This lovely Hobnail tumbler was made by Fenton in blue opalescent. Measures apx 3 3/8 inches tall; holds 4 oz. No chips or cracks. Nice crisp detail.   This is a large gorgeous handmade shade in the cranberry opalescent pattern, having a background of clear cranberry with white hobs. It has 6 ruffles at the top and a manufacturer ground base. Just a minor flake is noted off the undersurface of the base. It does not detract from the elegance of the shade, and given the obvious hand-made nature, might even be passed over as a manufacturer defect. I would call this near-MINT since the top and hobs are all intact and beautiful; no cracks, scratches, etc. The base fitter measures just under 10 inches in diameter; it is 6 ¼ inches across the ruffled top, and 7 inches in height. Buyer to pay for shipping by USPS Priority, with free Delivery Confirmation, 6 lbs. from 06068. #558  This is a handmade Fenton lamp in the unusual OR, orange-red, or amberina color. The color is striking, and varies from red to orange. The pattern is Poppy, made around the 1960’s-70’s, but apparently not long in this color. The lamp height with original partly frosted chimney is 20 inches; the shade is 7 ½ inches tall x 8 inches at its widest, and 6 7/8 inches at the fitter edge. The fitting area has one chunk missing, about 1 1/4 inches. Normally just a tiny tip of missing glass can be seen since it is covered by the brass ring. The shade has the original foil label which says: Authentic Fenton Handmade. This has the square marble base, also with the original foil label which says: Marble base Made in Italy. There is white felt under the base which I believe is original to the lamp. The lamp is quite heavy, the shade alone weighs almost 3 lbs. The brass could use a bit of polish. I believe the model is # 9208, Poppy student lamp. This is from Mom’s collection, and she was quite proud of it. Buyer to pay for shipping by USPS Priority, with free Delivery Confirmation, 9 lbs. from 06068. #557  Vintage milk glass salt and pepper with chrome lids have graduated thumbprints. Shape and pattern appear consistent with Fenton’s Olde Virginia pattern, ca 1960’s- early 1970’s. This is one of my Mom’s collection of milk glass mostly from the 1950’s- 1960’s, and it could well date back that far, making the set semi-antique. These were always displayed and only occasionally used. The lids are bright and shiny, and in general the set is in MINT condition, with no damage, chips, cracks, etc. Not marked. Buyer to pay for shipping by USPS Priority, with free Delivery Confirmation, 1 ½ lbs. from 06068. #545

Milk glass Salt & Pepper, thumbprint, sh $25.00

Vintage milk glass cream pitcher and sugar with lid has graduated thumbprints. I did not find this in any of my sources, but am taking a guess that Fenton might be the maker, since all the other milk glass from Mom’s collection was Fenton…but don’t hold me to that. This is one of my Mom’s collection of milk glass mostly from the 1950’s- 1960’s, and it could well date back that far, making the set semi-antique. These were always displayed but rarely used, so they are in MINT condition, with no damage, chips, cracks, etc. The creamer has an applied handle and measures 5 inches to the top of the handle. The sugar is 5 1/8 inches tall with the lid. There is a hint of opalescence in the knob of the lid. Not marked. Buyer to pay for shipping by USPS Priority, with free Delivery Confirmation, 3 ½ lbs. from 06068. #544  Vintage milk glass candy dish has 6 double ruffles at the top. The overall design consists of 3 rows of graduated thumbprints. This is one of my Mom’s collection of milk glass, and it could well date back to the 1950’s or 1960’s, making it semi-antique. It was always displayed but rarely used, so it is in MINT condition, with no damage, chips, cracks, etc. Measures 5 1/4 inches in height, and 6 ½ inches max across the top. Not marked. Buyer to pay for shipping by USPS Priority, with free Delivery Confirmation, 3 lbs. from 06068. #543  Vintage milk glass pitcher has graduated hobs, all intact. Identified in Fenton’s ca 1953-54 catalog, as no. 3965 Squat Jug. A clean bright white, the pitcher has an applied handle and holds 4 cups. This is one of my Mom’s collection of milk glass, and it could well date back to the 1950’s, making it semi-antique. It was always displayed but rarely used, so it is in MINT condition, with no damage, chips, cracks, etc. Measures 5 ½ inches to the top of the handle. Not marked. Buyer to pay for shipping by USPS Priority, with free Delivery Confirmation, 3 lbs. from 06068. #542  Vintage footed cake salver was identified in Fenton’s 1952 catalog as no. 68, 13 inch footed cake plate. This is one of my Mom’s collection of milk glass, and it could well date back to the 1950’s, making it semi-antique. It was always displayed but rarely used, so it is in MINT condition, with no damage, chips, cracks, etc. The graduated hobs show opalescence towards the base. The top is ruffled neatly, and there is a linear swirl pattern in the stem. There are a few subtle lines and a bump on the top, but these appear to be in the making. The top edge obviously was hand-tooled since it is not an even 13 inches across; it measure 12 ¾ inches to 12 7/8 inches. The edges are smooth, so there has been no grinding. The base measures 5 inches across and this lovely clean white piece stands from 5 to 5 1/8 inches in height, again variation probably due to hand-working. Not marked. Pristine, clean white milk glass in basically near-MINT condition. Buyer to pay for shipping by USPS Priority, with free Delivery Confirmation, 7 lbs. from 06068. #541

Vintage footed fruit bowl with lattice top was identified in Fenton’s 1958 catalog as no. 9028, footed compote. This is one of my Mom’s collection of milk glass, and it could well date back to the 1950’s, making it semi-antique. It was always displayed but rarely used, so it is in MINT condition, with no damage, chips, cracks, etc. The lattice top contrasts with the rows of exes and triangles in the stem and base. Measures 10 inches across the top, 4 ¾ inches across the base, and 6 ½ inches tall. Not marked. Pristine, clean white milk glass. Buyer to pay for shipping by USPS Priority, with free Delivery Confirmation, 7 lbs. from 06068. #540  Fenton glass swan signed.
