This is the true Vaseline glass coloring of a Yellow green, the camera picked up more green. This threaded top had has a turned down brim and is approximately 2.25 inches at the tallest point and is in used condition with some nicks and chips mainly along the bottom edge where it meets the table and there is also table wear present. Also from manufacturing there are a couple of inclusion bubbles along with some small straw marks. It is still a very desirable piece of glass that also would look great as a small Posey vase.

Excellent condition "Blue Bird Confectionery" colorful red, silver & gold tin with feet and hinged lid. It measures 6 3/4" long X 3 1/4" tall X 4 3/4" wide. The bottom embossed mark reads "Blue Bird Confectionery, Harry Vincent Limited, Hunnington Worcestershire, England". I have several photos showing top, bottom, and sides. This is an old, early 1900's tin and has some minor signs of wear with no dents. The inside is clean and the outside has only a couple of dark spots. Very collectible and a great gift for a tin collector to use for biscuits, tea, or toffy. Satisfaction guaranteed. Happy shopping at My Gigi's Treasures!  Fenton Art glass produced this beautiful melon shaped Blue Overlay #192 candy dish circa 1943 – 1953. It is approximately 5.25 inches tall with the lid on and the opening is approximately 4.50 inches in diameter and in very good condition with no nicks, chips or cracks. There is a small popped inclusion bubble (about .25 of an inch long and .125 of an inch wide on the inside of one of the melon lobes from the manufacturing process. Tried to get a picture, but the camera couldn’t focus on it from the shininess of the glass glare, but it is on the inside and can’t be seen from the outside. Also the top glass is clear and shiny but does have two tiny inclusion bubbles. This is about as good as you get for an item that is over 50 years old, this piece looks like it was set down and never touched over the years.  Old Wood Darning Egg—Painted black and some of the paint has been rubbed off—measures 3 inches long  This green frosted figural powder Boxis known as Cleopatra III with the six foot bottom and before we are asked this is not Vaseline glass, you can see she glows brilliantly under a black light this is because of the uranium in the glass. This wonderful Art Deco girl is brilliantly done with great detail and is approximately 5.50 inches tall with the lid on, 6.50 inches long and 3.37 inches deep. She does have a couple of condition problems, with the top there is a small flake chip behind the foot as shown, and on the back near her behind there are two lines, we aren’t sure if they are stress lines or straw marks, since they do not go through to the other side we think they might be straw marks. Each of the four corners does have either tiny nicks, or tiny flake like chips. The inside of the top does have some tiny nicks and tiny flake chips and two 1/8 inch stress lines. The bottom also has some tiny nicks and tiny flake like chips with the exception of one corner I would classify it more a small flake chip and there is one small stress line on the rim. These are all covered and unseen with the lid on as are the defect of the inside of the lid. Two of the side corners that show have a couple of tiny nicks and tiny flake chip. Inside of the box there appears to be some rust, it didn’t come out with soap and water, but didn’t want to use anything stronger and there are a couple of inclusion bubbles from the manufacturer. We tried to get pictures of all the defects because we believe in describing every little thing as others do not, we do not want you to be disappointed when you receive your piece. The defects sound much worse then they really are and she just displays nicely and has wonderful details. Please note the color of this piece is the typical Depression green frosted, the lighting makes the uranium go crazy and the camera picks it up.

Adorable pair of Josef figurines from a time gone by when a boy courted a girl. These figurines are Debby and Don from First Love by Josef. Debby is approximately 5.00 inches tall and has a wonderful pink mauve dress with bonnet in hand adorned with flowers and that shy bashful look to her. She does have a flake off her dress as shown in the pictures, and she does have a black and gold Josef sticker on the back and the bottom is embossed Josef Originals. Don is approximately 5.25 inches tall and has a wonderful old time boys suit on complete with straw hat and carrying a pretty bouquet of Posey’s for his first love Debby and also has some flowers and grass around his foot. On the bottom you will find the black Japan sticker and he does have a missing piece off the ribbons end of the bow from the back of his hat as shown, but as you can see in the picture it is not readily noticeable. The hang tag shown was scotched taped to the bottom of Debby and it reads First Love by Josef, the scotch tape is still attached to the hang tag.  38x29x30" Early 20th century, bentwood & hand hewn, rocking cradle. K5182 Cats with Cowboy Boot, about 1.6" high. New porcelain miniature figurine.  23x4.4" From an old New England collection, a pair of carved oak nautical ship columns that possibly flanked the captains quarters. One column the primitively dressed woman holds a 10 commandments slab in her right hand & a cross in the left. The other similarly dressed, holds a parrot in the right & a ships anchor with the left hand. Probably English. Some restoration to the cross. The backs planed for flat wall mounting, otherwise in beautiful condition. True museum pieces. If these can be scientifically identified as American oak, they could be worth 10x the sale price.  16x7.5" Clearly, my finest piece. An early 20th century, Qianlong marked vase. A finely enameled cylindrical body supported on a decorated splayed foot, gently sloping shoulder, and a tapering neck opening to a trumpet mouth. The body is decorated with fine ladies in various leisurely and academic pursuits, including fishing, & pulling lotus flowers from the pond. A beautiful weeping willow tree shades the fishing ladies, a bamboo stand shades the boat. The shoulders & mouth are decorated in black, grey, & oranges.  This opened box of 4 red Indicator Lamps were made by General Electric in Cleveland Ohio and the box is marked: #6S6 / R / 120 Volts.

This vintage scrubbing board is marked: Busy Bee / #16 / Patent NO.1895077. Probably advertising from a Drug Store from days gone by.

Washing clothes, a job so slow and grueling when performed manually that laundresses were by far the most sought after domestic help. In the preelectric era, Mondays were traditionally devoted to doing the laundry. First, the clothes were rubbed against a washboard in soapy water to remove most of the dirt, next they were wrung out, perhaps by running them through a pair of hand cranked rollers; they were then boiled briefly in a vat on top of the stove; then, after removal with a stick, they were soaped, rinsed, and wrung out again; finally they were hung on a line to dry—unless it was raining!

In good but used condition there is rusting on the metal, which I have shown in my pictures and it measures 17 3/4 inches tall and 8 1/2 inches wide.

An addition to any Wash Board or Vintage Laundry Appliance Collection.

SH & Ins. will be quoted after orders placed. If you have questions feel free to contact me and thank you for looking.

Alabaster (sometimes called satin spar) is a name applied to varieties of two distinct minerals: gypsum (a hydrous sulfate of calcium) and calcite (a carbonate of calcium).

Circa 1930's it is in very good + condition without chips, cracks or fleabites and measures 3 1/8 inches tall, 5 1/2 inches wide and 5 1/4 inches deep.
