True 1930s Deco comport - probably a fruit bowl - with brown bakelite stand and white bakelite bowl mottled with orange, red and green. There is a plated ring around the bowl where the white and the brown meet, and a plain plated band around the stem. Stem unscrews. This is such a stylish, genuine, piece of the Deco period. It measures about 20 cm high and 26 cm diameter (8 inches by 10.1/4 inches). No maker’s marks. Very good condition - a few minor scuffs and some small amount of wear to the plating, but nothing or ugly or indeed noticeable.  This is a Victorian or Edwardian white wicker tea tray, butler's tray or serving tray made in the USA 1890-1910. The braided wicker or rattan tray has a wood base and measures 3 inches high at the handles by 21.25 inches long by 12.75 inches wide. The tray is in very good, used original condition with some minor warps and cracks in the wooden tray surface, some paint chipping to the braided wicker and some broken wicker bits on the bottom. The tray is still serviceable and sturdy, is a great decorating accent to almost any room and is perfect for a shabby chic cottage.  Please choose Parcel post or Priority Mail for this item. I don't think these horse brasses - the items that decorate horse harnesses - are terribly old. Probably from the 1970 era. They are solid brass and the four of them weigh over 2 pounds total. They measure 3 1/2 inches tall by 3 inches wide. There is a snowflake, a lion, an elephant and a sheaf of wheat. This is a hand made case made to hold a pack of cigarretes. It looks to be made from match sticks or toothpicks. The inside is plastic. It is very retro. It is in exellent used condition, and is 3.5 inches tall x 2.625 inches wide. Thanks. Lurleen  Pair of brass binoculars with pull-down sun shades. HAND CARVED WOODEN CAPTAIN FISHERMAN FIG

Beautiful vintage score notebook, Luxurious gold tone structured finish with space for monograms on both sides,Pencil works, and the set is in excellent mint not used condition, Perfect for gift,Measures about 4 1/2 x 2 3/4 inches wide.  Decorative Art Nouveau vase from Austria in floral shape. Elegant iridescent finish with rich overtones of orange, gold, and green. It stands 6,5 inches, diameter 3,8 in. at base. Excellent condition.  A great old razor strop complete with clip hanger and canvas strip. Marked Hand Made C-Mon Carl Monkh(ouse?) Alcottville, NY. The leather is supple and in good condition as is the canvas strip. Light rust on the fastener and clip but good and solid. The gold leaf has worn away on the embossed letters of the trademark which makes it hard to read. The razor strop is 27" long overall and 2.5" wide.  This is a box for displaying the Safety Razor Strop product. It was used in men's stores in the early part of the 20th century. It is a nice wooden box with a slanted glass display cover and "velvet" lined interior. The back pulls out to open. The fabric is faded but the box is in good shape. Ready to display your collectible shaving items.

translucent cornflower blue, marked Wyeth, 1 1/2" high, very good.  Austria, ca. 1840. Portrait of a young lady. Tempera on ivory, behind glass. Brass frame. 4,2 x 2,9 inches (10,8 x 7,4 cm) Fine condition. Very delicately executed the portrait depicts a young lady with curls and red cape This kind of miniature portraits became quite popular in the second half of the 18th century, the so called "Biedermeier" period. Often those portraits were executes in simple techniques. This one is in very refined technique, painted on a thin ivory sheet.  Three different mechanical pencils (propelling pencils), one with brand label "Oakland", one with "800" and one with "900" punched at the clips. They are still working and have no blemishes. The Oakland-pen is 5,4 inches lond, the shortest is 4,5.  Austria, c. 1840. Tempera on ivory, behind glass. Brass frame. 4,2 x 2,9 inches (10,8 x 7,4 cm) Fine condition. Very delicately executed the portrait depicts a young lady with curls and brooche. This kind of miniature portraits became quite popular in the second half of the 18th century, the so called "Biedermeier" period. Often those portraits were executes in simple techniques. Old case with six grooming or shaving items. Box has 6 silver toned metal (NOT sterling or silverplate) containers: soap box, after shave bottle, razor box, straight razor case, glass jar (metal lid). and box with shaving brush. The soap container has some rust on it. The after shave container has the glass bottle WITH stopper. The razor case is empty. The razor box has original milk glass insert. I'm not sure if the brush box should have a lid or not. The lid should have a mirror but it is missing and could be replaced. The box is a heavy cardboard, lined with dark red velveteen. There is one small tear in the flap where the latch is. It is in overall great condition! It is not marked.  Pretty silver and gold tone metal set, with a bouquet of embossed roses in pink, blue and gold. Brush 10 1/4"long, mirror 13" long. Some wear.  Antique School Bell in good condition. Complete-handle has been painted gold. it stands 8 1/4 inches tall. Sounds really great.  6 compartments, 16 1/2" x 10" very good.

1904 St. Louis World Fair Plate measures 7 1/2 inches with what look like orginial ribbom winding in and out on glass, cord for hanging. Printing Festival Hall & Casacade Gardens. This is in mint condition  1904 World's Fair Tumbler celebrating Louisiana Purchase Exposition. Souvenir of 1904 World Fair in St. Louis. Milk Glass scenes of with raised printing St. Louis Union Station, Purchase Monument, Louisiana Purchase. I have 2 of these in mint condition. Priced per each  Antique Art Nouveau oil painting be the well-known Austrian Artist Julius Ullmann (1861-1918). Landscape in summer in Bavaria. Oil on cardboard, 16,2 x 11,9 inches ( 42 x 31 cm) Handwritten notes at the revers state that the painting has been painted in Lenggries (summer resort in Bavaria) and that this painting has been added to his catalogue in Wien. The paining comes in an attractive old, gilded frame. The frame has some slight knocks which can be easily restored. Ullmanns paintings of this size and kind sell for 2-3000 $.  Cute little game pamphlet booklet to keep the kiddies occupied on road trips. Published by Prudential in 1959. There are 21 pages of games such as: match Who, What and Where; Can You Find?; True or False; Party Games, etc. Answer page included.

This US Cavalry rosette was one of my favorites. It is solid brass with the US insignia and went on either side of the horse's bridle brow band to hold it to the headstall.
