It is "Plate No. 2368A, in the limited edition of "The Rainforest" by Gene Dieckhoner. First issue in the Vanishing Paradises collection which is produced on hard-fire porcelain in an edition limited to a maximum of 95 firing days and crafted to the exacting standards of The Bradford Exchange. 1993, Bradex Number 84-B10-36.1, Not for food use". It does NOT come with certificate. It is in excellent used condition with no chips or cracks. Shipping weight is 2 pounds.  This is the perfect plate for the fishing enthusiast. Titled Midnight Walleye, Artist is Larry Tople. Measures 8 in. diameter and is marked #4298/5000. Rapala Collectible. Poland. Comes to you in like new condition in box and with certificate of authenticity.  This 8 inch diameter plate features America's favorite cartoon family, the Simpsons. Sitting on the couch watching tv, is the entire family, Homer, Marge, Bart, Lisa and Maggie along with the cat named Snowball, and dog, Santa's Little Helper. There is food strewn across the floor, along with a box of dog biscuits, Homer's Duff Beer and a piece of cheese for the mouse that has poked his head out of his hole. Backside of plate says: A Family For The '90's Created by Matt Groening Limited Edition Fine Porcelain Plate #Q5160. Simpsons trademark, year date 1991 and Twentieth Century Fox Film Corp. information is also present. Marked for decorative accessory not to be used for food. Plate is in excellent condition, free of any damages or wear.  This 8 inch diameter plate was produced by the Danbury Mint in 1990 as part of the Dear Diary Garfield the cat series plates. The limited edition plate was limited to 75 firing days and is entitled Not A Fat Cat Was Stirring. The front of the plate features a sleeping Garfield dressed in a Santa suit with Odie peering out from behind the Christmas tree. There is a note that Garfield has written To Santa: Enjoy XOXOXO. The milk is almost gone and all of the cookies have been eaten. Gold gilt adds a finishing touch around the rim, and Jim Davis, Garfield creator's name printed on the front. Backside of plate has Danbury Mint plate info and is number 2882. The number had smeared in the process of cleaning the plate before taking pictures, however, it is part of the same series of other Garfield plates we have listed, all having the same number. The limited edition plate was limited to 14 firing days and is entitled Nine Lives. The front of the plate has the wording Dear Diary with the words Today, all my nine lives flashed before me on the bottom. The central picture of the plate is that of Garfield on a sled flying through the air, with Odie in mid air as he was thrown from the back of the sled. Paw prints appear along the outer edge with gold gilt around the rim, and Jim Davis, Garfield creator's name printed on the front. This Ridgewood Fine China plate entitled Life on the Mississippi from Mark Twain by Samuel L. Clemens was produced as a limited edition and illustrated by Walter Stewart. Plate measures 10 3/8 inches in diameter and is stamped with the Ridgewood name and Made in the USA on the backside. In very good vintage condition with very minor wear noted.  This Ridgewood Fine China plate entitled Canaletto features the entrance to the Grand Canal in Venice Italy. Plate measures 10 3/8 inches in diameter and is stamped with the Ridgewood name and Made in the USA on the backside. In very good vintage condition with very minor wear noted.  This lovely country plate, complemented by the Van Hygan & Smythe hardwood frame, has coziness and warmth leaping from the plate. Even the puppy recognizes a restful place to lie down on the patchwork quilt/blanket that overlaps the rocking chair and onto the floor. Hannah Hollister Ingmire has captured the essence of a true Americana scene in this 1990 Edwin Knowles Collector’s plate, Warm Retreat, 2nd in the series, Cozy Country Corners. The total framed size is 11 inches in diameter with the plate measuring 8 1/4 inches. Shades of brown, blue, and red give this scene an earthy, natural countrified appearance. A fine Limited Edition Plate paired up with a marvelous hardwood frame without any damage is just waiting to be displayed with the triangular metal hanger on the back of the frame. All the artist and Edwin Knowles information can be found on the backside of the Warm Retreat plate.  This annual Mother's Day porcelain plate was produced by Bing and Grondahl in 1981 and measures 6 inches in diameter. There are two pierced areas on the back for hanging. As part of their signature style, the plate coloring is done only in shades of blue and white, and features a mother rabbit and her two babies. Stamped on the back with the B & G name and logo, Porcelain and Made in Denmark along with the plate number 9381. This annual Mother's Day porcelain plate was produced by Bing and Grondahl in 1976 and measures 6 inches in diameter. There are two pierced areas on the back for hanging. As part of their signature style, the plate coloring is done only in shades of blue and white, and features a mother swan and her five little ducklings. Stamped on the back with the B & G name and logo, Porcelain and Made in Denmark along with the plate number 9376. Please note: the white specs on the front of the plate are from the camera flash, and not imperfections. In good vintage condition, plate is being offered without the original box or certificate.  This annual Mother's Day porcelain plate was produced by Bing and Grondahl in 1975 and measures 6 inches in diameter. In good vintage condition, plate is being offered without the original box or certificate.  This Holly Hobbie 6 1/2 inch in diameter porcelain plate was created by American Greetings as part of their Lasting Memories Designer Collection series in 1982 and is in the unopened package. The design features Holly in her signature bonnet and and floral and patchwork clothing, pouring milk to a cat and kitten. The wording says: Thanks For the Kind and Thoughtful Ways - You Brighten Up The Days. Plate comes unopened in the original packaging within a blue plastic holder. There is discoloration to the holder, which serves no purpose except for packaging material. The plate is in great, untouched condition with no damage issues.  Here we have the twelfth and last plate issued in the Gone With the Wind-Golden Anniversary Series. This Limited Edition Norcrest Mother’s Day plate is reminiscent of the Delft Blue & White designs. Even the little boy and girl have an Old World appearance to them and this adds to the charm of the plate. A Good Mother Makes A Happy Home is the phrase above the decorative scene, with the year date of 1973 below. There are no cracks, chips, or nicks on this vintage plate and it is stamped on the backside with Norcrest China, Limited Edition, and Hand Painted. This limited edition collector plate Atlantic City Hilton Resort New Years Plate, 1996/1997, was made in England by Royal Doulton and is numbered #316 out of 500. Atlantic City Hilton was first built by Steve Wynn in 1980 and named Golden Nugget Atlantic City. It was the first in Atlantic City to be built from the ground up as a luxury casino hotel, rather than being a renovation of an old non-gaming Atlantic City hotel. In 1987 the property was sold to Bally's Entertainment Corporation, which changed the property's name to Bally's Grand. The sale was prompted by Steve Wynn's frustration with gaming regulators in New Jersey. After the Hilton Hotels Corporation acquired Bally Entertainment, the property was renamed Atlantic City Hilton. The plate has an image of a clock striking Midnight with a year banner that reads 1996/1997 and has gold trim around the rim. It comes in it's original box and even includes a black wooden plate stand. In very good + condition without chips, cracks or fleabites it measures 10 5/8 inches in diameter. The plate has an elaborate image of an elephant surrounded with colorful decor and accented by the Taj Mahal towers with gold and blue trim around the rim and on the plate. It comes in it's original silk lined box and even includes a black wooden plate stand. The Trump Taj Mahal (known as the The Taj by locals) is located at 1000 Boardwalk in Atlantic City, New Jersey, in the bustling casino area along the shore. The casino is one of two owned by Trump Entertainment Resorts. With approximately 75 regular tables and 14 tournament tables, the Taj Mahal has one of the largest poker rooms in Atlantic City, second in size only to the Borgata. The casino was officially inaugurated in 1990, with Michael Jackson performing at the ceremonies, and was built at a total cost of nearly one billion dollars. Vintage Limited Edition Elvis Presley Commemorative Plate. This 10-1/4" dia. plate is marked; Offical Elvis Presley Commemorative Plate, Lithograph by Adler, Issue 1977, Boxcar Enterprises, Inc., Limoges France, 1222 of 10,000. It comes with Certifcate of Ownership and the original box. It is in excellent used condition.  With its title and text written in German, this lovely Kaiser porcelain 9 1/2 inch diameter Heidelberg plate celebrates its history with a depiction of Alte Brucke u Schloss, the Old Bridge and the Castle. Done in brown and ivory tones, the whole surface design honors Heidelberg’s 600 years of architectural beauty along with a German text on the backside written by Johann Goethe entitled, The Romantic City. The Heidelberg plate is in very fine vintage condition with just some light scuffs to the finish, and it has the AK Kaiser trademark on the backside. This marvelous collector’s plate will be accompanied by a plate stand for ready display.  This beautiful 1990 Precious Moments plate, This Day Has Been Made in Heaven, is marked: 1990 Samuel J. Butcher / The Enesco Precious Moments Collection / Licensee Enesco Imports Corp. / Made in Japan. Precious Moments, the trademark pastel-hued figurines with teardrop-shaped eyes, were created by Samuel Butcher of Missouri in 1978, with 21 figurines (Original 21). Sam Butcher was a preacher, and he based his creations on Christian values, naming each figurine based on either sayings from children, or deriving from their innocence. In 1974, a friend invited him to join forces and start the Jonathan & David inspirational greeting card business, utilizing the teardrop-eyed children Sam had been drawing for family and friends over the years. Sam called them Precious Moments because they carried messages of loving, caring and sharing to those he loved. This collector Souvenir plate of Niagara Falls, Canada, is marked: Schumann / Arzberg / Germany / / Niagara Falls / #26. The mark is listed as The Carl Schumann Porcelain Factory Mark and dates from the 1920's-1930's, according to my Kovels' New Dictionary of Porcelain and Pottery Marks. The Niagara Falls are voluminous waterfalls on the Niagara River, straddling the international border between the Canadian province of Ontario and the U.S. state of New York. The falls are 17 miles north-northwest of Buffalo, New York and 75 miles south-southeast of Toronto, Ontario, between the twin cities of Niagara Falls, Ontario, and Niagara Falls, New York. With a scene of the Falls in the center, the edging of the plate is done in a floral pattern. In very good + condition, without chips, cracks or fleabites it measures 8 1/4 inches in diameter. Famous Alaskan artist, Jon Van Zyle, designed this fine porcelain plate which features four wolves on the front (3 in the foreground, 1 in the background behind the tree line). This 8 1/8 inch in diameter gold-rimmed plate, entitled Picking Up The Trail, is part of the Arctic Majesty Plate Collection and is numbered I0191. Limited Edition, produced by the Princeton Gallery in 1992. In great condition, with no damage issues and gold treatment on rim in tact.  We are offering a collector plate signed Lynn Chase. It is the Gray Wolf - Long before humans arrived the gray wolf (Canis Lupis) occupied the summit of the ecological pyramid in the northern landscapes of the Western hemisphere. Shot, trapped, and poisoned nearly out of existence. Recent changing attitudes have opened the way for the wolf's return to some of its former homelands. The plate was manufactured in 1996 and is #234. It is the first in a series of six plates and is decorated with 24K gold. The 9 inch plate is in near mint condition free of chips, cracks, nicks, or repairs.  This is a marvelously crafted and designed 8 1/2 inch porcelain plate, edged in 23k gold, part of the First Edition Series, Age of Discovery. Commemorating the 500th anniversary (or Quincentenary) of the navigators and explorers of the 15th century, the plates were limited to only twenty-eight firing days. The New York award winning portrait artist, Constance Del Vecchio Maltese, painted the Portuguese explorer and all the early discoverers in this collectible series. Featured on this fine art plate is the explorer, navigator Vasco da Gama who established a new trade route from Portugal to India, and in so doing, secured the highly desirable spice trade for his country. Varying brown, beige and ivory color tones complement the visually striking Vasco da Gama portrait and his sailing ship the Sao Gabriel. Information regarding the plate’s manufacture and Vasco da Gama can be found on the backside of this excellent condition plate. This First Edition 8 1/2 inch in diameter plate, edged in 23k gold, honors Christopher Columbus who set off with his crew in three sailing ships: the Nina, Pinta, and Santa Maria in 1492. Created by sports artist, Brent Benger, the 22k gold edged plate showcases, The Beast, Jimmie Foxx, who was one of a handful of great sluggers during the 1920’s/30’s time frame. Foxx, also called Double X, played for the Athletics and Boston Red Sox during his career. At thirty-two, he became the youngest player to reach 500 home runs, and was said by the great pitcher Lefty Gomez, to have muscles even in his hair. We do not have the COA, Certificate of Authenticity for this excellent condition plate, but all the artist and manufacturer’s information is printed on the backside. The Bradford Exchange collectible will be shipped in the original Styrofoam packaging.  Two blue-eyed cherubs sitting on a cloud enjoying the fun of a heavenly tea party grace this 6 inch in diameter porcelain plate, trimmed in 23k gold. Kristin Haynes created the Dreamsicle cherubs with a dash of spice along with their angelic faces. The 1996 Limited Edition plate was limited to twenty-eight firing days, and is hand-numbered 2127A in gold on the backside. An attached label states that the plate was manufactured in either Japan or Thailand, and decorated in the USA. The Certificate of Authenticity will accompany the plate in the original Styrofoam packaging, which does have a handwritten title and artist, and this shows in our pictures.  Sweet-faced cherubs on a heavenly playground version of a teeter-totter grace Kristin Hayne’s 6 inch in diameter porcelain plate edged in 23k gold. Produced by the Hamilton Collection in 1996, the excellent condition plate comes with the COA, Certificate of Authenticity and is hand-numbered in gold on its backside. If you are a fan of the angelic Dreamsicle figures, this Limited Edition plate, in the original Styrofoam packaging, is sure to please. The Styrofoam does have hand written plate title and artist, and this shows in our pictures.
