A candle snuffer from the International Silver Co. Wood handle. In the original box. I think from the 1970's. Measures 8.25 in. long. Very god condition.  This silverplate bowl is the perfect size to serve dressings, toppings, etc. Measures 5.25 in. diameter and stands 2.5 in. tall. It is unmarked. Classic elegant styling. No damage. Just needs a polish.  A covered serving dish that is bottom marked Sheridan Silverplate. Measures 12.5 in. x 9 in. and is 3.25 in. tall. Numbered 474-62-5417. A bit of a polish will make this an outstanding piece to use and/or display.No damage.  This oval footed bowl measures 7.5 in. x 6 in. Stands 1.75 in. tall. Embossed border and 4 little feet. Tarnished, but I believe it will polish up nicely if so desired. Unmarked so maker is unknown

A vintage silverplate silent butler or crumber. Unmarked so maker is unknown. Measures 7 in. x 5 in. and is 2 in. tall. Decorative scroll work with space to have it monogramed if desired. Could use a polishing or leave as is and enjoy the patina.  A set of 6 stems marked EPNS India Ware. Stand 7 in. tall and are 3 in. diameter at the top. In undamaged condition. I believe from the '60's-'70's era.  This tray has curved handles and a reticulated design on the edge. Measures 9 in. diameter plus the handles. Stands about 1.25 in. tall. It is unmarked but I believe it is silverplate. Minor use scratches, no dents or breaks. Give this one a polish and display and use with pride.  A useful sauce or gravy boat, server. Stands 4.5 in. tall. Measures 8 in. long and 3.5 in. wide. No damage. Unmarked. Classsic elegant design.

A useful covered dish, oval in shape from the Wallingford Silver Co. Measures 11 in. x 8.75 in. 3.25 in. tall. Tagged and marked Wallingford Silver Co. Fine Quality silverplate #654. In good usable condition but does need a polishing. Please view images carefully.  A butterdish marked EP Strasbourg. YO 3139. Paper label still attached reads Gorham Silver Original. Measures 6 in. diameter and is 3 in. tall. The glass insert is 4.5 in. diameter. No damage. Just needs polishing. This will come to you clean but tarnished.  A vintage silverplate dish that measures 11 in. wide x 11.5 in. long and stands 2 in. tall on 3 little curved feet. this dish is quite tarnished but I believe it will polish up just fine. No makers mark. Sold as found.  A large covered sugar with space/holders around the top to hold 12 spoons. Spoons not included. Stands 9.5 in. tall and is 5.75 in. diameter. Bottom marked Sheffield Reproduction. In good, usable condition. Could be restored,replated, more or use as is and enjoy the patina. I believe this could be sometime from the late 1930's-1950's. A bird forms the finial on the lid and it has an embossed design.

This 3 pc. silverplated set consists of a Coffee server, 10 in. tall and 9 in. diameter from handle to spout. A covered sugar 4 in. tall and a creamer 3 in. tall. In good, usable condition. Nice patina or give it a light polishing. Unmarked so I am unable to give any further information. No damage.  A stainless steel teapot, sugar and creamer set on matching tray. Marked Farberware USA. The teapot stands 9.5 in. tall with a 4 in. diameter base, The covered sugar is 5.5 in. tall, the creamer is 4.5 in. tall. All on a matching tray that is 15.25 in. long, 11.5 in. wide and 1.5 in. tall. In very good, usable condition. Nice and shiny. This should ship via USPS Parcel Post to avoid oversize charges.  An extra large spoon. Measures 14 in. long and the bowl of the spoon measures 3 in. x 4.5 in. Back stamped DFA with an S in a circle. Online research identified this to be from Denmark. I believe it is sterling silver but have been unable to verify it. Needs a polish or just enjoy the patina.  This is called a Wedding Cup. Stands 8.5 in. tall and is 3.5 in. diameter. The lovely lady holds a small cup above her head on a swivel. Her skirt forms the larger cup. The idea is to each, the bride and groom to drink from the cups of their favorite beverage without spilling any of the liquid. Sometimes referred to as a Wager Cup. No markings so I can't give a makers name. Appears to be quality silverplate. Best guesstimate is it is from the '60's era or earlier. No damage.

This set of 3 silverplated spoons in the original box represent George Washington, John Adams, and Thomas Jefferson. Measure 6 in. long and are marked Wm. Rogers Mfg. Co. Have been in storage a long time so need a polishing. No damage.   This dish is made of silverplate. Marked Towle, EP Germany.4112. Stands 2 in. tall and is 4 x 4 in. square. In good, usable condition. Just needs a bit of a polish.  A silverplated childs/baby cup with an image of a duck in raised relief. Simply charming. 2.25 in. tall and the top measures 2.75 in. diameter. In good undamaged condition. Just polish or leave the patina as is to display.  A useful bowl with an attached underplate. Perfect for serving sauces or mayonnaise, dressings, etc. Stands 3 in. tall. The underplate is 7.25 in. diameter and the bowl measures 5 in. diameter. Unadorned simple elegance. Marked Towle Silverplate. Damage free.

A wood handled server of silverplate. Measures 11.25 in. diameter and is 2.5 in. tall. Marked International Silver Co. USA. Good condition. Just needs a polishing.  Serve your poultry or roast on this elegant silverplate platter with the well to catch all those yummy juices. Measures 16 in. long and is 11.5 in. wide. Stands on 4 little feet  to a height of 1 in. Damage free and shows only minor tarnish and mild use scratches. Edged with a border of grapes and leaves. Simple elegance.  Serve that special casserole in elegant style. This silverplate holder with cover measures 12 in. diameter including the handles. Stands 6.75 in. tall and holds a 9 in. diameter pyrex casserole. The 2 qt. size. Bottom marked Kent Silversmiths Silverplate. No damage. Normal vintage patina.  Lovely silverplated bowl by Towle Silversmiths with an ornament leaf, feather, and scallops design. Measures 6-3/4" diameter by just over an inch deep. Ideal for candy or as an accent piece. The original label reading "Towle The Proudest Name In Silver" is present on the bottom. Underneath the label is marked with T in shield logo and "Towle E.P. 4500". No scratches or dings, excellent condition - left unpolished to better show the pattern but will be happy to polish for you before shipment, just ask.

Towle Silverplate Ornate Repousse Bowl $28.00

A handsome vintage silverplate meat platter by Oneida Ltd. USA in an extra large size - 21-3/4 by 16 inches. A normal size coffee mug is in the first photo to show scale. The plain, undecorated rim will go with any silver or dinnerware service. The center has a well and tree design, to either side are open wells for holding the carved meat or vegetables. There are some minor, light surface scratches to the lower part of the tree area, nothing deep or serious. The platter has no dents or dings and no plate loss. 

 A silverplate teapot that stands 2.5 in. to top of handles. 4 in. diameter. About a 1-2 cup size. The stackable creamer and sugar are 1.25 in. tall and 2.75 in. diameter. Marked Nort?? I cannot make out the last letters. Needs a polishing or display with the patina. Been in storage for years.  A silverplated candlesnuffer in its original case. Measures 10 in. long. It is engraved June 6 1978. In very good condition. Perhaps used once at a wedding? Marked S G England.  A lovely vintage silverplate basket with tip/fold down ornate handle. Measures 8.75 in. diameter and is 3.5 in. tall plus the handle. Bottom marked W R Quadruple plate 62. New York. I believe the W R could stand for William Rogers. The pedestal base measures 4.25 in. diam. Could use a polishing or just leave the patina as is. This basket was purchased at an estate sale and has been in storage for many years. I believe it is from the '40's-'50's era.

This silverplate wheeled cart would make a unique way to display and serve candies and/orr nuts. Measures a total of 13 in. long and is 5 in. wide. Marked F B Rogers Silver Co. Enjoy the patina or give a a light polish.  Pair of Sterling Siver Candel Stick Holders.  CWV2 (STERLING, HOLLOWWARE) by CROWN SILVER CO.  PREISNER Sterling Silver Double Arm Candelabra Candlestick.  Bottom of the base has small dings.  Upper is in very good condition with only minor sratches.  Marked on bottom PREISNER STERLING WEIGHTED 219  This is a pair of silver plated English sugar tongs or sugar nips with spork or claw ends and a pretty classic or classical spoon design on the sides. This sugar tongs were made 1930-1940s and are 4 inches long. The sugar tongs are in excellent condition with no plate loss and no monograms.

Sugar Tongs English Claw Ends Silver Pla $20.00

This WMF Germany Modernist double candle holder is attributed to the Bauhaus industrial designer Wilhelm Wagenfeld. It comes in its original box with two unused, still wrapped ivory colored taper candles. The silverplated candlestick has a brushed and swirled pearlized finish with removable candle cups and is 12-5/8" long by 2-3/4" high. 


The candle holder is marked "WMF E.P. Brass Germany". The box is marked only WMF-Leuchter 4889 and WMF Tafelgerat. I would assume from the design that it's from the 1950s but since there is no West or Western designation to the hallmark, it may have been produced before the post-war division of Germany. The candlestick is in excellent condition with no damage or wear, probably never used. The box condition is only fair, with a split lid corner, scuffs, a stain on one end, and tape across the center top and sides. 

 A set of 4 napkin rings that measure 1.5 in. diameter and are nearly 1 in. tall. Lovely inlaid pieces of abalone on a silver back marked Texco. I believe these are perhaps from Mexico and would be of Mexican silver. 2 slightly different trademarks. Please view images carefully. Very good, usable condition.  This is a large pair of sugar tongs or a pair of ice tongs with fancy claw ends in silver plate marked USAQMC for United States Army Quartermaster's Corps and the maker's mark JPNZ. The tongs probably graced an officer's table or ice bucket. The claws have great feather details and measure 6.5 inches in length. The tongs are in very good +++ condition with some plating loss on the top of the bow. Cool!  A lovely silverplate basket that stands 13 in. tall. The base measures 5.5 in. diameter. Flared top is 9.25 x 7.5 in. Intricate openwork handle. The only mark I find is HSC 5571 I will shimply wash this basket well before shipping and leave the tarnished patina for the new owner to deal with.  I find no damage. I believe this could be from an earlier era than the '50's that I have stated.

This antique covered sugar has holders for 12 spoons around the circumference. The lid has a figural of a bird on the top. Marked quadruple plate and the manufacturer is too worn or light to read. Decorated with an etched vine and leaf pattern. Stands 9 in. tall and measures 8 in. diameter from handle to handle. This item has seen a lot of use and shows wear to the silverplate. could be resilvered or simply use as is and enjoy the patina. It has been in storage for many years so will simply wash it well and leave the rest to a new owner. No breaks or serious dents.  This is a neat vintage set of English silver plate EPNS sugar tongs with spoon ends that I brought home recently from England with a design of an Apostle that measure 4.25 inches long. Apostle spoons and sugar tongs were very popular 1920-1930s when these were made by an unknown maker. The sugar tongs are in very good ++ condition with a few spots of plate loss on the spoon ends. A very attractive pair.

  This is a set of 2 6 3/4" tall International Silver Co. w do need polishing.ater goblets. They are hallmarked and in very good condition but  This is a pair of antique German silver sugar tongs made 1900-1910 in a classical Georgian pattern. The sugar tongs measure 4.25 inches long and are unmarked but were made in England. The sugar tongs show some wear but are in still quite useable condition.

This is an unusual set of Australian silver plated sugar tongs made by JD&S Brisbane, Australia 1940-1950s. The spoon end plain sugar tongs measure 4.5 inches long. I actually found them in an English antique market. Cool! In excellent condition with no plate loss.  This is a pair of EPNS silver plated Apostle sugar tongs with spoon ends made by Sipelia, England in the 1930s. The sugar tongs measure 4.5 inches long, have spoon ends and are in excellent condition. A cute way to drop those sugar cubes into your cuppa.  Old Silver Tea Pot--This 2 cup teapot has a bulb like body and a wicker handle--6 1/2 inches tall--Needs to be re-silvered--Mark shows 2 crossed keys in a tombstone like shape

 This is a silverplated plaque that measures 4.5 in. tall and is 4 in. wide. The letters stand for Ancient Order of United Workmen. This association had a lot of Masonic attributes of a Fraternal Benefit Society. I think this may have been a plaque from a meeting room or off a door. Not sure how it was used. In good, displayable condition. Just needs a bit more cleaning and polishing. Vintage could be from the early years of the 1900's.

This vintage silverplate box has a hinged cover and still has the key to lock, unlock it. Stands 2 in. tall and is 6x6.5 in. Soft cloth lining. Needs a cleaning but is intact. Marked Derby Silverplate on the bottom. I believe this to be from the early 1940's era. There is tarnish, but will polish up nicely or leave as is and enjoy the patina.  Use to store sewing, craft supplies or any treasure.  This is an elegant pair of small English Victorian hallmarked sterling silver sugar tongs, sugar nips or saccharine tongs with spoon ends. This set of small tongs is hallmarked for Birmingham, England 1900 with the maker's mark JG.  The tongs are 3 inches long and are in excellent condition.  Acme Silver Tea Pot--This very fancy teapot is from 1885-1889--Spout has bird and body has fancy scroll on front--Handle is open filagree--The spout is bent on the end and the small foot is bent flat--Marked Acme Silver Co Sonner Quadruple Toronto

 A lovely, vintage silverplated punch bowl with 20 cups, ladle and undertray. Marked Towle Silverplated. I believe from the early 1900's. The tray is 19 in. diameter, Ladle 16 in. long, The bowl is 10 in. tall and 15 in. diameter. There are 20 cups that stand 2.5 in. tall. All in very good, usable condition. Needs a polish. The lovely pattern consists of swirling leaves and grapes, I believe. This set weighs about 20 lbs.  A lovely victorian styled Sugar Basket with matching spoon. Stands 5.25 in. tall and is 5.5 in. long and 3.5 in. wide. The sugar spoon or scoop is 3.25 in. long. This lovely set is made of a quality silverplate but I can find no makers mark. Needs a polish but no damage. 




 A set of silverplated swan trays that measure 4.5 x 3 in. They stack for easy storage. Perfect for serving nuts, mints, etc. In carefully used condition. Nicely detailed.
