This set of six blown glass icicle or long drop silvered red Christmas ornaments is in perfect, virtually mint condition, as is the original box. They were made in 1950s to early 1960s Poland, each icicle measuring from 6 to 6-1/2 inches long. Likely only used once if at all, the ornaments have no damage or wear and the box is perfect too.

This Enesco number 244570 porcelain bisque Precious Moments window or Christmas ornament is dated 1994 (produced in 1993). It's seashell shaped with a pink satin ribbon hanger, 3-1/4" high by 3" wide. A little girl is kneeling in the sand near a bucket of clams or oysters, the one in her hand is full of pearls. The caption reads "It Is No Secret What God Can Do". Comes mint in its original box. Three identical ornaments are available, price is per ornament.

This Elvis Presley musical Christmas ornament by American Greetings comes in its original box. Shaped like a jukebox picture frame, the front has three different flicker or flasher pictures of Elvis - 2 in black and white, one in color. Push the button at the back of the ornament and Elvis sings Blue Christmas. Four inches high by 2-5/8"" wide, the ornament is in perfect working condition with no damage or wear. Original inner plastic liner is complete and intact. The box has two small tears to the lower window corner. Apologies for the the photos - getting clear views of each of the three full images was difficult. Dated 2002.  Set of three vintage hand beaded dimensional Christmas ornaments from the 1970s - 1980s. Made from faceted clear and colored plastic beads with metallic gold and silver colored oat and tiny round beads, the shapes include a Christmas tree with candles and tiny red seed bead "flames", a dimensional 5 point star in crystal, blue, and silver, and a 3D six-point star in iridescent or aurora borealis beads of bright green and crystal with gold. They are 3-1/2 to 4 inches high including the beaded hanging loops, 3 inches wide or less. Excellent condition with no damage.

This sweet 1950s Japan composition Christmas ornament features a hard plastic angel with fawn or deer figure in an open painted and glittered manger or stable. The back wall of the manger is mirrored and bordered with mercury glass beads. Next to the angel and fawn are mica glittered bottle brush trees and lacquered composition mushrooms. The ornament hangs on the tree from a gold thread cord attached to the top. Minor bumps to the front left corner and roof eaves, a few dark spots to the mirror. About 3 inches wide by 1-3/4" high.

Three painted wax angel Christmas ornaments, made in the 1940s by Tavern Candle Company. They're 3-1/4 inches tall, with blue wings, yellow hair, blue eyes, and red mouths. A thick dusting of mica glitter forms halos on their heads. A few loose specks of glitter, otherwise excellent condition.

These two 1940s painted wax Christmas ornaments were made by Tavern Candles. They're toy soldiers or drum majors, about 3-1/4 inches tall. They're painted red and yellow with black shoes, red mouths, and blue eyes. Their chest shields are coated in thick mica glitter. Excellent condition.

This German blown glass clip-on bird Christmas ornament not only has a lush spun glass fiber tail, it has a matching feather top knot of spun glass on its head. The ornament is more than 6 inches long including the tail, and has two coiled spring legs mounted on the tin clip, allowing it to move and tremble on the tree. The coloring is attractive in shaded yellow, red, green, and cream. Excellent condition with no damage, typical darkening from inner silvering loss at the pike.

A set of one dozen early metal Christmas tree light reflectors in punched tin (the holes do not go all the way through the metal). Several are marked on the back "Patents Allowed And Pend.". I found them in one of my Christmas books identified as Diamond Ray brand, circa 1927. About 3 inches diameter, they are in a variety of different star, flower, and poinsettia shapes.

The reflectors are are surprisingly heavy, at least in comparison to later foil reflectors. All have their 5 metal prongs to secure the bulbs in the centers and are in good vintage condition - one oddly has factory made cuts at the center with minor bends at the opening edge - perhaps used with a larger size light bulb. They are a dark pewter gray color, not as shiny as they appear in the second photo. One reflector has a few spots of light surface rust.

A box of six retro composition Christmas ornaments, made in 1950s Japan for Shiny Brite. They are cardboard boots with gold foil leaf, each filled with little decorated bottle brush trees, lacquered holly leaves, mercury glass ball ornaments, and other items. One has mercury glass candles, another foil candy canes, and four have spun cotton figures: angel, elf, Santa, and snowman. The ornaments are about 3-1/2 inches high and have gold thread loops for hanging on the Christmas tree. One or two have a bit of wear to the gold leafing on the edges of the boots and the mercury glass ornaments have some loss of the inner silvering, otherwise they're all in very good condition. The original box is present but does not have the Shiny Brite lid.

This green blown glass indented scene Christmas ornament was made in Japan in the late 1930s to late 1940s. Inside the concave recess in the glass is a hollow celluloid reindeer figure against a background of glittery white mica snow. About 3 inches high by 2-5/8" diameter, it's considerably larger than most diorama ornaments of this type. In excellent vintage condition with no damage and little wear, just some light spotting due to inner silvering loss at the back. The metal cap is marked Made In Japan.

A gorgeous, jumbo size blown glass teardrop Christmas ornament from 1950s Poland decorated with stenciled and hand painted blue roses. It's nearly 6-1/2 inches high by nearly 4 inches diameter. Three stenciled blue roses or flowers with green leaves on a satin white background are separated by blue vertical bands with white painted squiggle line decoration. The ornament is shown next to a normal size coffee mug for scale in the last photo. There are some scratches to the blue paint just below the metal cap and wear to the mica glitter outlining the blue stripes, otherwise excellent condition.

Large Glass Diorama Scene Reindeer Inden $29.00

These three vintage unsilvered glass Christmas ornaments are decorated with transparent colors and mica ground glass glitter. They were likely produced during or shortly after the end of World War II, when silver nitrate was still in short supply and manufacturers had to decorate their ornaments with transparent and painted colors.

The 2-5/8" diameter ornaments are decorated in two different color schemes but all have the same design:. colored mica stars over vertical bands of transparent color, with white mica pine branches alternating. The metal caps are marked Made In U.S.A. In excellent condition with only slight wear to the mica mica glitter.

This figural silvered glass Christmas ornament was made in Germany in the 1930s or earlier. It depicts a dog in a red bag or sack and has the words My Darling written in script on the sack . The ornament is about 3-1/2 inches high and in very good condition for its age with no chips or breaks, though there is slight loss of the inner mercury silvering and some wear to the faded red (now dark pink) paint.

You can see this ornament (with a green sack instead of pink) in the book "Christmas Rarities, A Pictorial Guide of Rare Antique German Glass Christmas Ornaments" by John Lightner, page 26.

This 3-1/2 inch tall silvered glass owl Christmas ornament was made in 1930s Czechoslovakia. It has a watercolor-like tinted finish in variegated pink, yellow, and green. The transparent light glaze is quite delicate and has flaked quite a bit in the front. The pike is chipped under the metal cap.

This 1930s blown glass bell Christmas ornament was made in Germany. It's 4-1/4 inches high and has a hollow pierced brass metal ball clapper wired to the inside and a figural glass acorn or berry finial handle top. The bell is decorated with pink, white, yellow, and green horizontal bands or stripes, mica glitter leaves around the center glass stripe. The berry or acorn is gold red. The ornament has some finish wear from age and handling as well as age degradation of the inner mercury silvering. A small pike chip is visible below the metal cap. I'm going to change out the metal cap before shipment as it's a little big and doesn't hang as well as a smaller one would.

A pretty glass bird clip-on style Christmas ornament in rich reddish brown with gold glittered wings and a real feather tail. The ornament is about 5-1/2" long with it's curled tail (longer if the tail is straightened). The legs are gold-colored coiled springs mounted to the metal clip that make the bird tremble and flutter on the tree branch at the slightest breeze or movement. Excellent condition with no damage. Three identical ornaments are available, price is per ornament.

This pretty 1950s Japan-made Christmas ornament can be a wall, window, or door decoration, or you can hang it on the tree as an ornament. My mother always hung one like this on our front door. It's more than 12 inches long, the top a wreath of wired gold mercury glass beads with silver foil leaves, wired small gold bead flowers, and a white satin bow at the base. Dangling below the center are four staggered-length chains of silver mercury glass beads with gold glass ball ornaments in different sizes at the ends of the chains. Some normal mild inner silvering loss to the beads and ornaments, otherwise the decoration is in excellent vintage condition with no chips or breaks.

These six painted hard plastic angel figures have spikes at the bottoms to use as cake or cupcake decorations, or in floral arrangements, centerpieces, or holiday wreaths. They aren't marked but were made in late 1940s to early 1950s Western Germany. Most of the 3" to 3-1/2 inch high angels hold something - a lantern, a songbook, a tree, or a lit candle. One angel has no hands and another is missing one of her wings at the back, the others are in excellent condition.

It's more than 6 inches long from beak to tail. The bird is attached to the metal clip with two coiled spring legs.

The other bird is darker pink and smaller, 5 inches long overall. It has iridescent glitter on the back and a red beak. This ornament has a single spring leg. Both birds are in excellent condition with no damage, though there is visible glue to the tail and leg areas.

This pretty vintage beaded glass Christmas ornament was made in Czechoslovakia. It's in the shape of a spider in a web, 3 inches wide by about 5-3/4 inches long to the top. A gold glass center ball "spider" is surrounded by small fused silver beads, individual tiny green beads, and silver indent beads with pink flower centers. Long silvered glass tube beads wired in a hexagonal shape form the outside parameters of the web. The ornament is in excellent condition with no breaks or damage.

This large, lovely antique Victorian tinsel framed Christmas ornament features a beautifully lithographed and embossed 3-1/2 by 5-1/2 inch German paper die-cut depicting a lady with flowers and flowing, curly black hair with a cherub behind her shoulder, all framed in a heart shape. Extending from the bottom of the heart are golden rays, stars, nosegays or tussie-mussies, and a four leaf clover. Loops of wired gold feather tinsel garland and strands of gold flat tinsel frame the diecut, with red cellophane streamers.

Overall measurements are about 5 by 8-1/2 inches. One of the red streamers is shorter than the other, probably broken off. Otherwise the ornament is in excellent condition for its 100-plus years.

This genuine Victorian era large scrap Christmas ornament starts with a beautifully lithographed, embossed 5-1/2 by 6-3/4 inch German paper die-cut depicting a beautiful angel kneeling with her hands clasped in prayer. Loops of antique wired gold feather tinsel frames the scrap in a stylized clover shape, with sprays of gold crinkly tinsel strands at the corners. Overall size is 9 inches high by 8 inches wide. The litho diecut is frames in ornate gold scrollwork with blue and gold stars and flowers at the tops and sides. The paper is heavier than that used after the turn of the last Century. The very tip of the upper star decoration is missing and of course the tinsel is a bit crushed, otherwise the ornament is in very good condition for its well over 100 year age.

Two have metal clappers and they make a pleasant ringing sound (one clapper is missing). The inside rims are marked "Bruce Pat. App. For". You usually see that patent phrase on items made in the 1940s or earlier, but I've never seen these bells before and I'm not sure exactly how old they are. Very nice condition with no damage and very little finish wear.

A pretty 1930s blown beaded glass Christmas ornament from Czechoslovakia. It's 2-1/2 inches diameter, formed by two concentric mercury glass rings in green and chartreuse. Wired to the center are mercury glass bead ornaments in red and gold to form a cross shape. There is some finish wear consistent with age, particularly to the red ornaments, but no chips or breaks.

If this 1930s German glass Santa Claus Christmas ornament still had its original chenille legs, it's book value would be around $200. As you can see from the last photo, the chenille legs are no longer present but you can easily add replacements if you wish.

The ornament is 3-1/2 inches high. Santa carries a green pine tree and has a flesh colored hand painted face and painted white beard. There's some normal inner mercury silvering loss near the top, rub wear to the red coat at the back and the elbows, all minor considering the ornament's age. No chips or breaks, the ornament displays wonderfully.

Three miniature blown glass figural Christmas ornaments - two lamps and a mushroom. They're just 1-1/2 to 2 inches high. The lamps are pink and silver, decorated with silver glitter leaves on the shades. The mushroom has a pink with white polka dots cap, painted green grass at the base, and an indent at the lower center of the stem with a tiny piece of green fern. I'm including a bonus mushroom ornament, identical to the other but it has a chip or hole at the back side of the cap - it still displays fine.

A rare and unusual old hand painted composition Christmas ornament from Japan depicting a black man wearing a red fez hat. It's 3-3/4 inches long and has faded red chenille legs with mercury glass bead feet. There are some nicks and small chips around the top of the head and at the bottom where the legs attach but the wear is consistent with age and not objectionable. A very displayable and scare piece of Christmas Black Memorabilia.

Heavy for its its 1 1/2 X 2 in. size, bright enamel colors of red, green and blue. Condition - good.    Christmas Precious Moments2010 Ornament By Sam Butcher. The Ornament was made in Indonesia and it is 3 1/2 inches long and 2 5/8 inches wide.  This German made figural glass Christmas ornament is are in the form of a passenger car. The shape resembles a Volkswagen Bug or Beetle and is therefore sometimes called a VW ornament by collectors, though in actuality it resembles a lot of 1930s and early 1940s era automobiles.

The mercury silvered ornament is 3 inches long and has a pike "tailpipe" at the back and an embedded metal hanger on the roof. The color is bright brownish or brick red with black or very dark brown trim, the headlights are painted yellow, and the wheel rims are painted white. There's a little light paint wear around the edges of the ornament as shown. This type of ornament was made in Germany before World War II and again just after the war in Western Germany - I'm not sure which time frame it belongs to.

This 1950s West Germany dimensional dome-scene type Christmas ornament features a paper mache and spun cotton composition Santa figure inside a clear blown glass ball dome. The cute hand painted Santa holds two little green bottle brush trees and is decorated with white mica glitter "fur" on his coat and hat. The glass ornament is decorated on the outside with white painted scallops and stars. The ornament is about 2-1/2 inches diameter and in excellent condition. A little glitter dust is caught inside the glass ball - that and glare made the pictures come out poorly.
