This Depression era glass was used both as a fruit knife, or as a cake slicer. It has been used and has the normal use frits/chips to edge, however still remains useable and is quite sharp. " Made In U.S.A." is on edge of handle in raised glass. There is a manufacturing flaw of a missing petal to one of the six flowers that decorate the handle.  This is a antique Dugan Glass "Pulled Loop" clear glass vase, this is a rare vase in the clear color with very few made. 11 3/4" tall with a 3 5/8" base in excellent condition.

A Depression glass reamer, with a tab handle. Has a pattern of four areas of vertical stripes. Has no maker marks, probably either Federal or Hazel Atlas. Measures 5 inches across the top, with a 4-1/4 inch base. Straw marks in the glass, one tiny spout chip, detectible under magnification.   Wheeling Glass bowl with dark green edge blended from white base. Sharp fluting and color blend make this quite distinguished and close cousin to G664. 6.5 inches in diameter, 2 inches tall. In mint condition.  Tongue-shaped scallops edge this bowl in white glass running to blood-red rim. Quite stunning, and kissing cousin to A646. Very thin glass, pontil mark on bottom, one or two small bubbles. 6.25 inches in diameter, 2.5 inches tall. This pair of crystal candlesticks were made by the Beaumont Manufacturing Company in the late twenties or early thirties. Their graceful shape is accentuated by gold trim and hand-painted dark aqua bases. The glass and gold trim are in excellent condition but some of the aqua paint has been scratched, as seen in the photos. It's much more noticeable from the underside than topside. Note the fluted interior design. They stand 8.5 inches tall and 4.25 wide at the base. Although the photos make them look as though they lean a bit, that's a distortion caused by the close-up lens - they're perfectly upright. Sold as a pair.  This mint-condition owl was made by Westmoreland Glass in a special Purple Marble for Levay. Pattern #OOB-1, it stand 3.75 inches tall and is 1.75 inches in diameter. There were only 500 of these owls made in the purple marble. This one displays the Westmoreland trademark of a "W" superimposed with a "G". Made in 1978, and purchased by my parents in 1980. This is NOT a reproduction. You will note that the crystal eyes are missing. Frankly, I think it looks better without those weird glittering eyes, but since they ARE missing, I am pricing accordingly.  Vintage Hazel Atlas Florentine No. 2 Crystal Pitcher. It has a ground bottom which indicates it was made by one of the elegant glass companies, it is 4 3/4 inches across and 2 1/2 inches deep.
