Naval, Sept. 4th 1933, Patriotism / Justice, 9/4/1933.

In an uprising known as the "Revolt of the Sergeants," Batista took over the Cuban government on September 4, 1933. The coup overthrew the liberal government of Gerardo Machado, and marked the beginning of the army's influence as an organized force in the running of the government. It also signaled Batista's emergence as self-appointed chief of the armed forces, king-maker and favored U.S. strong man.  THIS IS A BEAUTIFUL METALLIC PURSE MADE BY LETTY OF NEW YORK--GOLD MATERIAL COVERED BY A GREEN METALLIC SEE THROUGH MATERIAL---STRAP IS GOLD AND MEASURES 24"--THERE IS A BEAUTIFUL RHINESTONE AND GOLD BADGE ON THE FRONT  1.5" (VETERANOS CUBA) Very rare turn of the century, Masonic issue 1898-1900, silver  Spanish/American War, Cuban veterans medal.  Very collectible, Muppets show star, Miss Piggy's key chain that says, Have a Kissy-Kissy Day!  (keys not included).  It is marked on the front, bottom, Henson Associates, Inc. and SKC 1165.  On the back, it is marked, Made In USA.  The Circle is a mauve-pink color and does have some scratching on the back.  The insert with her picture on paper show some waviness and one wrinkle looks a bit like a tear, but cannot tell.  3 1/2 inches across.

THIS IS A NEW RED HOT CHILI PEPPERS BANNER MEASURING 44"X40" DONE IN BLACK AND WHITE--NIRKY CO. IS ON THE BANNER--UNFRAMED  Elegant C. Tielsch &Co porcelain cup and saucer with a beautiful rose motif circa 1895 - 1900. This teacup and sauce set has a wonderful rose motif and a delicate embossed design along with gold gilt all over, with the cup being footed and having a fancy broken loop handle.  There are no nicks, chips or cracks to either the cup or the saucer, both do have wear to the Gold Gilt and slight wear to the rose motif. The teacup is approximately 2.25 inches tall and the top is 3.75 inches in diameter, with the saucer being approximately 6.00 inches in diameter and both piece ring like a fine piece of crystal. Both have the C&T Eagle and Shield Marks on the bottom along with some writing as shown in the pictures.  Wonderful gift for Mother's Day.  Bell is 6" tall and has "Mother" on the front with flowers.  In excellent condition.  This is a rare Mid-Century modern swing chair.. The framework is metal. Tight woven reeds throughout with open circles under the arms.Original paint and original chains.

Die marked 'DERBY SILVERPLATE O O1215' and then by hand etch '01215'.  There is moderate wear.  Shipping for this fine addition to your decor or decoration is $12.95.  Newspaper dated November 11, 1918. Uncle Sam with Santa Claus. The paper is in good condition but has alot of yellowing.  The Weekly News Review, Dated October 21, 1935. Caption under Uncle Sam: To Whom It May Concern: "No Dollar Diplomacy".  The Newspaper is dated February 24, 1976 and is a reproduction of the story of July 13, 1898 that the Hawaiian Islands have been annexed to the U.S.
