This cool transistor radio is in excellent condition in its original box; it also has the plastic carry cover, unused ear bud and warranty card. It’s a Fiesta, Model KP-10 and was made in Hong Kong, probably in the early 1960s. (The return address on the warranty card has no zip code). The radio has a few deep scratches on the outside of the back panel and one on the top but is otherwise clean and in excellent condition; the interior mechanism looks very clean. The radio works well – overall it is in very good condition and looks like it hasn’t been used much, if at all. Box is in excellent condition with some age wear. Radio measures 2.75 x 4.25 x 1.25 inches; box measures 3.75 x 5.5 x 1.5 inches. Guaranteed old and original. Please see my other antique and collectible toys, photographs, advertising, Americana and ephemera.  A wood box with brass corners and key. 5x12.5x8.5 In good condition.  A four page movie land tour of the Robin Hood film starring Errol Flynn is featured with pictures from the film on pages 20 – 23. Stories, poems, puzzles, and craft projects are some of what you’ll find inside the magazine’s fifty-two pages. There are also photo galleries and notes written by children who subscribe to Play Mate. Fran Bisel Peat’s Fairy Play artwork is the cover illustration for this 1938 edition, which is missing the pages numbered 17 & 18, and 35 & 36. The magazine does have browning to its pages, along with expected wear, but over-all is in very good vintage condition.  This is an Art Deco Curtis Swann invitation/announcement card which is reminiscent of Old Hollywood style. The Curtis Swann Company was founded in San Francisco in 1967 and specialized in elegant seasonal, holiday and uniquely themed cards during its twenty + years of business. The announcement or invitation was mounted in a frame by its one previous owner, and has no writings, rips or tears. One can imagine Fred Astaire, Gene Kelly or Cary Grant wearing that black top hat with white gloves. A raised surface on the hat and long-stemmed rose add dimension to the display ready artwork. The card measures 4 3/4 x 6 1/2 inches with total plastic framed size being 5 3/4 x 7 3/4 inches. The Top Hat print is a charming miniature for a classic movie enthusiast, or an Art Deco card fan.

THIS IS AN OFFERING FOR A GORGEOUS 4-1/4" HIGH SHIP DECORATED VASE! INK MARKED 'ROYAL TORQUAY POTTERY ENGLAND'. NOT A HINT OF USE AND HAS NO NICKS, CHIPS, CRACKS OR REPAIRS. SHIPPING FOR THIS FINE ADDITION TO YOUR COLLECTION IS $7.95.  10.5" total, 6" blade. Found at a small Chester County, Penna. auction, a very early 20th century, hand made steel through, Kephart scout/hunting knife. Hand made, copper riveted leather sheath, embossed wood handle "KEPHART." Probably made by the man himself. -- Horace Kephart was born in 1862 in Pennsylvania.He went on to achieve success in two careers. Trained as a librarian, Kephart achieved national recognition during his years as director of the Mercantile Library in St. Louis, Missouri, from 1890 to 1903. From 1904 forward Kephart turned from City Life and dedicated his activities to become one of the First and most Famous American Naturalists. Kephart Devoted His Life to the Outdoors and was instrumental in establishing The Great Smokey Mountain National Park. The part of his Legacy that has influenced most Modern Bushcrafters -- "The Book Of Camping and Woodcraft" was printed in 1916. He also Wrote over a hundred articles on the outdoors between 1890 to 1931. Following are some of the Publications that printed his works: Forest & Stream Magazine - Magazine of American History - Harper's New Monthly Magazine - Cassier's Magazine - Outing Magazine - The Republic Magazine - Guns, Ammunition, and Tackle Magazine - New England Magazine - Sports Afield - Arms and the Man Magazine -Rochester Democrat and Chronicle - Sporting Firearms Magazine - All Outdoors Magazine - Motor Life Magazine - Field and Stream Magazine - The American Rifleman - Flynn's Magazine. The following quote is almost Gospel of the modern American Bushcraft Enthusiast: "Your thoroughbred camper likes not the attentions of a landlord, nor will he suffer himself to be rooted to the soil by cares of ownership or lease. It is not possession of the land, but of the landscape, that enjoys; and as for that, all the wild parts of the earth are his, by a title that carries with it no obligation but that he shall not desecrate nor lay them waste." Kephart was very specific about his Outdoor Gear. his personal "Go-To" Field knife had it's roots in the Earlier Dadley Pattern with the Addition of a Self Guard. The knife was duplicated and was offered for sale by Colclesser Brothers of Eldorado Pa. The Bark River Kephart is Based on the 4 inch blade version of this Famous knife. The Spear Point Design is the Basis for the modern Bushcraft knife that has become the World Standard in "Wilderness living" Pattern Knives. The Kephart FT is actually a New Model so this run will all have "1st Production Run" on the right Facing of the Blade. The knife is a bushcraft Knife so it also bears the Bark River "Bushcraft" Compass Point Logo.  13" x 9" An early pre WWII hand carved, Thorens musical serving bowl. Finely carved, excellent condition, tagged, "Thorens, made in Switzerland."  This is an offering for a pristine Syracuse China Lyric gravy bowl. Ink marked 'LYRIC SYRACUSE CHINA MADE IN AMERICA'.
