This great postcard has not been posted.  Some light soiling on the back. BLACKFEET MAN, on of the proud, aloof warrior people called Siksika, whose black dyed moccasins gave their name...Card is from The Museum of the American indian, NYC and copyrighted 1977.  VG condition with light corner wear.   FREE Standard Shipping in the U.S.  A great vintage (2+) page original magazine article entitled: THE GHOST CITIES OF THE WEST...Gold Towns of Old-Time Rushes Dot the Southwest, Gaunt Reminders of Long Dead and Forgotten Miners...Several places mentioned in regions of California and Nevada: Mono County, Calif.; Bodie; Aurora, Nevada...    Each page of the article measures approximately: 6 1/4" x 9 1/4".    Condition: EXCELLENT.     Certificate of Authenticity is provided showing this piece to be from an original magazine (not a copy).  This Whitman version from 1950 is #2350 Authorized Edition.  It has a dust jacket with nice colorful illustration. A Romance of the Early Settlers in the Ohio Valley.  See images for some dust jacket wear. There is some tearing at the top and bottom, especially at the spine.  Inside, pages are tanned from age.The is an inked neat name on the inside of the cover. Black & white settlers scene end papers. 250 pages.  Western Toy Pistol, Holster and Junior Sheriffs Badge. Western 1952 Toy Pistol, Holster and Jr. $35.00

Western Toy Pistol, Holster and Junior Sheriffs Badge.  They are on the original card, manufactured in 1950s by 20th Century Novelty Casting Co., Inc., New York City.  The header and card measure 8 1/4" X 5", the badge measures 2 inches.  The holster and metal gun measure 5 1/2 inches. The header, card and plastic are in very nice condition.  The gun, badge and holster are in very nice, unused condition.  Badge Set- 1952 20th Century Novelty Casting Co., Inc. New York City.  Badges are on the original card, the card measures 9 1/2 X 4 3/4 inches and has great graphics of a cowboy on a horse, firemen putting out a building on fire, and policemen getting out of a police car with their guns drawn.  Each badge is made of metal, and measures 2 inches.  The police badge is a Junior Police, the sheriff badge is a Texas Ranger Sheriff and has multi-colored rhinestones in the points, the fireman badge is a Junior Fire Chief.  The header is red, in good condition, and has children running and having fun.  The card, plastic bag and badges are in very good, unused condition. Vintage 1950s toy play set.  Caps- 72 Mammoth UNXLD Caps For Toy Pistols. Guaranteed Sure Fire.  Made in USA by American Workers, Unexcelled Chemical Corp., New York 7, N.Y.  Caps are in tact in the original cardboard holder.  Vintage 1940s in very nice condition.  Excellent graphics on packaging.  Sepiatone.  VG condition with only light corner rounding.
