Neat little folder from Potomac Edison entitled "All Electric Today and Tomorrow.  Electric Range Portfolio".  It contains several pages of recipes (hand typed and mimeographed) and a folder of favorite Betty Crocker recipes.  It even has a 6 cent coupon for the newest cake mixes from Betty Crocker...Marble, Chocolate Malt, Peanut Delite and Black Walnut!  All inside paperwork is in great condition.  Folder, which has 2 inside pockets, is also in good condition, with some staining and discoloration on the outside from use in the kitchen.   Travel brochures set of 6 different booklets for New York and the border in Canada. These are all from the 1960's. There is the Stone Bridge and Caves in the Adirondacks, Fort Ticonderoga listing $1.00 admission, White Face Mountain with a car sticker in Wilmington,N.Y. with the aerial lift $1.50, there is Ausable chasm,l 1000 Islands Bridge marked 1963 Rand McNally & Co. and The Seagram Tower, Niagara Falls, Canada.  This is a North Star Chapter of the D.A.R. Daughters of the American Revolution booklet from 1928-1929.  Inside it has the officers, the programs for the coming year, 3 pages of members and their addresses, the pledge to the Flag and on the last page is talks on historic spots in Minnesota for each month of the coming year.  This is just a neat piece of history for your collection.  1930 Encyclopedia Brittanica advertising booklet.  Excellent condition with several lithographs, suitable for framing.

Very unique piece.

 Seventy one 7 1/2 x 4" product cards, each different. Most likely sales tool to introduce products.  Some are still produced today -- Shredded Wheat, Fig Newtons, Graham Crackers, Animal Crackers.  Many of the products are are no longer produced--probable examples--Champion Flake Butters, Royal Nut Tops, Social Tea Bisuit, etc.  See photos. All are in very good condition with minor imperfections.  Some are slightly discolored from age/storage.  A few have corner bumps.  Also included is an unused order pad with 6 forms with an additional duplicate for each one.  Approx. 12 print ads from magazines, included 1910, 1915, 1909, 1937, 1930 (2), 1934, 1946, 1004, 1903 and a couple of others.

Triple Crown Winners Citation, Assault, and Count Fleet, raised relief.  Also raised relief Pabst Blue Ribbon bottle. Appears to be cardboard and plastic.  


Very good overall condition for its age. Note following imperfections. White mat is yellowed and has light stains.  Citation picture has scratches that are most noticable on white surrounding his face.  Count fleet has smudge around "1943". Bottle has a few scrapes on the label.    College of Commerce, The Leading School of Business Sciences of Philadelphia Booklet. It has the 10 departments of Instructions with list of officers on the back. It has pages of great, early advertising such as a hotel for $1.25 a night and so much more. It is a nice 32 page booklet with some nice graphics. It is 3 inches high and 4 1/8 inches wide and does have age color. It is a rare find.  Seals and Coats of Arms booklet compliments of Chase and Sanborn, distributed by C.W. Wheeler of Irasburg, Vermont, copyright 1902. It is in wonderful condition with lovely colors on 12 pages. A rare find.

 There are about 200 recipes compiled from the shows, including Roast venison with Sour Cream Gravy and Party Ice Cream Bombe.

<b>CONDITION:</b> USED. Covers are creased and scuffed. Edges are worn with some light chipping. Corners are bumped and/or creased. Spine is worn especially at the heel. Inside of front cover is stamped NO RETURN in 3/8 inch (1 cm) tall red letters. The lower part of the first half of the inside pages is wrinkled near the spine side of the pages. All of the color stickers have been affixed to the appropriate pages, though some of them are slightly croocked. The upper 3/5 of page 31, which had a black & white photograph of the battleship U.S.S. <i>New Jersey</i>, has been cut out; loosing also some text, and color sticker #6, from the upper portion of page 32. Otherwise this softcover book is clean and firmly bound, with an overall condition of NEAR FAIR, still an interesting reading copy.

Atchison, Topeka & Santa Fe RR Time Tables from 1931.  This also includes a few steamship connections and tours.  The inside shows a slight tear, but the picture with the finger shows that it is all there.  Pennsylvania RR timetable from 1935!  What a find for the collector.  The brochure claimed the largest fleet of air-conditioned trains in the world.  C&NW RR Timetable from 1975.  160 pages long. There is slight discoloration on the front cover.  Hardly noticeable.   This booklet has 24 pages of questions that will enable you to become an engineer if you pass your test.  There are 274 questions.  No answers.  The front cover has a mark as though someone set a glass or can on it and the back cover does have some writing that is barely visible.

168 pages long.  There is a slight discoloration on the outside cover on the bound edge.  It does not go through to the inside.  The booklet is from 1977.  This booklet is from 1955 and has 109 pages.  It is the agreement between Chicago, Milwaukee, St Paul & Pacific Railroad Company and the Locomotive Engineers Lines East.  There is some writing on the inside back cover.   A record of estimates given from 1910.  The booklet is in good condition considering it is 100 years old.  There is one page that I found with a name and date.  The rest appears to be unused.  The inside has a couple of pages of information about Pyramid Brand Products and several pages available to estimate the cost of jobs.  This small pocket size booklet has a multitude of information on ropes along with some blank pages for notes.  The outside cover does have a few water spots.  The inside is good.

The outside covers are slightly dirty, but the inside is in great shape  Information included in this 4 1/2 by 7 1/4 inch booklet is Table of Wages and Social Security Acts.  A 46 page booklet of cabin announcements.  The booklet is filled with the exact words to be spoken to the passengers over the loud speaker system on the plane.  There are a few minor bent pages.
