There are rose cut garnet stones set in silver on each link of the bracelet and on the clasp. The garnets have been tested. Because the stones are rose cut, even though they are very dark red, they do have a sparkle to them, particularly in the sun light. The necklace is 17 1/2 inches from end to end. It is not marked, but looks to be from the 50s-60s. It is 1 1/4 inches wide at the widest part, and graduates to 7/8 of an inch towards the hook clasp. I purchased the necklace many years ago in England.  Sparkling vintage claw set rhinestone necklace that is 15 inches end to end. The rhinestones are Rhodium silvertone set, and they are all very brilliant (not dull or grey, NO yellowing) There is a hook clasp. It looks wonderful with a 'little black dress. There is no signature on it.  Enamel Dragon Pendant on Silk Cord. This cute Dragon probably came from China. We believe it enamel on a base metal.
