Very hard to find Antique set of 6 Butter Pats with matching Butter dish in Ivory with heavy Gold Gilt decoration. Perfect condition. All Marked on the back as shown in photos. Rare find for the Collector. Very fancy.  This silverplate butter dish in the shape of a shell with a glass insert is marked: Made in England. In very good condition without dings or dents it does have a lobsided hinge which I have shown in my pictures and it measures 2 inches high, 4 1/2 inches wide and 5 inches deep. An array of leaves that include the colors; light blue, yellow, light brown and cerise. LOVELY ROYAL COPENHAGEN - DENMARK BUTTER $22.00
This wonderful set of 6 butter pats have the Arnart mark on the back with the number #8364. Made of china, the pattern of the Colonial Couple in the center of each plate is surrounded by a gold filigree design and is also around the edges. Arnart was founded in 1953 in Japan to produce porcelain art, and had offices on 5th Avenue in New York, the Arnart 5th Ave. mark was introduced 1957. In very good + condition, without chips, cracks or fleabites, there are flaws in the underglaze and overglaze and some show gold wear around the edges, which I have shown in my pictures and they measure 3 inches in diameter. If you have questions feel free to contact me and thank you for looking.  This Mother of Pearl floral butter tub/dish with gold trim and pierced insert is marked: O.& E.G, (Oscar & Edgar Guntherz Mfg.-Altrohlau, Bohemia-Stara Role-Czechoslovakia Porcelain-Green 1899-1918)(1889-present) / Royal Austria and signed by artist E.A.W with the Crossed Leaves and the word Royal inbetween. Marx had started a porcelain decorating business in Altrolau in 1884 with financial backing from Lazarus Straus & Sons, an American importer. Later the company began making porcelain. In 1898 Oscar's brother, Edgar Gutherz, bought out Marx and joined Oscar in the business, which became known as the Oscar & Edgar Gutherz (O & E.G.) Royal Austria factory. The factory exported decorated and undecorated porcelain. Many of the undecorated pieces were purchased by amateur painters in the United States. In 1918 the factory became part of OEPIAG, the Austrian Porcelain Industry. The delicate floral array with the gold handles truly makes this exquisite piece stand out. In very good + condition without chips, cracks or fleabites it measures 5 inches wide and 2 inches deep, the insert measures 4 inches round. An addition to any Vintage Royal Austria Collection. If you have questions feel free to contact me and thank you for looking.  Wonderful older butter stamp---Nice addition to any kitchen collection --Offering a large butter stamp with sheaf of wheat pattern---stamp measures about six inches high with handle extended and the stamp itself is 3 3/8 inches in diameter---great gift for the primitive collector in your life.  Delightful SCOTTISH ware small decorative plate with thistles. The ware is a cream color and most pretty. It is marked on the edge but cannot make out the maker. It measures about 4 inches and is in very nice condition, free of damage. A sweet piece from Scotland to add to one’s Scottish collection.
