We have seen other spoons, not Rogers Bros., called Stuffing Spoons. What we can tell you is this Heritage spoon is in over-all fine vintage condition.

The only note we make is of light scratches on the front of the bowl, and a tiny area on the backside of the bowl where there is wearing of the silver surface. Please see our pictures for the visuals. Universal made this Ovenproof pitcher in the mid 20th century. ca 1930s-40s. It is a disc shaped. and meant to have a stopper which is missing. To be used in the fridge, it is narrow but capacious. In excellent condition. The mark is Universal Oven ware. 8x8  The culinary group of three is the focus of this skillfully handcrafted 6 1/4 inches tall x 4 3/4 inches wide art tile. In her restaurant setting, the artist Joanna depicts the chef, waiter and wine steward grouped together.

The artist, Joanna resides in Tennessee and has been creating acrylic art on tiles and canvas for ten years. She calls her trademark art Soufulism – stating that her art has no hidden meanings, and it is intended to bring a sense of joy to the individuals who view it.

These three obviously take their jobs seriously – but this 3 dimensional tile is meant to bring a smile to your face as you enjoy your own dining experience. Warm bright color tones and fine attention to the small details give this resin composition art tile its pizzazz. A key lock style metal hanger is in place on the backside to make this artful tile display ready.  This vintage cookie press and Cake Decorator set is in excellent condition and comes complete in its original box. The box is well used however but does contain 6 recipes for cookie dough. The cookie press seems to work well and has 8 different cookie design discs and 4 cake decorating tips. The set comes from Krag Steel Products of Chicago, Il.  Offering this early THERMOS brand bottle glass filer or insert, in the original antique box with a very rare THERMOS label on it. The box bottom is intact, however the top of the box has 3 ripped corners, the back of the box is off, but included, could be repaired. The label has a picture of two figures, both have bottles in hand, one is red devilish character to the left, it is a copyright date with a date mark on the label in very small letter under the picture "COPYRIGHT 1905 BY AMERICAN THERMOS COMPANY N.Y." and the label is also marked "THERMOS NO.11 PINT BOTTLE BROWN ENAMEL" and reads in smaller print, "IT'S NEVER TOO HOT OR NEVER TOO COLD FOR THE MAN WITH A THERMOS BOTTLE 212 deg. ABOVE 0 10 deg. BELOW 0". We have not seen one like it before. The label is about 95% intact, some light smudges and staining noted. The bottle insert inside is also marked with a "THERMOS MADE IN U.S.A." and a patent number also. The insert filler is about 2.75" diameter x 7.75" long, and has a 1.38" diameter outside measure mouth. The insert is most likely new never used, no sight of use or damage. Also include is a aluminum screw cap for a Thermos bottle, appears to be used with a slight dent on the top of it, otherwise in good+ condition, useable if you have the correct bottle. The inside opening is 2.28" inside diameter, at the very edge, not over the threads, and is 2.25" long. The early label is unique, we can't say for sure if the bottle insert is as old as the box, nor the cap. There is an original corrigated cardboard wrapper inside the box in round form as well. A unique collectible household item!

Universal Refrigerator Jug or Pitcher $31.50

Joanna Folk Art Kitchen Wall Tile Chef / W $8.48

Vintage Aluminum Cookie Press Kit $19.95

Antique Thermos Bottle Insert Early Box $35.00

O sole mio – seriously, you might feel like singing when you view this 3 dimensional resin composition tile with the whimsical cooking, dining motif. Measuring 6 1/4 inches high by 4 3/4 inches wide, the art tile by Tennessee artist Joanna depicts a chef, maneuvering his gondola along a Venice canal. Inside the gondola with him is a basket full of fresh vegetables, and his pet dog. Could be homeward bound after a long day in a restaurant kitchen.

Bring some vivid and joyful culinary folk art to your kitchen. The wall tile is in very fine condition without any chips or nicks. So be ready to break out in song, or at least in a wide smile with this little gem handcrafted by Joanna. There is a key lock style metal hanger on the backside for ready display.  This unique vintage chafing dish set is shiny chrome or stainless steel, decorated with real antler handles and a horn finial at the top of the lid. The unit consists of a 3-legged base, exterior water pan with two antler handles, inner cooking pan with a single long antler handle, and the cover. There is no sterno or candle pot.

The interior pan has a 2-quart capacity and is 9-1/2" diameter. Overall height to the top of the finial is about 13 inches. The finish is bright and shiny with no scratches, though the lid and pan rims have some tiny bumps or dings from storage and use - nothing that shows. There is some finish wear to the bottom of the water pan which allows the brass base metal to show through, the cooking pan is fine.

Great item for cooking from the 50s. Here is a nut grinder that also has a measuring cup attached. Has "Federal Tool Company, Chicago" on the bottom. In excellent condition.  Cutest little mug that has "What's at the bottom of the well?" around the mug and then look at the bottom and you will find a little bear. Would be great fro any child. Has "Mystery Mug, Nasco, MY & LA" on the bottom of the mug. In excellent condition.

Joanna Folk Art Kitchen Wall Tile - Veni $8.48

Chrome Chafing Dish With Antler Horn Han $78.00

1950 Nut Grinder with Measuring Cup Top $22.50

Mystery Mug

This sweet little teapot is definitely in the shabby chic category. It is copper over tin with white and blue porcelain handle and knob. The teapot holds 4 cups of liquid and has some spots on the inside of mineral deposits. Though usable, I would think of this as more of a shelf sitter. It would polish up if you like a brighter look. The teapot itself measures 7 1/2 inches tall with the handle up and with it down measures 5 1/2 inches tall. From spout to back it measures 8 inches. I don't see any markings. I would guess this is between 30 and 40 years old. Please choose either parcel post or priority mail for this item.  The Alaska moose is calling you to laugh over that cup of coffee – with those nuggets affixed to the inside bottom of the cup. May not be your cup of tea to drink from, but it will surely get some attention as a display piece.

The cup measures 3 inches high with a 3 inch opening across the top. On a white background, there is a raised moose head and a full figure moose, along with Alaska on the front and back sides. And of course the two-turds saying that is printed in black ink.

The cup is in very good condition and has a silver and blue foil label under the base, which states, IAAC Exclusive, Made in Taiwan.   Charming teddy bear design on this Houston Foods honey or jam pot manufactured in 1982. The bear stands 5 1/4 inches high on a 3 1/2 inch base and has a removable top portion (the bear’s head sits on the torso). There is also a slot for the honey or jam spoon. We do have a Victor Silver Co. plated spoon accompanying the bear, but it is not original to the honey pot, which was of a plastic construction.

Stamped with the Houston Foods name and year date 1982, the little bear combines function with an attractive display, and is without any chips or nicks.  Formed from the union of seven separate potteries merging together in 1906, Western Stoneware in Monmouth, Illinois made such items as crocks, jars, and kitchen essentials for more than seventy years.

The casserole or covered dish we offer here most likely dates back to the 1950’s time frame. Measuring 8 1/4 inches in diameter and standing 5 1/2 inches to the top of the knob on the lid, this casserole, with its highly polished chestnut brown glaze, has a ringed/ribbed design over its surface.

The stoneware is in very good vintage condition with some glaze pops and minor areas of missing brown slip color. There are no cracks or chips on this covered bowl which would serve well as a functioning casserole, and definitely is a nice display piece for an Early American kitchen. It is stamped under the base with the Western Stoneware trademark of a W in a Maple Leaf.
