A smaller book with plain brown cover with title and BSA in gold color lettering. The corners show gentle use. Catalog No 3245 An intersting statement on page 2 "New Terms: Note the new terms Cub Scouts and Cub Scouting have been substituted only in those sections of this book that have had major revisions in this printing. It would be impossible of course to make this chamge throughput the book because it would involve destroying may printing plates. But its official so use Cub Scout and Cub Scouting terminology in your Den and Pack Great photo of a cub scout and a Den mother. Book ships for $6. These are two vintage ca 1950s BSA Cub Scout pins {Cub Scouting began in the US in 1930]. The first pin is a round gold toned entry level pin badge to be worn on civilian clothing, it features in raised letters: CUBSCOUT [one word] and CUB SCOUTS B.S.A. encircling the raised Bobcat face; with C clasp closure. The second pin is also a vintage Cub Scout Wolf triangle wolf badge pin in bronze toned metal; with safety pin closure. Condition: both pins are in excellent condition  This is a vintage ca 1950's Boy Scout Tenderfoot badge or pin made of gold tone metal with saftey pin style closure. Pin has the typical: BS of A Pat. 1911, Be Prepared in raised letters on reverse, Condition: good condition, some darkening to goldtone metal; guaranteed to be as dated  This is a vintage early ca 1950s Cub Scout folding three blade pocket camp knife made by Imperial Knife; it has a black, jigged handle and a plastic diamond Cub Scout BSA shield on main blade end and smooth bolsters. The permanent shackle is on end opposite the main blade. The three blades consist of a main blade, cap lifter/flat blade combo [screwdriver blade] and an awl. Condition: blades need cleaning but do open easily; if you have any questions regarding condition or need additional images, please contact me. The Imperial Knife Associated Co. was founded in 1947, as a joint effort between Ulster and Schrade {1904-2004}Their knives were known for superior materials and expert craftsmanship  This vintage Boy Scouts of America Eagle Turks head handkerchief or bolo metal slide dates from the early to mid 1950s. The reverse side has a thin one piece loop. In perfect condition it is guaranteed to be a genuine vintage slide.

This is a great old piece of history. It is a board to keep track of your den’s badge count. It has some water damage to the left side but the badge area is still very readable. It was designed by Remington Schuyler. Mr. Schuyler designed for Boy’s Life and the Boy Scout hand book as well as being a famous western artist. He was known for his "pulp illustrations". He passes away in 1955. What a piece of art as well as history.  Vintage c.1950s (I am guessing as it came with several other BSA 1950s items I purchased together) Boy Scouts of America neckerchief slide. May be silverplated as it is tarnished and there is silver polish residue in crevices. No damage that I can tell. Great for a beginning collector!  Vintage early Boy Scouts/Cub Scouts pin, says TEST with a cross underneath. Possibly for a first aid test. Old style pinback clasp, is bent but intact. Looks like red brass with black field. No other markings. 5/8 in. across the top. Great for gift-giving!  Vintage 1959 Boy Scout Handbook from Boy Scouts of America. Used condition, no tears, stains or major problems, just normal light usage wear and some pen marks on the covers. Great for adding to a collection!

Heavy China Coffee Mug with Decal of Fleur-De-lis Emblem, Wapsiketa District HAC troops. Hawkeye Area Council (Eastern Iowa, mostly Cedar Rapids & Iowa City). The districts were changed in 2005 and Wapsiketa District no longer exists. Souvenir or Award from a Recognition Dinner in 1982. Says: Keep Up the Scouting Spirit. Rim is trimmed with Gold Gilt. Bottom is marked: USA. Measures 3 3/8 inches tall X 3 1/2 inches diameter. NO chips, cracks, crazing, or stains. There are some minuscule usage scratches. Decal is nice and glossy, without scratches. Nice collectible souvenir of the State of IA or Boy Scouts.  This fine vintage advertisement for a 1942 ad for Baby Ruth Candy Bar which is in very good condition but is slightly yellowed and measures approx. 4 1/2" x 7". This vintage candy magazine ad is suitable for framing. This vintage Curtiss Candy magazine advertisement depicts that "Scouts, Help Keep Your Food-Energy Up..Enjoy Baby Ruth Candy".  Girl Scout Handbook in very good condition. Cover in excellent condition, the tiniest of rub wear on the corners, VERY tiny. Copyright 1947 thirteenth impression August 1952. Printed in the USA. Original price $1. Girl Scout Handbook Intermediate Program. The book contains a new set of Tenderfoot and Second Class requirements and a new arrangement of the Curved Bar requirements. 505 pages. I don't think the book was ever used.Chapter 15 is just one example of interesting sketyhes of girls in their different uniforms that included shorts and cross-country slacks Your uniform is the best costume to wear for city hikes! Care of your clothing is an interesting but rigid topic! This appears to also be a "good manners" book fot the "perfect woman". A boy Scout whistle. Chrome plated over brass. Scout emblem. In good, usable condition. 2.5 in. long.  A vintage web belt and Boy Scout Buckle. The buckle has the Scout logo and is marked Pat.# 1850942. It will fit a 26-28 in. waist. In usable condition.  This is a collection of 8 coins that you received for attendance at the Boy Scout Jamboree. All displayed in a lucite box that measures 7 x 5.5 in. The dates on the coins are 1937, 1950, 1953, 1957, 1960, 1964, 1973, 1977. The box has a wood base and will display well. The lucite case does have a crack that will not detract from the display as it may be shown from either side.  A like new, Hand tooled leather belt with brass buckle dated 1977. From the National Scout Jamboree. Measures approximately 40 in.
