Love this style and decoration on these very heavy coffee cups. Was probably used in a restaurant. Cups are 2 1/2" tall and 3 3/4" in diameter. Has "Tepco, USA China" on the bottom. In excellent condition.  This exceptionally large country design goose cookie jar measures 13 3/4 inches in height, is 10 1/4 inches long from the tip of the tail feathers to the front of the chest and is 6 1/4 inches wide. The interior depth height, the area that holds the cookies, is 5 inches tall.

Goose is done in traditional white with blue ribbon with polka dots around its neck, and gold accents for the feet and bill.

In great good condition with minimal wear and very minor crazing which is nearly impossible to see and only mentioned for accuracy. Impressed into the underside of the ceramic base is Japan.  Very graphic 1 lb. cardboard box from Gold Band Roasted Coffee by Howson Coffee Co. The box lithograph was by United States Printing & Lithograph Co., their name is printed on an inside flap. Graphics picture a coffee plantation with native workers, the coloring on the box is more vibrant than the pictures captured, especially the gold trim color. Box measurements are 6 3/4" high x 4" wide x 2 5/8" deep. Howson Coffee Co. was located in Silver Creek, N.Y.

Age of the box is unknown, with the earliest possible date of 1914, as that is when the printing company changed their name to that indicated on the box. The only reference I found to this coffee company was that it was served during the 1920s. No contents remains in the box.

A very nice old piece of advertising for the coffee collector or graphic ephemera collector!

Condition: The box is in very nice display condition with very light age soiling. The cardboard is sturdy with no creases or damage. One of the top side flaps is partially torn at the seam but is still attached.

Ship: $2.75 boxed 1st class.  This American Bisque cookie jar was produced during the 1950's when western themed items were all the rage. The cowboy boots stand 12 1/2 inches tall, are 7 inches wide, and 7 inches deep from front to back.

Glaze is extremely shiny with variations of color in the boots just as a real pair of worn boots would have. Star accents on the front of the boots, with a belt buckle draped over the boots on the backside. The yellow base is made to look like distressed wood. The words Cookies and Cowboy Boots appear on the front of the base.

There are no chips, cracks or flakes present other than what appears to be a small flake due to a glaze pop on the top of the rim on the side of the boots, which is shown in the very last picture. There is crazing present throughout the piece which is not overly apparent as it blends in with the shading of the piece. Some interior staining on the very bottom, and on the underside of the base.

This is a very heavy piece, with the base weighing 4 3/4 pounds and the lid alone just under 2 pounds. The recommended shipping method would be through UPS Ground to customers within the U.S.

Jar is hard to find, and if you are lucky enough to find one, you would be hard pressed to find one in this great of a condition. Piece would make a great addition to any western decor.

Seven Tepco Western Coffee Cups

Large Vintage Country Goose Cookie Jar M $25.00

Vintage Coffee Box - Howson Coffee Co. - $25.00

1950's American Bisque Cowboy Boots Cook $125.00

The Flying Angel cookie art mold, made in 1987, measures 7 inches across from the angel’s head to the end of the mold and is 5 inches from top to bottom. The Rabbit/Easter Bunny mold, made in 1988, is 8 1/4 inches tall and measures 3 1/4 inches at its widest area.

Accompanying the two cookie art molds is a recipe booklet giving instructions for sugar, lemon, almond, chocolate and ginger cookies. Cookies are not baked in the mold. The dough is pressed into the lightly oiled and floured mold, trimmed and turned out onto a baking sheet.

Both the Flying Angel and Mr. Bunny Rabbit are in very fine vintage condition without any cracks, chips, or flakes.  Reminiscent of an Amish style design, the Anniversary Heart Mold, made in 2000, measures 6 inches across and stands 5 1/4 inches high. The Peace on Earth mold, also 6 x 5 1/4 inches, features two doves, olive branches and at the center bottom, a world map outline.

Both cookie art molds have individual care and recipe booklets, as well as tissue art and clay making directions. The cookie dough is placed on a special oven stone for baking. Hints for having the cookies turn out with the detailing in the cookie mold are given in the pamphlet. Each mold is in very good condition with no damage issues noted.   Connected to 2 inch diameter disc shapes at top and bottom by three slender brass poles, the 3 1/4 inch high egg timer is all brass construction with the exception of the hourglass sand keeper.

Timing out of the sand takes approximately 4 minutes, which is long enough to function as an egg timer, or simply use as a display piece among vintage kitchen wares. The brass piece is marked Japan and is in very good vintage condition with some oxidation to the metal.  This lovely floral etched glass center handled cookie/serving tray with a gold floral banding around the rim has no makers mark.

I was really hoping to find some information on the maker and pattern. If anyone knows the maker I would greatly appreciate an email.

In very good condition, without chips, cracks or fleabites, the gold banding does show some wear in spots, which I have shown in my pictures, and it measures 5 1/2 inches high and 9 3/4 inches in diamenter.

Precious Moments, the trademark pastel-hued figurines with teardrop-shaped eyes, were created by Samuel Butcher of Missouri in 1978, with 21 figurines (Original 21). Sam Butcher was a preacher, and he based his creations on Christian values, naming each figurine based on either sayings from children, or deriving from their innocence. In 1974, a friend invited him to join forces and start the Jonathan & David inspirational greeting card business, utilizing the teardrop-eyed children Sam had been drawing for family and friends over the years. Sam called them Precious Moments because they carried messages of loving, caring and sharing to those he loved. This company was the first step toward the phenomenal success of Sam and his Precious Moments illustrations. In 1979, Enesco Corporation transformed the artwork into porcelain bisque figurines.

In new condition, the girl measures 4 1/8 inches tall, 1 3/4 inches wide and 2 1/2 inches deep while the snowman measures 3 1/4 inches tall, 2 1/4 inches wide and 1 3/4 inches deep.

Westmoreland Glass produced this beautiful Hen on Nest HON in Milk Glass with Red Painted Comb sitting on a diamond basket base. She is approximately 5.50 inches long and 4.50 inches at the tallest point with lid on. This HON is in very good condition with no nicks, chips or cracks to either piece and the red paint to the comb and eyes appear to be intact. There is a light green spot within the glass, couldn't get a close up but we used an arrow to show it in a full picture of the HON. The lid is marked inside with the W over G mark that was first used from the late 1940s to 1984.  This old time photo of a little girl standing against a wall with her puppy dog at her feet was printed on heavy card stock from the Crescent Cardboard Company and set within an open metalwork frame.

Wall hanging/plaque measures 11 1/8 inches long and is 8 inches wide, excluding the matching metal chain, which adds an additional 1 3/4 inches to the overall length.

The little girl has a pouting expression on her face, and the design and feel of this piece was made to resemble that of decorative flue cover art.
