This box hold 20 small boxes that each hold 5 double edge razor blades that are individually rapped and still sealed. The counter top box is approximately 5.62 inches long, 4.50 inches wide and .87 of an inch tall and is discolored from age, and does have some wear to it, along with a crease on the inside cover. The individual boxes are approximately 2.00 inches long, 1.12 inches wide and .37 of an inch tall and are in good condition with slight wear or discolor them, apparently the outer box protected them well, as well as the individual blades inside the smaller box. The outer box reads Famous Rust Resisting Barbasol Blades Double Edge 5 for 10˘, Made only By The Barbasol Company - Indianapolis U.S.A. Even with the discoloring, you recognize the Barbasol branding of the Red, White, and Blue that they have created for themselves. This is a great find for the Barbasol, Shaving or Razor Blade collector and even the Advertising collector.  Fun little Gillette Travel Razor set in a Snake Skin plastic print on the outside and blue on the inside circa 1960s. The case in really good condition has a snap to keep it closed and measures approximately 2.00 inches wide by 2.87 inches long, open it measures approximately 2.00 inches wide and 5.75 inches long and has sections, one for the blades, one for the handle and one for the top. The Razor itself is also in very good condition, with no pitting or rust on the metal. The back of the razor head reads K Reg US. Pat OFF 4 on the top, and on the bottom in a diamond it has Gillette with an arrow through it, and Marcas Regs. The box that holds the razor has the plastic wrap coming off, and does have some wear and the back does open to reveal the wrapped blade, but we couldn't figure how to get it out without damaging the box. You can read the details in the pictures, just click on them to make them larger.  Adorable Currier and Ives miniature tea set with the faux bell and display plate in the original box marked created exclusively for Avon Products in Japan. Washing clothes, a job so slow and grueling when performed manually that laundresses were by far the most sought after domestic help. In the preelectric era, Mondays were traditionally devoted to doing the laundry. First, the clothes were rubbed against a washboard in soapy water to remove most of the dirt, next they were wrung out, perhaps by running them through a pair of hand cranked rollers; they were then boiled briefly in a vat on top of the stove; then, after removal with a stick, they were soaped, rinsed, and wrung out again; finally they were hung on a line to dry—unless it was raining!

In very good + condition, without chips, cracks or fleabites it measures 25 inches tall, 13 1/2 inches wide and 1 7/8 inches deep. An addition to any Wash Board or Vintage Laundry Appliance Collection.

5.5 x 10 x 12.5 Art Deco Revival Deer Sculpture with Fingerbowl Base.

Playful deer is juxtaposed by simple, streamlined form and black and white color palette.  This unusual Tiki figurine/paperweight is unmarked and is made from Obsidian.

Obsidian is a naturally occurring volcanic glass formed as an extrusive igneous rock. It is produced when felsic lava extruded from a volcano cools without crystal growth. Obsidian is also used for ornamental purposes and as a gemstone. It possesses the property of presenting a different appearance according to the manner in which it is cut. When cut in one direction it is a beautiful jet black; when cut across another direction it is glistening gray.

In ancient mythic Hawaii, from fire spewing volcanos too powerful crashing surf, ancient Hawaiians filled their amazing land and history with tiki gods.

As you can see in the side picture #2 it has veins running through it and when held up to light you can see a grey hue mixed in the black glass.

In very good + condition it measures 5 inches tall, 2 inches wide and 1 5/8 inches deep.

An addition to any Obsidian, Tiki Figurine or Paperweight Collection.

Early 20th Century Chinese Vase

29.5 x 39.5 cm Original Oil Painting on canvas mounted on panel, by celebrated Cuban artist, Fidelio Ponce de Leon (1895-1949).

Dated 1919, this painting is from early in Ponce de Leon's career, shortly after leaving the San Alejandro Fine Arts Academy. The intuitive tonal accuracy of his color palette and dynamic brushwork illustrate Ponce de Leon's innate talent as a painter.

Internationally recognized during his lifetime, Ponce de Leon participated in exhibitions of Cuban modern paintings in New York, Washington D.C., Mexico, and Cuba throughout the 1940s. The Havana Lyceum, where he had his first solo show, organized a major exhibition of his work shortly after his death in 1949. His work is featured in museum collections such as New York's Museum of Modern Art and The National Museum, Palace of Fine Arts in Havana City, which held a retrospective exhibition on his 100th birthday in 1995. Guaranteed authentic.  Overall Size 12.5x18.75"
