Heavy Clear blown glass completely plain or smooth with a flared upper rim, saw cut fitter. Measures: Height: approx 8 1/4 inches. Top Flare rim diameter: approx 5 inches. Price is for one.  This 1940s glass globe ceiling light shade has a terrific Art deco rings design in alternating white and clear glass with a raised or convex big white ball or circle at the bottom center. It's 8-3/4 inches diameter by about 7-1/2" deep from rim opening to the bottom of the center dome. There is typical minor roughness around the opening, nothing that will be seen at all when the shade is in place. The clear glass has turned a pale shade of sun purple from age and sunlight exposure.  This attractive amber blown glass lamp shade is 5-3/4 inches high to the crimped or ruffled rim and 7" diameter at the fitter base. It will fit a rim about 6-3/4 inches diameter or slightly over that (interior width). Instead of the more common quilted or hobnail design, the shade is transparent with wide vertical melon ribs.
