen 4 1/2 inch tall Steuben gold Calcite parfait glass with matching underplate.  The 5 1/4 inch diameter underplate retains a small piece of the Steuben paper label.
