Nice vintage metal painted tray. Back has foil label: Nashco Hand Painted. Fronside is very nice; back is missing a lot of paint. You could spray paint the back if you want. This tray is 22 long x 10.25 wide x 1.25 tall. 5/12scsr  Vintage artist signed metal tray. Signed 'Van' on front; back has old foil label, Nash Co., N.Y. Handpainted. This tray is a very pretty soft pastel green with pink roses. It is 15 wide x 20 long. There are some corroded spots as you can see in the pics. You could mix some green blue paint to get a blend and touch those up; or take to a craft store and see if you can find a paint match. Easy to do! Or, leave as is if you don't mind the aging flaws. 4/12smc  Vintage tole painted tray featuring roses. Mark on backside reads: Hand painted tole by Pilgrim Art #140. It is 20.5 long x 17.5 wide. Age est: 1930's-40's. Some minor age/wear on frontside, tiny scratches, paint loss but overall, it is still nice. Lovely tole painted tray. This is not an antique tray; age est: 1950's. But it is great looking; the shape is very nice. It looks super shiny and bright in the pictures, but it is flatter and not that bright. It is 17 x 14 inches. 1/11brcs  Large antique tole ware painted tin. Likely at tea tin which sat on a country store countertop in its heyday. It was not for coal because it is too lightweight. The top slides open, and bottom lifts open. Interior bottom is rusted and bottom has some holes eaten out by rust, so it is just for display today. It is 14 tall x 9.25 wide x 10 deep. Along top rim is a place where a name can be inserted, e.g., TIN, COFFEE, BISCUITS, etc. Bottom lift out is slightly crooked, not bad though Displays fine. Queen Mary on front? 3/10ggau#2992  E.T.Nash Co Toleware Style Serving Tray Age est. 1930's-1940's Label states chip and alcohol resistant E.T. Nash Co. NY,NY-highly used and chipped on back side. It is a neat toleware tray.  Vintage tole painted tobacco tin. The tin is a Royal Albert cigarette tin that someone named Missy has tole painted and signed. Original japanned black paint; age est: 1900-1920's. It was a common practice to tole paint unused tinware items such as cigarette boxes, humidors, trays, candlesticks, etc., nothing was thrown out. 9/09esamc

Toleware is hard to find in such wonderful condition as this one! Most trays that have survived are scratched showing paint loss & rust. This tray is almost mint on top, the bottom has scratches.. It is a large 13.5 by 18.5 inches. From the late 40s or early 50s. Beautiful bright colors.  Toleware almost 9inches tall watering can. Beautiful condition, barely any paint loss! Just a fleck here or there. Near mint. Black background with two blue flowers on each side with green shaed leaves and orange centers. Very long thin pouring spout, nick side and top handles. Toleware Coffee Pot hand painted, original paint. Very minor paint loss under the tip of the spout. Otherwise almost mint paint condition. This piece of tin appears older, but on the back in gree paint is 1955MCA I assume the artists initials. Great piece would look good in any style room incuding modern due to its sleek lines. The colors are green, yellow, shades of deep red to burgandy on a black background. 8 inches tall 4 3/4 inches across the base. (T990-E) folk art americana toleware tin  Toleware candlestick holders. Purchased in Lancaster County Pennsylvania, this handpainted toleware basin was painted black on the outside, the inside is more an orange than red color. Hand painted flowers decorate the walls inside the basin, I think the flowers are light white clematis & vines. The basin is not dated but I think likely from the 30s or 40s. perhaps much earlier. The basin is 12 1/2 in. long 8 in. across hgt varies to 3 1/2in. The paint is intact & gorgeous. An apple tray 7 1/2" x 12 3/4 in.recently sold at Garths auction for $2,875 maybe you will get lucky. Unqiue toleware basket / planter with Hunter green finish and floral design. Handles are in the shape of a deer. Measures 11 inches across top and 5.25 inches wide and 5 inches deep. Conditon is excellent.  Toleware painted tin tray very large 2 lbs. 22" x 18" oval shape. Has the "gatoring" effect that is indicative of age, it appears to me to be from the 30s or 40s. Very very little paint loss as shown in the only photo of the only flower with paint loss. It appears to me to be "dogwood" flowers in light pink with yellow centers and green leaves. This one may be "free hand" painted rather than stencilled, it is beautifully done.SHI$25 if we overcharge by$5 will refund overage. toleware painted tin tray  This toleware tin strainer looks like it might have sat inside another pot. Holes in the bottom and 2 strong handles. Condition is very good with no rust or corrision. 4.5 inches deep and 10.25 inches in diameter.  Antique toleware tray. c:late 19th, very early 20th. Antique tray with 2 handles, and is 24.75 long x 16.5 wide and rolled edges. It has some condition flaws as you can see, but still attractive despite those aging flaws. This tray features roses and daisies and has two handles, and a fancy 2 inch open metal border. Three of the corners are coming apart on the mesh border, (the soddering has loosened), you could re-sodder those if you have a soddering gun; it also has some paint loss, and some rust spots. Price reflects the flaws. Shipping to usa destinations only due to size.

Vintage toleware cannister with latched closure. Great patina to the finish. Some rust on the inside and spotting on outside. No peforations. Measures 5.5 inches in diameter. Age estimate: 1960's & earlier. A nice piece for your toleware collection!  Vintage Fine Arts tole painted tray. Not an antique tray, but is vintage; looks shiny in the pics, but it is not really shiny, my camera illuminates metal objects. This metal tray has handles, and original foil label on back: Fine Arts Studio, Hand Painted, Phila. 47 PA. Age est: 1930's-50's. Most of the cold paint is intact. It has one area near the top rim that is missing some of the black paint and it is a tad rusty in that spot. Very pretty tray to use or display!  This is a nice lot of 11 vintage tin / toleware pieces. It contains 3 tin cookie cutters, 3 old muffin tins, 3 child size toy pie pans, a tin scoop and a mystery piece.

Nice toleware quart measure is in good condition with some minor rusting to the exterior. No holes or wear. Made by General Steel Wares Limited. Measures 6.5 inches high.  Vintage tole painted silent butler. It is vintage, but not antique tole. Gorgeous green! It has a maple wood handle. Likely dates to the 1940's-50's, (maple & pine were the common woods used in that era), but could be 1930's-40's. Top side is in good display condition featuring large roses; bottom is scratched up near one edge. It is 8.5 x 11 inches. A very pretty accessory piece to use or display!  Antique toleware spice set. Great shelf display item! Very attractive antique japanned tin tole painted box with 6 spice containers. The exterior of this box is pretty rusty and scratched up. But the interior tins are lovely! All have flowers painted on them and display very well with the lid open! The box is 3 tall x 9 x 6. Age est: 1800's-early 20th C. It also has a slot for a spice grater on interior lid. I put an antique spice grater in the slot which works well, but is not the original grater. I do know what the original one looks like and will keep my eye out for it! A great old spice set for your kitchen collection! (see L. Antique toleware tin. This tin features a fruit motif, pear, apple, lemon, etc. Very darkened from age. It measures 6 wide x 1.5 high. The paint is alligatored; a lot of wear on the paint, but no dents in the metal.
